Activision Call of duty 2

Tired of getting shadow banned for offensive voice chat when I play with my mic off or party only chat. I have been suspended and put into shadow banned lobbies 5 times all while already under a 14 day suspension. So while I’m already suspended and playing party only chat or mic off I continuously get suspended more. You let cheaters and hackers continue to play while you focus all your efforts on listening to what I say to myself. I HAVE NEVER SAID AN OFFENSIVE WORD TO A SINGLE PLAYER. Desired outcome: Quit suspension of voice chat unless offensive language is directed at an actual player

I was at a gaming cafe I logged into my Battle.net account I played one warzone 2.0 game of resurgence lost quickly after that I was unable to connect to any of the game modes it would just say connecting and spin and go up to 200ms. I want home cause figured it would work at home. When it didn’t work at home I did some research and figured out I had to search the Activision account website where I discovered my account had been banned. I had only gotten my account to around lvl 50 but I was enjoying the game so much. I had also purchased a bundle with my cp points. I was unable to join my squad last night and I’m very sad I can’t play. I did nothing wrong and am heartbroken to not be able to play. Please help get my ban lifted. I love playing warzone and very much would like to join my squad tonight at our usual time.

Desired outcome: Lift ban and be able to play the warzone 2.0 game modes

Activision Call of Duty unexplained account ban

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am emailing you after finding that my account "has been permanently banned " for no apparent reason, emphasized by the fact that I have not played a Call Of Duty title in months I would like for my ban to be overturned as it is completely unfair for someone who has paid €59.99 (at the time) for the game and has never run any type of cheating software on my PC or any PC for that matter.

Looking at my K/D ratio and my stat's it would be quite obvious that I'm not cheating, I just enjoyed playing this game (for the brief few hours I was able to play it) as it brought back happy memories of playing the original Modern Warfare 2.

I would like to point out that to my knowledge there have been no breaching of Blizzard’s In-Game Code of Conduct performed by me on the matter of communication naming convention or behavior seeing as, as previously stated. I have not played a COD title in a long time. With the intent of keeping a clear communication from both ends I would like to be provided logs or any other type of recorded login history related to my account seeing as this possible unexplained breach of TOS could only be reasonably explained it occurred by someone other than me with access to my account.

Additionally, as your software has had access to the kernel level of my computer, I am requesting access to the data and logs that show evidence of the unauthorized software that you claim was running on my computer. Furthermore, as your reply seems like a blanket automated reply, I wish to make an access request under Article 15 of the GDPR regulations for a copy of any information you keep about me, on computer or in manual form in relation to the above incident including the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and meaningful information about how decisions are made, the significance and the consequences of processing.

To summarize I am requesting an investigation into the unauthorized software you claim was running on my computer along with the logs and personal data you have obtained from me. I will happily co-operate by allowing a security engineer access to my PC to investigate, either through physical drop off or through a remote session.

Furthermore, now as I have no way to play either the multiplayer or the campaign, I am requesting a full refund for €59.99 as the Digital content I paid for is not fit for purpose.

Activision call of duty

Blizzard/Activision client software automatically downloaded the beta without my permission, in any form, and is essentially forcing the game down my throat, and yet I can't play it without paying $100, despite the company producing broken games that aren't fixed for months. They shouldn't be allowed to force the game onto people's devices. It's very reminiscent of iTunes and the U2 download from approximately 10 years ago.

Desired outcome: Dont force auto downloads for a game I never downloaded or accepted automatic downloads for. I only accepted automatic updates for the warzone.

Activision False banning of account

I was given a temp ban on 01/10/2023. This is despite having average gaming stats (a 1.5 kd and roughly averaging 4-5 kills per game). I was clearly spam reported and this is apparently enough for Activision to ban my account which also has numerous bundle bought via money. There is no evidence that I have ever used cheats of any kind. The reporting system is clearly being abused by many players who are either unhappy with being killed or reporting do to other matters i.e. my Activision ID is a giveaway that I am a Muslim (IAmImrazKhan7).

Desired outcome: My account should be unbanned immediately as this banning is completely unjustified. There is no evidence that I should have been banned.

