Am really sorry I didn’t know anything about your terms and conditions which made you block the account. My elder brother was the one using the account but unfortunately his phone was stolen so he use my phone to open the account so I used the account to bet because I needed money to pay my mum hospital bills. As you can see till now I haven’t paid the bill because the account was blocked. If really I have known about all this rules and regulations I wouldn’t have use the account just that it was an emergency and I needed money. So please am begging you in gods name to help me unblock the account so that I can just withdraw the money settle my mum debts then after you can block it back. After I have gone through the terms and conditions I see that bet should be for 18 years above and in my country is 21years above and you see if am to till am of age it will september of next year which is too far. Am begging you I didn’t know anything about all these policies. Help a brother safe his mother she’s all I have ieft please in gods name🙏🙏🙏

But my I’d card shows that am 20years meanwhile your the age required is 18 years above, so I don’t understand the reason why you blocked my account.Please review it properly cause I still have my id here with me

I didn’t know that in some countries the age permitted to use your platform is 21 years above, i thought 18 years was for all the countries. So you see it’s not my fault because what I saw on the web was 18 above.You see if really i have known that in my country it’s 21 years i wouldn’t have used it.Now you see that it was a mistake because I didn’t know that the age depends on country.Am begging you please unblock the account so that i can just withdraw my money i beg you , i cant wait till next year is very far

Really you guys aren’t helping at all, I came to you because I knew you were going to assist me unblock the account but I see it’s not the case.Firstly you take two days before replying me an again you keep on sending me feedback which are not helping in anyway.Upon telling you guys that it was an error you still don’t want to listen instead you you ignore me .Please try and understand me it was a mistake.Do something and unblock my account than sending me messages that don’t help in anyway.
