Been using 1xbet for long and spent alot of money. Its been 18 days I am reaching 1xbet for support but no help I added money arpund 2300 in three parts but not added. No cuwtomer support available. When I am logining inno agent available and sent 20 emails for help but no help. When account not logged in agent is availble but not helping asking to login to account and once logining in agent againnot available. They are just stealing money and doing a scam for sure. I want my 2300 back

Very bad customer support

No matter what they jist end the chat and keep repeating samething.

I have added 1300 on 28th March 2023 since then contacted chat support 20 times intialy was getting an agent but now no agent theymust havedone something to my account already sent 20 emaila but no support at all. Iwant my refund. There are 50 of app Ican use I am done with their fraud now.

Desired outcome: 2300 refund

Hi alex thanks for response.

I have been contacting your support for very long been 20 days for one transaction share n numbers of proof but your support on email dont evenbother to reply and chat support is pathetic.

I have one pending addtion since 28th mwrch 2024 for 1300 I will attach all available proof. Made total two 1300 of deposite one was added one not so you guys need to check which one was not added and add and samw happened yesterday. Made 4 deposite of 500 each but only two were added so ypu guys need to check and add missing two.

Amount - two missing deposite of 500 each

Payment syatem used - upi qr

I am adding total 4 screen shot because I made total 4 deposite of 500 each and not usre which one was added which one not they can identify it with utr number... attached all 4 need to check and add two missing one