Activision Activision Account

I just created an account on 9/29/2023 and is currently "under review" which is completely uncalled for. I have never run any type of cheating software on my PC or any PC for that matter. I'm now reduced to playing in lobby's that are "shadowbanned" and have to wait extremally long wait times to even play.

Looking at my K/D ratio and my stat's it would be quite obvious that I'm not cheating, I just enjoyed playing this game (for the brief few hours I was able to play it) as it brought back happy memories of playing the original Modern Warfare 2.

Activision Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2(2022)

Dear Activision Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well, though I must admit that my own state of mind is far from well. I am writing to bring a maddening issue to your attention concerning my recent experience with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2023. Four agonizing days ago, I was thrust into the abyss of a shadow ban while playing with friends in a custom match. Since then, my frustration has reached new heights as I've been subjected to severe connectivity issues, including unbearable ping rates and an utter inability to engage in matchmaking.

As a staunch and loyal player of the Call of Duty franchise, I have always adhered to the rules and guidelines set by the game. I have not, and never would, engage in any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting the game in a manner that would warrant such a draconian punishment. This sudden and utterly mystifying shadow ban has left me fuming and incapable of enjoying the game I have invested countless hours into, along with my hard-earned money.

I implore you, with every fiber of my being, to assist in investigating and rectifying this situation posthaste. I comprehend that errors can creep into even the most meticulously crafted systems, and there may be instances of false positives when it comes to these punitive measures. If my account has been mistakenly flagged, I beseech you to review the evidence and lift the oppressive shadow ban, allowing me to once again partake in the world of Modern Warfare 2023, a world that has been cruelly and unjustly denied to me.

My patience has worn thin, and my gaming experience has been irrevocably tarnished by this ordeal. I am eager, almost desperate, to have it restored to its former glory.

Please, for the sake of my sanity and the countless hours of enjoyment I've experienced within the Call of Duty universe, take my request seriously and respond with haste. Activision Call Of Duty Modern Warfare II

Hi Support,

My name is Liam and I am emailing today regarding a recent game ban that has been given to me by Call Of Duty. Firstly I will give a quick back story as to what has happened to help clear things up. My friends and I decided to update Call Of Duty (Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 - Vault Edition, this is what it states on the game ban) as we wanted to start playing again due to the new Call Of Duty coming out soon. I updated my game and on Sunday 24th September, I decided to open the game up and try to have a game of Warzone. I waited approx. 20 minutes searching for a game. I was unable to find a lobby/server so I closed the game as I was sick of waiting. I never joined anything and closed the game. I have then, the next day Monday 25th September, opened steam to find I had been game banned on Call Of Duty, which is absurd and I was very confused as to why. I have since gone to Activision to appeal the ban but apparently there was nothing they can do as they believe there was suspicious files but could not proceed to inform me of what they were. I had not had Call Of Duty installed on my new PC for months but something in their update has potentially triggered something causing me to get banned.

The main reason I am emailing, is now that this false ban has occurred, my steam account that I have had since 2014 has been given bad trust factor, not allowing me to play the games I love without any interference or connectivity issues. I can now no longer play Counter Strike (cannot find games), my most played game along with many of my other 94 games owned on Steam.

I beg, is there anything that can be done to potentially remove the ban from my account as this ban does not make any sense.

I thankyou for your time, please let me know if I can assist in any way as I would really love to get this sorted so I can get back to gaming.

Activision Modern warfare II and warzone

My account got permanently banned and the last time I played was back in February because I got busy with work and now in September I got to try to play the game and wasn’t working so I played with modern warfare 2019 for about a week than tried to go back to Warfare 2 and come to find out I was banned and I find it hard to believe because I play on Xbox x. So I tried to appeal the ban and probably submitted over 20 tickets and all the same response talking about the guidelines.

They said it was software manipulation, but I play on Xbox not PC. Come to find out somebody downloaded the game on battlenet on my account and was playing on a PC. I’m guessing that’s what caused the account to get banned. I have proof of this and showed them that but it was still not good enough to unbend my account. I’ve spent lots of money on cod games and I’ve been a loyal player since day one but now it’s all gone to waste, and nobody will help me Unbanned my account. And the customer support is very terrible.

Desired outcome: Probably will never purchase any more games. Going to contact Microsoft to see if I can get all my money back I spent on all the Call of Duty games.

