Dear Aaron’s Corporate Team,
I am writing to formally report harassment and intimidation related to my account.
On 12/30/25, I received 34 consecutive calls from Aaron’s, despite only having one payment remaining. The following day, I spoke with a representative and explained that I was ill and would make the payment when I am able. During that call, I was explicitly told that no one would visit my home or attempt to repossess my furniture.
Contrary to this assurance, a representative came to my residence in an intimidating manner. pressuring me to pay despite my current inability to do so. Additionally, I have received unprofessional voicemails, including two on December 1, 2025, which I have can attach as evidence.
I request that Aaron’s immediately cease all phone calls and in-person visits related to this account and that all future communication be conducted via email only. Please confirm receipt of this message and the actions that will be taken.
This behavior is unacceptable and inconsistent with proper corporate conduct. I expect a prompt resolution.
I have $50 left to my account and I definitely will pay it. I will never get anything from you guys again or refer anyone else to.
