Zips Car Wash [censored]ty car wash for high price

I went thru your car wash on 1/28/24 Sunday and paid $18 for a car wash that was to wash my hole car. But when I was swiping it out. I seen lower half my car was still dirty and wheel well and rims didn't even look like they were touched. You have high price fine but car wash does a [censored]ty job. Now I have to go and finish cleaning my car because it's white and there still salt and stuff still on it. I would like refund

Zips Car Wash Zips car wash noise

This car wash has been in operation for over a year and I have sent several emails to their head office and talked to the local car wash people about the high-frequency noise that we can hear in every room in our house, even with all the windows closed. So far they have not done anything to resolve this problem. I hope to avoid filing a lawsuit against them if they do not fix the problem.

I have talked to the regional manager and he informed me that they have received other complaints. I do not know if it was from this site or another one in the region.

Claimed loss: Peace and well-being in our home and yard and to allow us to regain the full use of our property.

Desired outcome: Reduce or eliminate the high frequency noise that is produced when the air blowers dry off each vehicle as it exits the car wash.

Zips Car Wash The worst experience at zips car wash

Hello the worst experience at zips car wash on Dixie highway Louisville ky

in June,2023 my windshield was broken by the equipment after a car wash I've pleed with this company to repair my windshield through several phones calls spoken with several employees Kyle west has denied me over and over I've requested to speak with his boss denied theyre video shows my windshield wasn't broken before i pulled in also one of the employees came out she took pictures sent the report to the main office Kyle west I'm on a fixed income dealing with alot of health issues I've tried my best getting assistance

Zips Car Wash The car wash membership

On October 25th I visited your car wash in Sevierville Tenn. I was told by the attendant that if I signed up for the promotion I could get as many washes in the week. I told him we were only visiting for the week and would return to Michigan at the end of the month. he told me that the promotion would cancel at the end of the month. Then on November 24th on my credit card statement I saw a charge for 45.00 dollars and when I called I was told I sighed up for membership at the time in Tenn. I asked for a cancel on this and was told I was too late to stop the charge and there was no refund. This is a poor business practice as far as I am concerned. I will file a complain with the BBB in Tenn. I will never return to your car wash again. As far as I am concerned its a rip off!

Zips Car Wash Car wash damages

I purchased the monthly wash in early October. On the third visit, October 17, 2023 my car was damaged with deep scratches. After trying to resolve the issue, with absolutely no customer service, a month later corporate refused to pay for damages stating that they couldn't see it on video and it didn't match equipment. Both body shops stated that this was damage consistent with a car wash. The local stated that Zips consistantly has this type of damages and that they will refuse to pay. Zips has an "F" rating at the BBB and if you look at reviews online there is a pattern of this problem. BUYER BEWARE! The $10 deal was not the $3000 cost. Use a touchless wash.

Claimed loss: About $3000, quote I have are not includeing car rental while damages are being repaired.

Desired outcome: Pay for damages and car rental for time in shop.

Zips Car Wash Approved reimbursement for damage not received

July 7, 2023, our side mirror and antenna were damaged in Zips carwash in Baxter, MN. Their own video confirmed the machine malfunctioned. We received an approved reimbursement email. We were told over a phone call I believe, that we would recieve the check in 4 to 6 weeks. To date, we have made many phone calls to their customer service and sent them many emails. We still have not received the reimbursement check for nearly $600. They lie and lie and have stated more than once that we would get the check in about a week. Still nothing!

Desired outcome: Reimbursement check today!

Zips Car Wash Double charged me for a car wash.

The attendant seemed to have problems swiping my card. She tried 3-4 times before it worked. I joked with her about being charged multiple times, and sure enough I was charged twice. This occurred about 2:00 PM on October 29.
I tried calling to get it straightened out but phone prompts said my specific problem could only be solved by going back to the facility.

Claimed loss: $12.00

Desired outcome: Refund of $12.00.

Zips Car Wash Continued to bill me after written cancelation

Back in November 2022 I canceled my VIP subscription in writing by email to Zip Car Wash LLC. I have their response confirming the acknowledgement of cancellation, but they continued to bill me. I continued to reached out to their office by email and phone communications since then. They keep telling me they are going to refund my money, but do not! I have requested to speak with a supervisor, but they will not comer to the phone, telling me the last person filed the refund incorrectly, three times now! I have tried to resolver this matter, but they continue to lie to me about refunding, but still have not as of 10/22/23.

Desired outcome: Refund of my $350.00 of provide 9 months of service that i was continued to be bill for.

