So this is my worst experience with 1xbet.

The issue has been started on 21 March 2024 regarding a deposit of 50000 that I have made.

In order to verify a deposit a user needs to provide the UTR number of the payment. But in my case the UTR number isn't generated as the payment is done through the YONO SBI app and the payment is within SBI to SBI there is no possiblity of generation of UTR.

I HAVE CONTACTED THE BANK and they have verified that the amount has been successfully credited into the receiver's bank account and they also gave me the statement of the transaction where it is clearly showing every details of the transaction.

I have provided each and every payment proof along with the details I got from the BANK officials to the 1XBET customer service but they always used to say to provide a UTR number.

The worst case is that the customer support team is ending up the call without listening the issue.

And most of the time they are repeating the same words like to provide the UTR and some times they say we have forwarded the issue to the payment team and they are working on it.

Your amount would be credited soon into the account. But everytime there are failing to resolve the issue.

If they really work on this issue it would not take this much time to resolve the problem.

I have also requested them to check with receiver's account and verify the payment.

But they won't work on it.

The payment is successful as I have every proof of the payment and the Bank officials also verified with the receivers account.

But this 1XBET CUSTOMER SUPPORT can't verify my transaction.

It's been 16 days since the payment has done.

I have been mentally fighting for the amount of 50000.

They aren't solving my issue and days are passing and my mental struggle is increasing.

I have requested to refund my amount as I cannot provide the UTR. and they are repeating the same words.. saying to provide UTR NUMBER.

I HAVE ALSO GOT A CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM THE BANK SAYING THAT THE PAYMENT IS SUCCESSFUL AND THE RECEIVER ALSO RECEIVED THE AMOUNT.

Claimed loss: 50000

Desired outcome: Refund of 50000
