Back in November 2022 I canceled my VIP subscription in writing by email to Zip Car Wash LLC. I have their response confirming the acknowledgement of cancellation, but they continued to bill me. I continued to reached out to their office by email and phone communications since then. They keep telling me they are going to refund my money, but do not! I have requested to speak with a supervisor, but they will not comer to the phone, telling me the last person filed the refund incorrectly, three times now! I have tried to resolver this matter, but they continue to lie to me about refunding, but still have not as of 10/22/23.
Desired outcome: Refund of my $350.00 of provide 9 months of service that i was continued to be bill for.
