Activision Missing in-game items I bought or earned in both mobile titles.

I've been playing Call of Duty Mobile since the first Pre-Season in 2019, and Warzone Mobile since the beta.

Additionally, although I'm almost exclusively a mobile gamer, I've played MW2 and MW3 on Xbox quite a few times at a friend's house.

I used to have a YouTube channel dedicated to Call of Duty Mobile that I started back in 2019: gameplays, crate openings, that sort of thing. Around a year ago, I stumbled on my old raw (unedited) footage of my account and realized that I had bought a couple items back then that weren't appearing on my account currently. I contacted Activision support, provided all the information they requested of me, and submitted the footage of me unlocking those items. Months later, they reissued my missing items via the in-game mailbox, and I've had no trouble with them since.

However, shortly after that ticket was resolved I went back and watched all of my footage out of curiosity. To my disappointment, I was missing more items from a handful of draws and crates, mostly between 2019 and 2020. In the nearly five years since I had been playing, I created a second Activision ticket meant as a follow-up to the first in the hopes that whatever issue my account was facing would be resolved.

It's been nearly a year since then, and nothing has been done to rectify this. I have provided bank statements, emails, receipts, all of my account information a dozen times over, and definitive video footage of me earning or unlocking these items. In response, I've been told that I must have been playing on an alternate account in light of the fact that I don't have one, or that my account was created in 2021 in light of the fact that my publicly visible collection confirms my account's creation date (got Ghost / AK47 - Red Action and many more S1 exclusives), or that their support can't do anything to fix it in spite of the fact that they already had on my previous ticket and are more than capable of doing so again.

I have taken dozens of hours searching through every bit of information and footage available regarding my account so as to aid Activision support however best I can. I am not in the habit of contacting support, or creating tickets, or leaving feedback; however, I KEEP having to reopen the same ticket just in hopes of finally getting this issue resolved. It's absurd how an issue with a simple investigative process and an even simpler resolution has become so complex.

With each new update to the game, I'm let down over and over again when these items are still nowhere to be found. Additionally, I've had a few items go missing more recently than 2020 / 2021, which is even more concerning to me as it seems to indicate that there's something wrong with my account itself. I've received conflicting information from the Activision support staff numerous times since this has started and been told that they can't provide any information to me about my own account.

I need the Activision team to reissue these items via the in-game mailbox. I'm tired of feeling alienated from a game that I've put so much time, money and energy into, and I hope you would offer the same resolution that fixed this problem on my first ticket.

And do not tell me to create another support ticket or email you. Your in-app chat has not responded IN MONTHS, and your web / email support is nearly as bad. You close my tickets before even responding, or ghost me for weeks on end. I want you to read this ticket, view the ample evidence I've provided, and reissue these items I own. You will not hear from me again once you've resolved this issue.

I am missing characters, weapons, and a few other items from a handul of releases - the majority of which were from 2019 to 2021. They are:

From [protected]: the Battery - Demolitions (1), Nomad - Garden (2), Nomad - The Distraction (3), and Urban Tracker - BISH (4) characters

From 2020 - now: the Manta Ray - Freerunning (5) character (first ground forces subscription - it was available in only certain regions at the time, which might attribute to why it's missing today; I have the Apple confirmation email and bank statement from when I purchased it), the Ghost - Red Team 141 (6) character (successfully redeemed my code to unlock him on the Activision redemption center website; never issued to me), and the Dusk - Otherworld Ensemble (7) and Kestrel - Twilight Symphony (8) characters (both GFL draws were in the Global files last season and were VERY briefly accessible via the 1 CP coupon's prompt to "go to store"; finished the Void Implosion draw, and pulled the character early on the Wisteria Visage draw, with the screenshots to prove it)

Additionally, T.E.D.D. (9) was one of the three character choices during the Radioactive Agent Redemption event. I got the event token to redeem a character of my choosing, and wanted to redeem T.E.D.D. as I had recently bought both the Soap - Hazmat and Hazmat Bomber bundles. However, the event was bugged so T.E.D.D. wasn't selectable.

I'm missing a few weapons that complimented the releases of each of these missing characters, as well as a few from crates / draws in the same timeframe:

M4 - Void Implosion (1) Man-O-War - Dream Crystal (2), Pharo - Dream Crystal (3), BY15 - Red Action (4), Karambit - Color Burst (5), HG40 - Lava (6), ASM10 - Plasma (7), Locus - Dark Matter (8), RUS-79U - Glacier (9)

Additionally, the Chopper - Rules of the Game (10) blueprint currently appears in my weapon blueprints, but is missing from my collection. When I equip it, the Chain Reaction skin is equipped instead meaning I can't use it. I have no problems with any of the other rewards I own from that lucky draw.

