Hello,
I’ve recently contacted Activision on a game ban appeal through many cases
(Case# 587971415, #35820989, #35819071, #35817476, and the earliest one being #32592116 dating back to 08/31/24 and much more cases, but to no avail. and have made my complaint through the BBB (Complaint #24897167). By doing these two steps I was hoping to get a fair response from Activision Blizzard but it seems contacting them through the support on their website or contacting them through the BBB, it will be a pre-written response no matter the case and circumstances.
So I am currently permanently banned from a game I have never cheated or never in any way manipulated the data of. Activision support has been very unresponsive in this entire process. If there is any reason for me being banned under this condition it would be because I changed my account email after i recovered my account a week ago. Not to mention there is zero reasoning for me to be banned in Call of Duty as I do not have it downloaded. If you would be able to provide me any clarity on this widely experienced issue it would be greatly appreciated.
I would like you guys to contact Activision on your behalf, or get me the best possible support and understanding from Activision.
