I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with my 1xbet account, specifically regarding a deposit made on November 18, 2023.

As per your agent Nouman Tariq's instructions in a tutorial video, I deposited an amount of 1000 into my account using the method he demonstrated. Unfortunately, the funds did not reflect in my account, and despite raising a complaint, I have not received any response or resolution from your end.

My problem was not resolved so why your team show here my problem was resolved... Many time share email but your team can't take any action I'm very disappointed from your team newly registered of your application for long term but now I can't use your application.
