Mister Car Wash Blew out my back window and denied any responsibility

I drove in one side of the car wash and then drove out the other side my window blew out and glass was everywhere. I talked to the manager and despite seeming pretty cut and dry he denied any claim. Additionally and more interesting is that I asked to see a video and all he could provide was one outside of the building when the window finally shattered. When I asked to see the videos from inside to see if the glass was struck by anything he said there was no videos from inside? I then proceeded to ask for any video copies he had of my vehicle going through the building and he got very defensive of a sudden and told me he would not be giving me anything without a subpoena. Clearly a very expensive trip and a very sketchy encounter with their General Manager at Mister Car Wash.

Recommendation: STAY CLEAR

Mister Car Wash Charged Me for 3 memberships instead of one

This Company has charged me for three different monthly unlimited car wash memberships, when I only purchased one. When I tried to call them, I am put on a hold que for over 30 minutes, then their system just disconnects you, so you have to start the process over again. Email them and they use an auto responder that says they will get back to you. But never do. I purchased an unlimited car wash membership for 19.99a month. In September, they charged me the 19.99, then a week later, 29.99 and then on October 11,2023, they charged me 32.99.

Recommendation: They have many locations, so it is convenient. Use a prepaid debit card each month for the exact amount.

Mister Car Wash Terrible Service and Quality at Mister Car Wash in Vestavia, Alabama

Mister Car Wash is not a place I would recommend, especially the Vestavia, Alabama location. I was extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the wash. I am not a difficult customer to please, but the interior cleaning and exterior wash were not up to par. I paid $34 for the wash and added a prepaid tip of $5. The attendant who collected the payment was very pushy about adding a tip, which I found quite annoying. I ended up paying almost $40 for a terrible wash.

I went to Mister Car Wash on a weekday afternoon when it was not very busy. There were plenty of staff on duty, but the quality of the wash was still terrible. When my car was ready, I was shocked to see how dirty it still was. It didn't even look like it had been vacuumed or wiped down. I asked the attendants if they could vacuum the car better and pointed out some of the worst spots on the inside and outside of the car that needed more attention. The attendant made a half-hearted attempt at wiping a few things down, but did not revacuum the car. I had to send the car back three times, and each time, it hardly looked like they did anything. I was not being picky, I just wanted a reasonably clean car.

I have never had to send my car back a second time at any car wash, nor have I had to ask that the car be vacuumed more. After asking the third time to vacuum more and wipe the visible dried dirt from the door threshold on the driver's side, I realized that I was going to have to take my car to another car wash and pay to get it cleaned. I left Mister Car Wash and went to Marc 1 Car Wash in Hoover where I paid another $20, but did get a reasonably clean exterior wash, and interior vacuumed and wiped down. This was my first experience using Mister Car Wash, and it will be my last. I will never return to any Mister Car Wash location again.

Mister Car Wash Poor Customer Service Experience at Mister Car Wash on North Zaragosa

I visited the Mister Car Wash located at 3516 North Zaragosa on October 12, 2022, between 9:30am-10:00am. As a member, I requested to pay the difference on wax and tire shine to include two runs as a one-time courtesy. However, Ms. Sosa responded very adversarially and scolded me on my request. I was taken aback by her behavior and decided to ask for her name, which she hesitated to provide. I explained that I was going to address my concern with corporate, but Ms. Sosa continued to scold me instead of recognizing my concern on how she was handling the situation.

To my surprise, Mr. Acosta also became very adversarial and unprofessional. He was not willing to diffuse the circumstances and walked away from me. I had to increase my tone to let him know that I wanted to pay for the difference. However, he directed Ms. Sosa to go inside and I noticed a mock and chuckle attitude from her. It was evident that she did not have the customer service guest mentality and professionalism to handle the situation.

Based on my experience and perception, the lack of care communication is imperative. I wonder if there are any chain issues such as burnouts or stress that may have caused both individuals to create a chaotic and toxic situation. If this situation is not followed through, the company will suffer evidently. I recommend that the company view the camera footage to see that I only wanted to pay for the difference.

This particular occurrence should not be overlooked. The staff development and customer guest mentality should be improved. I wonder if Ms. Sosa and Mr. Acosta are related in any way, dating, or undermining the employees' actions. It makes me wonder.

Mister Car Wash Unsatisfactory Customer Service: Mister Car Wash Damaged My Truck and Refuses to Fix It

I had a wash at Mister Car Wash back in February and unfortunately, my truck was damaged during the process. I noticed that my antenna was missing and had been broken at the base about 30 minutes later. I went back to the Army Post site and a worker found my antenna in the car wash and brought it out to me. However, they never said anything about fixing it.

