A little over three weeks ago, I filled out the application to buy a bedroom set, after that day I returned to the store and a man helped me and I asked him when I would be able to receive my bedroom set and he told me that to be sure that I wanted it I had to deposit $50 which I did and he told me that they would bring it to me on Friday, I asked permission from my work to be home waiting for the delivery and it never arrived, then I went back to the store to see what had happened and they did not give me a justifiable reason for the irresponsibility, the only thing they told me was that I was not in the system. They told me again that today, January 7, 2025, between 12 noon and 6 pm, they were going to receive the delivery, which never arrived. I called the store and when I asked, what they told me was that according to the delivery people, they had gone to drop it off. I asked them at what time since I had been home all day and no one arrived. The answer I received was... so the guys lied to us. I can't do anything else, and the only thing I can say is sorry. I canceled the order right there and asked for my money back. This is unheard of, such irresponsibility on the part of all the staff there... I'm ashamed and sorry for the C1237 store, they have very poor service. I hope they at least try to make their staff professional, responsible, and know how to maintain a work ethic.