Lastly, I'm missing a few of my ranked frames, emotes, and various other items:

Frames: Special Ops 4 Frame (1), Merc 2 Frame (2), Merc Yellow Snake Frame (3), Bomber Frame (4), Steeled Frame (5), Series 8 Frame (6)

Emotes: Clucked Up (1), Gunslinger (2), Sweep This (3), Selfie (4), Fowl Moves (5), Holiday Magic (6), Shadowboxing (7), Cheers (8)

There was also an emote released in the Royal Flush crate without a name that was removed almost immediately after its addition. In spite of the fact that I bought it upon the initial release, it was removed from my account, then reissued in the next season, and then missing again sometime between now and then. I only have screenshots of both the reissue and its inclusion in the Royal Flush crate upon its release. I call it the 'Mock Suicide' emote (9) as that's what it is.

Backpacks: Holiday (1), Zero G (2), Cosmos (3), Meteor Shower (4)

And the "Backpack 1 - Dark Matter" (5), not to be confused with the heart-shaped Dark Matter backpack.

Operator Skills: Annihilator - Red Sprite (1), Ballista EM3 - Firepower Focus (2)

Throwables: C4 - Lunasia
Sprays: Spoof Threat, Ghost Jailbreak
Calling Card: Perfect Landing

If it seems like a lot of missing items, that's because IT IS.

It's absolutely wild to know just how much content I've purchased or earned that I'm missing from my account, and it's saddening to consider how happy I was when I unlocked these items initially, and how jaded I've had to become about it due to the handling of this case.

Fortunately, these items are from a select few releases, and even more fortunately is that I have definitive proof of both purchase and ownership for every item listed. Although I've provided a lot of them on previous tickets, I'm more than willing to provide this evidence again in an itemized list that addresses each item so that this ticket might FINALLY be resolved.

That accounts for the items that I am missing from Call of Duty Mobile.

In Warzone Mobile, there are a few operators, camos, and various items that I own on the console version and are supported by the cross-progression mechanic, but don't appear in mobile. I've been told this is an automatic mechanic, but have seen other players on mobile utilize these items that are missing for me.

At the request of Activision's web support a couple months ago, I took a screen capture of my account that showcases all these items on the console version of the game. As it includes personal information, I'm inclined not to attach it here, but I can readily provide it so as to resolve this issue.

The items I am missing are from a small handful of in-game events and redemption codes; all of them are supported by cross progression.

I'm missing the Horangi - Collision (1), Rangers 1 - Apparition (2), Nova - Titan 239 (3) and Jabber - Tester (4) operators. Additionally, the Shredder (5) operator I own went missing with the latest in-game update.

I'm missing both the Dual Kodachis - Dual Yield (1) and the Lachmann Sub - Gamma Power (2) from multiple completions of the Champ's Quest in MW2.

I'm missing a few event and specialty camos that I earned and / or redeemed: the Cheetah Print (1), Flow Thru (2), Ghoulie (3), and Magma (4) event camos, as well as the Royalty Tiger (5) special camo.

Lastly, I own the "Santa's Right Hand" execution (1), the "Moon & Stars" calling card (2), and then all 10 MWZ Mastery calling cards on console (12).

I shouldn't have to jump through hoops any further. I have demonstrated time and time again that I own each of these items in their respective mobile title, and all of this should be verifiable in your system.

I've been told by Activision support members that "according to the information available to (them), it looks like (my) Call of Duty Mobile account was created in 2021". This disparity, although I have no way to confirm it myself, could be the ENTIRE cause of me missing these items that I bought at a time before my account's start date in your system. Additionally, I can't find any consistent information about my account's region, as that may be causing this issue.

As for Warzone Mobile, cross-progression should be an automatic mechanic. I used to assume that I was missing these items due to how new the game was, but seeing other players use these items in-game negated that argument. I don't know why I'm facing this issue, but I know that a resolution is needed.

The resolution is to reissue these items. Call of Duty Mobile has an in-game mailbox through which these missing items can be easily reissued, and doing so would resolve the bulk of this ticket immediately. For Warzone Mobile, you may have to reissue these items manually, but that would resolve this ticket in its entirety. After nearly a year of working tirelessly towards a resolution and providing any and all evidence and information requested of me, this proposed resolution is both prudent and warranted.