I called the corporate office a few days later to report the incident and a woman took my report over the phone. She told me that the Army Post manager would call me in a few days. However, after waiting for two weeks, I stopped in to see the manager, Gregory Lorimor. He said that there was no report on his system, but he took pictures and said he would file the report himself. He promised to call me that evening with details, but I never heard back from him.

After waiting another week, I went back to see Mr. Lorimor and he gave me the runaround about going to get an estimate from a body shop. I did that and brought it back to him, but he told me to make the appointment to get the vehicle repaired myself. I made the appointment, but a few days before I was scheduled to take it in, the body shop called and said they were unable to make contact with the manager or anyone at Mister Car Wash to verify payment prior to the work starting. The appointment was delayed, and I was frustrated.

That evening, I called the Mister Car Wash corporate office in Arizona and spoke with "customer care." They told me that there was no documentation of the damage or estimate in their system and I needed to email the information to the claims point of contact. I sent in everything as requested on April 4th, but I still have not had any communication from either Mr. Lorimor at the Army Post site or corporate headquarters in Arizona.

I am currently on hold waiting to talk to a "customer care" specialist, and my waiting time just went from 30 minutes magically to 50 minutes. I feel like their MO is to just wear you down until you get frustrated and tired. The customer service is horrible, and it's funny that they never seem to have a problem with taking my payment every month. With all the stores popping up all over the metro, they have lost their care for the customer. Mister Car Wash is unsatisfactory.

Mister Car Wash Mister Car Wash Review: Long Waits, Pushy Sales Tactics, and Declining Service Quality

Been going to this Mister Car Wash near my crib for almost a decade now (got bought out by Mr. Car Wash). I dig the concept of Mr. Car Wash... you do your own vacuuming, pay on your own, and get in and out quick. But, lately, the reality has been far from the ideal.

Just got back from the car wash, and in the cash lane (car wash subscriptions are dumb as hell) I waited in line for over 10 minutes for each car to pay. Not even to get through the wash, just to pay at the kiosk. That's 30 minutes for just 3 cars to get INTO the car wash. Why? Because there's an attendant (at a self-service kiosk) who seems hell-bent on trying to sell every car a subscription service.

I talked to the big boss, who said their goal is "5 minutes for each car to get through the wash." When I pointed out that it was taking over 10 minutes for each car just to pay, he said "well, we're busy," like that had anything to do with the processing rate per car. I clarified the timing, and he said "that's why we have the subscription lane," basically admitting that Mister Car Wash's ultimate goal is to make anything other than a subscription car wash unbearable.

To give you some background, Mister Car Wash is a merger of a bunch of independent car washes. They went public in 2021, and since then their stock price has been cut in half. It's pretty obvious why; car washes are a luxury service that people don't really need, so when times get tough, people cut back on them. So, I suspect that the increase in terrible service and long waits for "cash service" is a feature, not a bug... a direct result of corporate telling locations to 1) put staff at every self-service kiosk (which is dangerous, since those kiosks aren't designed for attendants) and 2) sell a ton of subscriptions every month (which is why the attendants are so pushy about it).

So, Mister Car Wash has gone downhill, and it's only gonna get worse as we head into a recession and people cut back on luxury services like car washes. The business is failing to meet investors' expectations, so corporate is gonna get even more aggressive with this strategy.

Anyway, if you're wondering why Mister Car Wash sucks so much now, takes forever, and treats you like garbage, now you know. You don't matter, only your subscription does.

Mister Car Wash Terrible Experience with Mister Car Wash: Damaged My Car and Denied My Claim

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Mister Car Wash. I mean, if I could give them negative stars, I totally would. They messed up my car big time. Before I took my ride to them, my paint job was looking pristine. No chips, no scratches, no swirl marks. But after just a month of using their unlimited monthly membership, my car looked like it had been through a warzone. I'm talking hundreds, maybe even thousands of dollars worth of damage to the paint.

Now, I'm not just some random person who doesn't know anything about cars. My mechanic had checked out my ride just a month before I took it to Mister Car Wash, so he knew exactly how good my paint job was. When I took it back to him after the damage, he said there was no way it could have happened anywhere else but at the car wash. And get this - the damage was so bad that it couldn't even be buffed out. I had to get the whole thing repainted.

It's not just me, either. Seems like Mister Car Wash has been messing up a lot lately. And when you try to make a claim, they just deny it and act like it's not their fault. I had to deal with different managers and bring my car back to their location multiple times, all on my own dime, just to get them to look at it. And in the end, they still denied my claim. They even wanted me to drive my car through their wash again to see how the damage happened. Like, are you kidding me?

I'm not the only one, either. There are plenty of other people who have had their cars damaged by Mister Car Wash and then got denied when they tried to make a claim. I'm not gonna let them get away with it, though. I'm gonna contact the Better Business Bureau and let them know what's up.

So, if you don't want your car to end up looking like mine, I'd say stay away from Mister Car Wash. They're not gonna take responsibility for their mistakes, and they're not gonna help you out when you need it. Trust me, it's not worth the risk.

