7-Eleven review: Employee sale rejection

I am a long time customer of store #26350 in Pompano Beach Florida and this is the second time that I have been rejected a sale. Unfortunately my wife and I went to this store to purchase 2 cases of white claw black cherry seltzer and a pack of American Spirit cigarettes. My wife did not have her ID and I was in my pajamas so I went inside to make purchase. The employee denied me sale even though she knows me from numerous visits and never asks me for ID. I am 53 years old, a police officer and my wife is 45. I ended up going to another store for my purchase.

Claimed loss: There was no sale.

Desired outcome: Please have Sergio call me..[protected]. My name is Richard.
