Around april 1st in 2022 I recieved a permanent ban on "Modern Warfare 2019" later on I had to contact battle net support regarding an issue I had where my account email and password was changed, this was around October 8th 2023, this incident battle net support were contacted and recovered my account successfully. The issue ID for this case is Issue ID #[protected] This ban is obviously false I have never cheated or broke any of the terms of service, I have been trying to fight this for over 2 years now, I am a software developer as a hobby, and I have some debugging programs, due to this I am in belief either it was this that caused the issue with my account on Modern Warfare 2019, or it was some kind of account breach, I have attached evidence to show specifically on the day of the ban (April 1st 2022) what I was doing, I can provide direct links to these messages if need be. I'm really hoping you can help me here, I've been a loyal customer for years, please look into this and see something is wrong with the enforcement, I can provide gameplay etc I am not that great of a player for any kind of action to be taken. I must stress even though this ban is 2 years old I am still trying to resolve it, and the status of my account applies to this day, I am still recieving account penalties in the newer games (Limited matchmaking state) this is very disheartening as these are games I pay full price for and expect to be able to enjoy. Hello, my name is Brad Duran. My Activision account was compromised on 4/27/2024. I received an email at 3:38PM MST stating that a Steam account with the username "river26blickgqk" had been linked to the Activision account. This is not my Steam account and I did not have my Steam account linked because I only play on Battle.net or Playstation. I had last played Call of Duty on my account on Battle.net at approximately 3:00AM MST was when I got off. Upon attempting to log back in on Battle.net around approximately 9:00PM MST on 4/27/2024, I was notified via email that my account had been permanently banned. I submitted a Ban Appeal but received an email stating that it would not be overturned even though I had stated that my account was compromised in the Appeal. I submitted an account recovery request, case number [protected], to which I got an email reply stating that the company was unable to process my account recovery request because they did not detect any suspicious activity on my Activision account. Shortly after finding that my account had been compromised, I changed the password to my account to prevent anyone else from accessing it. Around the same time of submitting the account recovery request, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, ID Number [protected], to which the company replied, stating that the report was being investigated and once my account was restored I would receive and email and they would have a resolution for me within 24 hours. I did not receive anything from the company for 4 days until I finally got the email stating that they were unable to process the request. The only contact I've had with the company is through these apparent automated emails as well as what seems like an automated response to the Better Business Bureau complaint. I have not been able to contact an individual from the company to discuss the situation nor has the company clarified what alleged software and manipulation of game data caused the account to be banned or the date or time it was detected. Below I have listed the Activision account information that has been banned, as well as the account recovery request case number and the complaint ID through the Better Business Bureau. I have also filed a complaint with the California Department of Justice.

In relation to the email sent at 02:23AM on the 21/04/2024 stating that my account "has been permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data" (no case number, however my activison account is fardec13#5718881 and email address [protected]@hotmail.com) and that my ban will not be overturned is completely unfair for someone who has paid £84.99 for the game and has never run any type of cheating software on my PS5 or any console for that matter.
Looking at my K/D ratio and my stat's it would be quite obvious that I'm not cheating, I just enjoyed playing this game (I haven't been active on the game for months until I tried last night) as it brought back happy memories of playing the original Modern Warfare 2.
Additionally, as your software has had access to the kernel level of my console, I am requesting access to the data and logs that show evidence of the unauthorized software that you claim was running on my console. Furthermore, as your reply seems like a blanket automated reply, I wish to make an access request under Article 15 of the GDPR regulations for a copy of any information you keep about me, on computer or in manual form in relation to the above incident including the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and meaningful information about how decisions are made, the significance and the consequences of processing.
To summarize I am requesting an investigation into the unauthorized software you claim was running on my console along with the logs and personal data you have obtained from me. I will happily co-operate by allowing a security engineer access to my console to investigate, either through physical drop off or through a remote session.

Hacked by gentleman who appear connected
After problems and expressing "lefty" views on X against slavery my phone was illegally accessed hacked.
There is some indication that this was being done before this by LVMH & Phillip Green based on the comments of the related lawsuit I found and things which occurred.
I discussed a dislike for slavery on X and shortly after what appears to be a bogus lawsuit was put through the courts which basically stated that the defendants planned to subject someone to illegal modern slavery via covert and digital means. Which would include extreme financial exploitation, financial abuse, theft of intellectual property and ideas, befriending with the goal to extract sexual data, feticide, rape. Charlene Latham.
I was then groomed on IG and Lipstickalley around this time. I also found out that the people involved were directly the celebs and associates of ales Twins and Beyonce,
On close inspection it appeared he was streaming this scam to corporations and videos/movies were distributed from the illegal hacking of my phone.
(I have evidence to support this and the relevant bogus legal lawsuit suggests the same)
The "plaintiff" also seems to have run for republican presidency.
After the abuse my algorithm on IG became altered and my feed began to show perversion, threats and things connected to the interactions I had. This was NOT the regular algorithm.
I had previously invested heavily in ads on IG which started showing no traction even after improving content and my account was sabotaged with sex and illuminati bots.
My pixel appeared to be provided intentionally to competitors to drive me out of the market, I recieved emails and followers which encouraged suicide or repeated excepts of conversations I had at home or insinuating I'd miss my time to be a mother.
I was stalked, my vehicle tampered with on more than 4 occasions.
My models began parroting parts of my conversations had at home.
It appears the boys involved were heavily paid for being part of it or the face of it.
Shortly after my family started acting weird some crying, worried and scared, one gave me unwrapped gifts that hinted at nazis.
This abuse has been ongoing for 4 years.
I cannot say for certain who the billionaire elites were that paid for this to occur and watched as the lawsuit suggests but I do know who he constantly referenced.

I would to complain hereby about whatever algorythm you have that establishes an account is eligible for a limited matchmaking ban pending review.
Whatever it is, the system is faulty and as you may already know impact alot of players across the world. Players have to wait for 5 to 10 days before the ban is lifted. Most of the accounts put on the limited matchmaking list end up being unbanned since alot of the bans are due to unvalid and ungrounded reports from other players in game.
Please adress this frustrating issue that affects a substantial amount of players.