Activision Call of duty

I have had my account for 18 years and spent thousands on each game . And you have banned me and taken content I own away from me,I was banned on the 500k ban wave . I asked for you to look into it and was told the ban stands. I was not hacking I was banned due to people with less skill than me I was streaming at the time and have tge footage

Activision Permanently banned for no reason

The reason why I'm banned after my account was compromised I created a 2fa and Unlinked the accounts that were not mine. As per the instructions from Activision on your recovery page. I then created the account recovery but due to the 2Fa I created and unlinking accounts. The account shows that there are no issues other that the Ban. I Need A supervisor to look into this and get the account unbanned please.

Desired outcome: I would like my account to be unbanned because I was not the one on the account when it was banned. It was the person who hacked my account that got it banned.

Activision Call of Duty Modern warfare 3 & warzone.

I have been falsely permanently banned from the games and also my battle net account I was playing the game fine on 01/08/2024 and I woke up on 02/08/2024 to a permanent ban I think I have been unfairly treated. I believe the account should be reinstated as I have not had any warning of this happening. And I think this is a injustice they have not proved any wrong doing. Please could this be done at the earliest point as possible I am losing out. This game also help with my mental health as it give me time out from reality.

Activision False permanent ban

Hi I was taking on my Xbox last night 30/07/24, I have now been permanent banned yet I was only using my Xbox to play. I have now lost my account with all my hard earned weapons, camos and skins on it. Activision Voice communication

The AI system in place needs to be fixed I got hard char banned for not even saying anything this automated bs is killing off the game, you also make it so you can not appeal the ban when you boast about how the in game audio is recorded! So that being said make it a ban that is appealable so you can review audio and allow people that have been wrongfully comm banned to be relieved of this as this is unfair and unjust

Activision Chat in lobby

Hello, I got a chat ban for 14 days in mw3. I was not even saying anything, there was 5 other people saying worse things than anything i said and they did not get a penalty, but I call the guy dumb and I get banned? I really am sorry and I am not trying to be toxic to the community, I hope all can be forgiven and i get my ban appealed, because I am truly sorry. Activision Call of Duty

I am writing to request a review and resolution of the ban on my Call of Duty account. For the past four months, I have been in continuous communication with Activision support regarding this issue, but it has not yielded any results. My account was breached by a foreign Xbox account, which led to my ban. Following the instructions provided by the Activision support team, I took all the necessary steps to recover my account, including enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Although I now have access to my account, the ban remains in place, and I am unable to unlink the foreign Xbox account. Every time I open a support ticket to address the ban and unlink the unauthorized Xbox account, I receive the same automated message stating that there is nothing wrong with my account. Despite my persistent efforts, this issue remains unresolved. Given these circumstances, I kindly request a supervisor to review my case and consider lifting the ban on my account. Activision Call of Duty

Hello, my Activision ID is DOTZBERG#3001824. I have been playing from Battle.net ID DOTZBERG#2811 for five years. I am writing to complain about my account being permanently banned on June 6th. I believe this was done in error, and I have screenshots to prove my innocence. On May 23rd, someone linked their XBL account wich is not mine and unknown to me, to my Activision account and attempted to change my email. I discovered this on May 26th and took steps to protect my account. I unlinked the XBL account and requested a password change. I even received an email from you indicating that suspicious activity had been detected on my account. Therefore, I believe the ban was triggered because I made changes to protect my account. Activision Account being banned for false reasons

On April 12, 2024 I had noticed suspicious emails and activity regarding my activision account which made me switch my email linked to the account from “[protected]@gmail.com” to “[protected]@gmail.com”. Fast forwarding to June 5th 2024, I ran into a hacker/booter on a game mode called “Cutthroat” in ModernWarfare 3. After the hacker/booter lost a game, he decided to boot me off the server and while doing so mocked us in the process. I decide to play later on the night only to noticed I was then banned from the game completely. I tried an appeal but that didn’t work, I have tried contacting activision support but unfortunately didn’t get anywhere. I have tried many account recoveries but it doesn’t seem to get anywhere either. I would just love for my account to be restored and unbanned. On June 13, 2024 I was also ensured a supervisor would contact me regarding this matter within 24-48 hours however they were unable to meet the time frame I was ensured of. This is an unfortunate circumstance that needs to be resolved. On June 13, 2024 again; I started receiving unusual emails regarding my activision account. My account is now under the email “[protected]@gmail.com which IS NOT MINE. I have also filed a new account recovery regarding this entire situation. Activision MWIII Account

So I am currently permanently banned from a game I have never cheated on and never in any way manipulated the game data of. Activision support has been very unresponsive in this entire process. If there is any reason for me being banned under this condition it would be because I changed my account email from my fathers to my own, both containing my last name in it. Not to mention there is zero reasoning for me to be banned in MWII as I do not have it downloaded, if you would be able to provide me any clarity on this widely experienced issue it would be greatly appreciated.

