Formal Complaint Against Activision for Unjustified Account Bans and Lack of Support Response

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Activision Blizzard regarding the unfair and repeated bans of my Call of Duty accounts, as well as the complete lack of adequate response from their support team.
My main account was permanently banned without any valid explanation. Following that, I created additional accounts to continue playing legitimately — yet, those accounts were also banned almost immediately, even though I did not use any cheats, modifications, or unauthorized software. I strongly condemn cheating in any form and have always played fairly.
Despite my numerous attempts to contact Activision Support and appeal these decisions, my cases were either ignored or automatically closed with generic messages stating that the decision was “final.” The support team refuses to properly investigate or provide any evidence or justification for the bans.
I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this game, including in-game purchases, battle passes, and other content. The lack of transparency, accountability, and fair treatment from Activision is completely unacceptable and feels like a violation of consumer rights.
I am requesting a thorough review of my situation and an independent investigation into Activision’s ban and appeal practices. I believe my accounts were wrongfully flagged, and I am asking for my accounts to be reinstated or for a full explanation and refund of all in-game purchases associated with them.
Please take this complaint seriously and ensure that companies like Activision are held accountable for their actions. Their current support system fails to respect customers who have spent hundreds of dollars and played fairly.

What did they claim you were banned for? there is not enough information on what they say you were banned for [also i unfortunately cant read the pictures.] to give you accurate information on why you may have been banned and how to remedy it if there is a way.
The reason they banned your new accounts is called "ban side stepping" basically by creating new accounts you are trying to circumvent a ban.