Activision Security team

My account was hacked 2 years ago while I was away on holiday, when I came back I couldn't log into my account, after recovering it through Blizzard, I realised my account was ban and activision appeal page was useless as all I got was a generic bot reply, instead of someone actually reading my appeal and seeing the evidence I had of me recovering my account.

Desired outcome: I would like to get my Call Of Duty Cold War account back.

Hello everything is fine? I ask you to analyze my case, for the seventh time in a row or remember, I am having my account reviewed again, without doing anything that violates the rules in matches, even with voice chat deactivated, even without typing anything, even with my name correct, even with low kill statics, even without using illegal programs my account is reviewed in an infinite loop, and soon after I am released, this happens without any justification, I am not even notified by email that it has happened, I am a consumer also, because I bought several bundles and battle passes in addition to having purchased the multiplayer with several hours played, but I am prevented from playing, due to a ricochet error or false reports, please ask you to analyze and solve my problem, as I am a consumer and I want to be able to use the purchased products and play normally!

Activision Modern Warfare II Shadow Ban Loop

Its my 7th shadow ban. Everytime I get unbanned I get banned within either a day or a week. When contacting the player support they always reply with the same text and ignore requests.

I already requested a refund but they ignored it.

I wasnt able to play the game the whole last month / season.

Its just riciolous that they call themselves tripple A but yet make a anti cheat that instead of banning actual cheaters banning honest players and have a miserable player support.

Desired outcome: Shaodw Ban Loop Removal or Refund

i have been trying to contact Activision for so long and still with no response i have been trying to recover my account that i no longer have access to for the past 2-3 years because i typed in a wrong domain on my account which my account is meant to be [protected]@gmail.com but this was long time where i had con written instead of com and never thought of it again and i have 2fa enabled and i can't access a invalid account and i switched to new phone where i lost my access to my authenticator codes till this day im still contacting them here is my account id Arrow#3974956 and the only way that i can access my account is on my PlayStation but if my PlayStation breaks i lose access please help i need someone to contact me on my email [protected]@gmail.com and will provide the full information needed.

Activision Call of duty, Black ops cold war / Vanguard

Recently there is a Steam sale where you can buy Call of duty's for a cheaper price.

As a university student that ofcourse doesn't have too much money, I got really happy to finally be able to buy some newer Call of duty's and to play the Story / Zombie mode.

Since I've personally not been a fan of pvp or competitive games last years i did not play this nor buy it for this.

(I could show proof of my steam profile and what i play to show that i do not play shooter / pvp games.

However after playing Black ops cold war (Straight from the steam launcher, with no mods, no modded launcher, no extra program running in the back) I got banned whilst playing the story mode and not once playing a multiplayer match or zombie match in online mode.

Then i tried to appeal this and I get a mail that i used malicious software / a modded launcher?

Now i tried to play some vanguard zombies and 1 match in 2 rounds in (singleplayer) I get banned too.

I cant wrap my head around how this is even an option since i never installed any modded launcher of steam or anything.

Desired outcome: Unban in the games OR Refund of the games.I'd also like an apology / explanation for this since as a university student i barely have any time and i stress a lot and i just wanted to have a relaxing weekend playing these games....

Activision Modern Warfare 2

Good Afternoon,

I'm reaching out to you in the hope that someone can help me recover/unban my activision account. As you can see from this trail, I have been receiving automated messages from Activision since the 27th august regarding this and I'm concerned that this has just fallen by the wayside. I have also had contact from Activision to inform me my account is permanently banned, which has stated I have allegedly used unauthorized software and manipulation of game data.

This all began on Friday the 25th august when I received an email from Activision to say my account Poppadom Trims#6840931 had been linked to a 'Battle Account' Teqefagu#2724. I didn't immediately do anything but tried to log on to Call of Duty MW2 on saturday the 26th and couldn't, seeing instead a message telling me I was banned. My next step was to log onto Activision and try to 'unlink' this Battle Account, it's a two-step authentication process which I seemed to make a mess off and ended up raising this account recovery process. I then subsequently raised a request to unban my account which I received what looks very much like an automated reply to say that the ban is upheld and permanent.