Activision Account access/wrongful ban

Hi, this is Charles, aka acti ID TTV TvaTurbo#2018189(formerly known as Chucky but my name has been changed without my consent!) On or around 06/06/2024, my account was issued a Temporary Ban; please see the attached images. When I checked my ban appeal page, I noticed it was permanent despite saying it was temporary in game. Many individuals were affected by this security action, which I assume was to combat account theft, according to the recent official announcements. My account was compromised around March 8th of 2024 and have had issues with regaining my account since with only having access via Xbox connection, I believe I was adversely affected by this for that reason. With no official announcement, I did not know what to do, so I took to social media and saw that a few streamers were also affected, causing a team to be disqualified from the WSOW, but it seems it matters who you know when it comes to getting support at Activision as their problem was fixed in 24hrs. I digress. So, I submitted an account recovery ticket since the other people with a similar issue were getting an automated response when they appealed their permanent ban. Please see the attached images. With this information, it is evident the false ban bug has adversely affected my account. Instead of getting an actual account review, an automated response was sent saying that I had been banned for "unauthorized software and manipulation of game data." through my ban appeal and now I feel pretty much at the edge of a cliff relying on an account recovery when I haven't been able to get it back in months... I have opened tickets with support, and they acknowledged my complaint but refused to elevate this issue because Activision support can't help with a real problem. I understand that these things happen. I want to resolve this mishap and have the ban removed from my account, as I have not done anything wrong. Thank you.

I am currently permanently banned from a game I have never cheated or never in any way manipulated data of. Activision support has been a bit unresponsive in this entire process. If there is any reason for me being banned under this condition it would be because I changed my account details and password to update from old information, but all info contains my first and last name in it.

Multiple such cases have been confirmed in social media, yet I’ve had no proper response from Activision

Activision Account was hacked

My account has been compromised and my email address and password have been changed and I have also been logged in via a different location from Austria Niederosterreich Maria Enzersdorf and not as normal in Germany Bayern.

Unfortunately I had the same email password combination with Activision as with Steam and therefore this account was also compromised but I got the access there again because I contacted the support and they could confirm that my account was compromised.

Please restore my account to the state before it was compromised. In the photos you can see the current data of my Activision account.

Hi there. I recently was moving across country down to FL starting on 5/31. Upon arrival in the state on 6/5, I loaded up Call of Duty to find my account wrongfully banned. Activision Account falsely banned.

my Activision account MattStylesNYY#8353361 was hacked on may 11th 2024 and was banned immediately on may 12th 2024. I noticed that my account was banned on that day after days of not playing call of duty nor was I ever logged in my activision account. I tried appealing yet the appeal was rejected because I was "the account holder at the time of infraction" but I was never logged onto call of duty at all during the the of infraction, I have evidence that I played call of duty on specific days and after it ended I never played MWIII again. I know my account was hacked because I play on PS5, I bought Modern Warfare III for 70 dollars. I don't have Warzone OR Modern Warfare III on PC. This is a false ban and it sucks that my appeal was declined because of this. they have evidence and logs of my account and they still say I was the account holder when I play on console I didn't do anything to get my account banned at all. My battle.net was hacked which resulted in the person spending about 40 dollars on the game changing my username etc. I believe that same person hacked my activison account which resulted into my account being banned. Please do something about this, contact them. I want my account unbanned because I spent years on that account and money on the game and I NEVER cheated at all. Plus my battle.net account was hacked on April 15, 2024 which resulted in the person changing my activision account name as well but I did change it back. I also have an account recovery case that was opened and closed for no reason at all which the case number is [protected].

Desired outcome: Account unbanned, I would like an apology as well for the account being banned for no reason and I would like to be reached out by the company.

Activision Got falsely banned

It happened on June 7th 2024. I was planning to play some call of duty modern Warfare 3, well I was about to, when all of a sudden I got a message saying that I was temporarily banned on the call od duty loading screen, made me wondered what I did wrong. So I went to Activision website and appealed for ban over there, after reviewing it, it got denied and it said that I'm permanently banned from playing call of duty and they won't overturn the ban. The reason they gave that I using unauthorised software and manipulating the game data. To be more specific I'm a console player and it's impossible to use random software on my console, I tried contacting activision customer support but nothing works. It just made me more frustrated, makes me think that activision is not willing to help. I hope they do smth about it.
