Payment system: 1xBet cash agent.

I have 17760+ USD

I was requested for change my agent for withdraw to 1xbet security team.Then they start their marathon verification. I trust them and I do all the things what they ask. I send asking documents to Ukraine twice. After I joined video conference. Then 1xbet ask several questions on website. I submitted all of these answers. Then they ask to send same questions answer to send 1xbet via post. I already did. They received and they asked to join again video conference. I passed successfully. They ask for birth certificate and utility bill I uploaded. Now they want these documents via post to Ukraine. It's more than 7 months my account blocked. 8 days ago 1xbet emailed they my account is being verified the result will send shorty but still I didn't receive any result. Now When I email them I receive an automatic mail that my account is under verification. Please Sir solve this problem as soon as possible. My claim was to change the withdrawal method. Now I decided to transact with same agent. Please active my account. 

Note: I contacted with 1xbet facebook but they didn't give any result.

I registered the account in February 2021, for the first time I made deposits for a total of about 18072 USD.I was deposited from 1xbet cash agent. My agent was in problem that's why I submitted a claim for change my agent. In February, my account was blocked without explanation, the account is still blocked, I fulfil all the requirements of the security service of 1xbet, for all the proceedings in my account, I was provided with the following documents:

1.Photo of the National I'd card both side.
2. Deposit slip.
3.A photo of me on the background of 1xbet securities email on mobile phone with where I hold a national I'd card.

Several forms
3 completed questionnaires and sent by post to Ukraine.

Notarized certified National I'd card sent by post to Ukraine.

Notarized Photo utility bill and birth certificate.

2 Skype conferences, where I answered all the questions and passed successfully.

Then they ask for send these documents to Ukraine via post. I did.
In the rules of 1xbet there is point “2.31" in which it is clearly stated that the terms of the proceedings on the account can not exceed two months, in my case it was almost seven months, that is, 1xbet themselves broke their point.

Now they ask Mental Capacity report. That is totally [censored]. I know what will happen next. When I submit the report then they ask for send these documents to Ukraine via post. After 1 month they will ask another documents and send these documents to Ukraine via post. Again again.

Please Let me know what 1xbet want to do with me.? Will you active my account or just play with me.? I spend lots of money to send these documents to Ukraine. 9 months running 1xbet play verification game with me.

Give me a list what you want. I will send everything at a time. Just stop playing with your customers. And please clear these questions...

I also have a problem with 1xbet. They closed my account with no reason. I supposedly violated the T&C, but they didn't prove this. They stole my all funds. Please help.