That's the background on it. I've been so busy recently, it's not until now I've had a chance to look into this further and see if there is anything I can do to challenge this at all. To say I'm bewildered as to why I've been banned would be an understatement. Clearly the charge is some form of cheating and I'm aware it's rife in COD as I've been on the receiving end of it enough times. I've played these titles since 2012 and have never cheated, have never been banned and wouldn't even know how to, i couldn't even navigate a two step authentication without messing it up. I play on PS5 and prior to that PS4 and PS3, as far as I'm aware, it's not even possible to cheat on consoles which makes this even more bizzare. Surely Activision have access to data that would show that what I say is 100% true and it would seem so ridiculous that I would suddenly start cheating after 10 years playing your titles. It just doesn't make sense. I don't have the facts but can only surmise that this Teqefagu#2724 has hacked my Activision account and linked it to a Battle Account(whatever the heck that is) to cheat using my sign on. It's the only plausible explanation that I can think of. I would have thought that Activision could check log ons to my account, check the IP of whoever linked this account and clearly see that it wasn't my IP that I would usually use to log in with.

I just want this sorted and am very disappointed there appears to be no recourse. I'm the victim and am actually being punished for it which to my mind is quite incredible, I've never heard of anything like it. I have taken to Reddit to see if anyone else had similar issues and it would appear I'm not the only one. I've been advised to request that you(Activision) show me proof of my alleged cheating that led to this ban and also to cite Article 15 of the GDPR regulations. I really don't want to be a complete pest in this way but have been left with zero choice due to Activision's unfair policy. There is the principle of the matter too, Ive paid money for a product that you now deny me without a valid reason that you can show me. That's not right and I am amazed this is legal for you to do although I'm gathering a company the size of Activision would have done due diligence on something like that, so must be.

At the end of the day, I'm just a 45yr old guy who likes to spend a bit down time playing Warzone with his mates, more of a social thing for a group of 5 or 6 of us on the regular and a good way to keep in touch and just have a chat too. I'm not very good at the game but enjoy playing nevertheless. I would very much appreciate it if someone could take the time to examine my situation and I'm extremely confident that if someone did it would be perfectly obvious that everything I have stated is absolutely true. I have included all details that may be of relevance to my gaming accounts and also my personal contact details should these be of any help to resolve this matter.

      I am emailing you because I have recently been put under review and I am now in lobbies that are difficult to play. I am having a difficult time understanding why you feel it necessary to put someone in a shadow ban lobby while they are under review with no reason other than someone has reported them. The way this process works we are guilty until proven innocent. I am not banned I am under review, and that means I should not be punished until you find a reason to do so. I pay for my game the same as everyone else, in fact I always buy the more expensive version to get all the game perks and because someone is upset that they have died, or don't like something that has been said, they are capable of mass reporting and getting someone removed from the game. If you are going to continue to do this process of shadow ban before investigation than make the game free. I am paying you for a service and I feel that I am not fully receiving the services I have paid for. I am not the only player that is having this issue, you are causing your players to go play other games. With a new game coming out I think it would be beneficial to you to take care of your customers and SUPPORTERS that keep paying for your games. I would like a response back.

Activision Account hacked

I made many request and you guys keep saying unable to process request when the request is the unban my account because it was hacked this is unbelievable. I was not at home the time the account was hacked I was at the navy bootcamp, I would like to be able to play the game again with my friends I spent a good amount of money for the customer support to be this none-understanding. I would love for you guys to be able to process this request or bring this request to a higher up, there isn't anything I could've done at the time. I recently tried to tell you guys I have negitive COD points for no reason also I had negitive COD points before I even bought anything on the game.. Activision Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II

I have been falsely accused of editing game files and using unauthorized software while playing Call of Duty, I ran an application named Monotone which is a Hardware ID spoofer. I had forgot what it did, so I ran it (Call of Duty was not open during this) and then I hadn't played Call of Duty for at least a week. Today, I opened Call of Duty to find out that I've been permanently banned. I have appealed but it was denied.

Activision dmz

Why even have missions in this mode. All you have succeeded in doing is creating another br game. If you tel the stradegy of take out the other teams then you have no time to conplete any missions. So this is now a battle royal map without have to worry the circle is closing. Also those of us that have paid for the game try play fair but the cheaters and hackers that get banned just create a new account cause it’s ftp. So y’all have taken from those of us that actually pay for the game and shot on is