Zips Car Wash Bottled cleaner and rags

We were notified our monthly subscription would be raising due to extras that will be in place, including the bottle cleaner and rags. At first it was good and we didn’t mind paying the monthly extra, but now, every time we go there is no cleaner in the bottles or no bottles out at all. I’m super frustrated. Seems the workers don’t want to refill the bottles.

Desired outcome: I want to know there will be changes made.

Outcome, is you lost customers, lie about equipment working, then cause havoc re-upping to new memberships, then this low-class grafting past months. I'm 74, handicapped, "after your service and staff", I'll wait and go to Detrick's in North Myrtle Beach. ZIPS says, You may of seen a new charge from ZIPS Car Wash for your monthly re-bill amount. This charge is a catch-up charge to settle account balances for the month of April and is the first charge that you should see by ZIPS Car Wash after the recent transition from Detrick's., I'll wait and go to Detrick's in North Myrtle Beach. Outcome, is you lost customers, lie about equipment working, then cause havoc re-upping to new memberships, then this low-class grafting past months.

Zips Car Wash Carwash the old plan and new

8/29/2023 It's Tuesday now , but it started last Friday. I went in to ask questions about RENEWEL. I HAD CANCELLED BECAUSE their broken, lacking equipment, I was greeted by an older man that said , We'll just charge you $10 and start you ALL OVER AGAIN, woo, Woo. It was originally 18.99 for monthly full service, now he was going to upcharge me to maybe$45.

I waited today, Tuesday, called their Call center, Then the operator would finally tell me $35 per month. Well I had emailed this "same named" operator ALL week-end long, No clear answer. So I finally had the information, the website "wouldn't take the order". I WENT TO THE CAR WASH location on Hwy 501, 29577. . . THE machine wouldn't take the order! Pushed help, NO one!. . . picked a $15 carwash to get the hell out of there! I moved forward and entered the Guide Rail. The girl was on the cell phone, PUFF, she disappeared. I had to back up to the gate, the older man finally came around the building. Junk wash!

Desired outcome: Carwashes for life, they had 1 cart with towels! I'm handicapped, I got their bottle sprayed my hubcaps, came home and put more tire black on.

Zips Car Wash Mud Flap Chewed up

I just went thru the car wash located in North Myrtle Beach, 4404 Hwy 17 which has been closed for a month and it chewed up my right rear mudflap. It was twisted back up the tire and when pulled down it was all chewed up. I never had a problem before after numerous car washes.

Also, this car wash was closed for over a month, and I am a member and would like a refund of my monthly dues.

Desired outcome: Pay for mud flap replacement and refund one month's dues.

8/17 went for a wash requested 30 dollar wash got it for 10 because of membership after going through wash car still dirty asked to speak with manager managers at in a chair looked at me and stated you can go back through not I’m sorry nothing I said are you going to look at it I am the customer and you seem as you I don’t care she stated oh it’s not you I was just having a personal conversation nothing to do with you and the. Got up to come outside. I stared no car shine that was included in wash abc my car is dirty still she then says tire shive doesn’t work hasn’t worked in weeks but I says but I paid for that false advertisement then she says and my sensor is broken that lets the wash know car or suv so the wash will not get spot on a truck/suv hmm yer again I paid for a wash and they are selling washes that they know will not work deceiving people abc taking their money she said she took pic early and sent them in on their group call but never offered to rate a picture of my car and only said I could go back through how many times do I have to go through to get what I already paid for and the sensor still not working now I don’t want to be feeling sone way because why wasn’t I important hmmmm I could go there hmmmm color hmmmm just not her day hmmm

Desired outcome: Some that cares that I’m others are giving their money when a company knows it can’t fulfill the service make it mage sense

Zips Car Wash Broken sprayer broken vacuums

I've been coming to zips for years before They were even zips then they came in and The price of the monthly membership is gone up and the quality of service has gone down. Luiz Is the greatest worker that's been there consistently over the years. About 4 months ago, the sprayer stop working. I called and told the people at the office and they said they would get right on it, but it hasn't been fixed. The actual convert that takes us through the car. Wash has been broken for about a month. Somebody needs to fix that place, Or I'm gonna move to the new car wash in town. And quit raising the rates!

Zips Car Wash Machine flatten tire while in car wash

On Sunday 8/14/23 at approximately 6:00 pm I entered the car wash I noticed at the beginning of the wash I heard a pop and all notice my left tire pressure start to decrease from 37 psi to 0 psi.

