I did not receive a separate notification that the temporary ban had become permanent. I only discovered this when I attempted to log in after the 14 days had expired.
Activision's enforcement system has now flagged my Xbox Gamertag XMoIsBackX as permanently banned.

I sent an IDR Notice to Activision Legal Affairs but no reply.
Activision's enforcement system has now flagged my Xbox Gamertag XMoIsBackX as permanently banned. Each time I have deleted my existing Activision account, created a new Activision ID (e.g. XMolsBackX#6416691 on 28th February,
XMoisBackX#9366075 on 14th March), and linked it to the same Xbox profile, the new Activision account has been immediately or very quickly subject to the same permanent ban.

Desired outcome: I would like them to reinstate my Xbox Account:XMoIsBackX and along with my Activision ID:XMoisBackX#9366075Email Address:[protected]@yahoo.co.uk

I wouldn't use any 3rd party services or boosting services, i've seen many players being falsely banned due to this when they updated their ToS as A.I detects that.
I wouldn't want to boost in any way on multiple games.
I've checked and didn't notice anything suspicious on my account.
I have been flagged for boosting but did not exploit or automate gameplay
The ban is on these games and not on just 1 game Call of Duty: Black Ops 7
Call of Duty: Warzone
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III
Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II

i see one issue with your complaint. IDR from what i am seeing is for medical payment disputes not video game account being banned disputes.

what was the original ban for and what is the new reason for the ban that they claim you did?

Replying to comment of TheldrakisCS

Its an Initial Dispute Resolution and the ban was for alleged boosting that was meant to be a temporary ban.

And you did not use boosting or do anything that could be seen as boosting? by this i mean using 3rd party services to boost your account and not any service from activision.

have you examined your account for anything suspicious like someone else logging into your account?

They normally dont temp/perma ban without actual proof. despite what some claim the ban process involves human interaction to institute a ban. there is a warning ai that does issue temp bans that alerts a verification of findings required but that information is from when activision was just partners with blizzard ent [before they bought out blizzard.]