I began to exit wash and could not move forward due to flat tire. car wash attendant Anthony guided me out of car wash to prevent damage to the track I don’t have a receipt do to I pay monthly

Zips Car Wash Damage to property

I own property that Butts up to Zips Carwash. Carwash employees stacked piles of heavy objects against my 6’ privacy fence, chains draped over the fence and Zips customers have ran into my fence trying to enter the actual wash area. The local manager has stopped responding to my attempts to have my fence repaired. I’ve called corporate multiple times and the only support I’ve received from them was providing me with the email address of the manager. This has gone on for well over a year now. Two full sections of fence are laying on the ground, multiple boards are broken in multiple places and the volume of trash thrown over the fence onto my property is astounding! This past weekend, someone had thrown huge sections of insulation board over the fence into my backyard yard. Zips employees tore an opening into a 4’ section of fence that Zips butted against my fence because they didn’t want to walk around their building. The whole thing looks awful and it’s shameful the owner, manager, multiple employees I’ve spoken with and and Zips corporate have strung me along so long when it’s Zips employees that have destroyed my property and Zips customers that have driven into my fence. Keep in mind, when you enter a Zips Carwash there is an employee directing your vehicle placement. It is at this very point that vehicles are driving into my fence and breaking planks and posts.

Desired outcome: I began by offering (and what the manager gave verbal agreement to), Zips would purchase the raw materials (at the time is was $1915 in material cost) and I would have it torn rest of the way down, loaded and hauled off, as well as rebuilt.

Zips Car Wash Driver side mirror broke

I was running a little late to drop my kid off and get to work but went through the car wash really quick. Well when the blue brush thing was going I heard something break and was looking around and saw my mirror dangling. I grabbed my phone real fast and took a picture while it was still washing. I took another picture at the exit and you can tell it's been there entrance in the background. I thought about saying something right then but was late and thought I could easily fix it. Wrong and I never empathized had it happen. After talking to people they said I should file a complaint and I'm not really sure where to start.

Zips Car Wash Billing

I signed up for a membership June 4,2023 and when I signed up I was told that I could cancel my membership at any time. On July 3rd I went to zips.com and canceled my membership. I was charged on July 4th $35 for the membership. I have called and spoke to numerous people with the company but I have not been able to speak to a manager or supervisor about this because they are always on a call or away from their desk. I would like someone to refund my $35 back for a membership that I will not be using

Zips Car Wash Zips car wash on Chapman Hwy Knoxville, TN

I have a membership to Zips Carwash and the closet one to my home is on Chapman Hwy in Knoxville, TN. I am not happy about how the place is cared for, there is usually only 1 person working, all the sprayers do not work properly, I was there this morning 7/4/23 and the air dryers didn’t even come in. They used to pre wash your car off and the $40.00 a month was worth it but this location really needs help.. I don’t want to have to take my business elsewhere so please make it better.

Desired outcome: I’d appreciate a responseMaybe even a refund.

Zips Car Wash Damage to my vehicle

I went to the zips carwash on Meramec Bottom Road and Highway 55 where my car was damaged on my drivers door and front fender. I had been to the same carwash the day before, washed my car and hand dried it. No dents, I went home and parked my car in my driveway for the evening. The next day I was leaving to do some running and got into my car and no dents. The pollen was bad so I thought I'd drive through the carwash again and upon exiting the carwash and giving the car a once over there where some small dents in my drivers door and fender. I immediately told the employee about it and he came out and took pictures and made a report. He said that someone would contact me in 72 hours, well four days go by and I don't hear anything so I call the office and I'm again told that it would be 72 hours and someone would be in contact. Again I hear nothing, so I call again and was basically told that someone would be in contact. I wait a couple more days and get an e-mail saying someone will contact you. Again I hear nothing after the e-mail so I go back to the carwash and talk to the same employee that made the report and he gives me his managers number. So I call the manager and leave a message and hear nothing back. I called her again and left a message and still hear nothing! Mind you that this happened on April 30th and it is now May 20th. I have been a member of this company for three years and you'd think they would be a bit more considerate. I'm actually getting fed up with the way this business seems to not care about their customers. All I want is for them to fix the damages to my car that their carwash caused. I took all the proper steps that the employee told me to take and the day it happened he acted like there would be no problem, well its been nothing but a problem. It really does seem like they could care less! They took my money all these years but now that there's a problem I don't matter! The bottom line seems to be that this company don't care about its customers, And this is after the owner messaged me saying it will be taken care of!

Desired outcome: Repair the damages to my vehicle that their facility carwash caused.