Mister Car Wash Mister Car Wash Review: Unethical Business Practice and Paint Damage

Mister Car Wash located at 2350 Pleasant Hill Rd is not the place to go if you want to keep your car in good condition. I made the mistake of going there two months ago to use their vacuum service and decided to get a car wash while I was there. Little did I know that this would be the worst decision I could have made for my car. I opted for their most expensive car washing option, thinking that it would be worth the extra money. However, during the car washing process, the machine was hitting my car with such force that it was shaking my car pretty badly. I was wondering why the machine was using such heavy force, which seemed unnecessary. After my car came out of the washing room, I immediately noticed that the machine had scratched the paint on my car all over very badly. There were highly visible scratches all over my car body after this car wash, which was not my intention when I decided to patronize them.

I immediately notified the employee on duty there, and he came to look at the scratches and then called his boss to report the damage. The employee then said his boss would call me later regarding the damage. In the next few days while I was waiting for the call, I went to Maaco Auto Paint to have their experts look at the paint damage. After they walked through the car, I was told that it would cost me $1100 to fix all the paint damage caused by Mister Car Wash.

In a few days, a manager named Jacob called me and denied every responsibility, even though his employee confirmed the damage on the spot. I offered to send him all the photos and was willing to meet him to let him see the damage in person. Yet this guy immediately and completely denied anything and offered zero apology and zero help. He said he wouldn't do anything about the damage to my car. The call was ended in only 2-3 mins with his arrogant attitude. I felt like I was being treated as a sucker during the whole short conversation.

At this moment, I am thinking about suing them in Small Claim court and posting my story plus photos on all online sites/forums to let all potential customers see the evidence with their own eyes and directly contacting/reporting to Mister headquarters, etc. Please do not go to this place unless you want to take the risk of paint damage. Even if you decide to take this risk, I urge you to take detailed photos and video of your car before you drive your car into their machine. They will deny everything and anything about your damage if you are unfortunate. This is a very unethical business practice running by unethical people. I think they would figure out most people would suck up and live with the damage so their unethical practice can happily continue "as usual". Please run away from them and protect you and your car from them!

If you Google the reviews for Mister Car Wash, which is a franchise, the reviews are generally very low no matter which Mister Car Wash you go. It's a shame that they don't take responsibility for their mistakes and that they don't care about their customers' satisfaction. I hope that my experience will help others avoid the same mistake I made.

Mister Car Wash Terrible Experience at Mister Car Wash: $3700 Damages and No Responsibility Taken

Recently, I had a terrible experience at Mister Car Wash (mistercarwash.com) upon purchasing my new Ford Raptor. I was directed by the attendant to proceed through the car wash, but due to the truck's size, it wasn't fitting on the track. I had my doubts and asked the attendant if it was safe for my vehicle, and he assured me that it was perfectly fine. However, 1/4 of the way into the wash, my truck popped off the track, and they had to shut down the car wash. I had to drive out and come around for another try, but the second time around, my new rims got damaged as the tires popped off again. A significant amount of damage was done to the rim and steel footing of the machine, totalling to an estimate/invoice of over $3700.

The attendant apologized for the mishap and Walter, the general manager, assured me that they would take care of it. However, to my dismay, they denied any responsibility despite acknowledging that it was their fault. To rub salt to the wound, they refused to cover even one tire and said that it was "aftermarket." It's quite perplexing since aftermarket items are standard for most vehicles.

To add insult to injury, there were no written warning signs stating such a policy. I strongly advise anyone to consider going somewhere else as the staff members present were cold and unapologetic. It's quite unfortunate since I had never experienced such treatment from a car wash before.

Mister Car Wash Mister Car Wash's Takeover of Firehouse Soft Wash: A Disappointing Experience

Recently, I had the opportunity to check out the Mister Car Wash location that used to be known as Firehouse Soft Wash, located in Essexville, MI. As a regular customer of Firehouse in the past, I was immediately intrigued to see that Mister Car Wash had taken over. With my previous positive experiences at Firehouse in mind, I decided to give Mister Car Wash a try on 12-7-19.

I was surprised to find out that prices had increased since Firehouse, with the standard wash price going from $12 to $14. However, I was still willing to give them a shot since my previous experiences at Firehouse were always great. The overall process was very similar to what I was used to at Firehouse until the end of the car wash.

To my shock, I realized that the only thing that Mister Car Wash used to dry the car was an automated blower. I was disappointed to find this out because Firehouse used to hand dry vehicles, and it always did a great job. Unfortunately, the blower did not do a good job at all, as there were water spots everywhere and the back end of the vehicle was not even dried properly. In my opinion, there is no substitute for hand drying, and that was a BIG mistake on the part of Mister Car Wash.

Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the final outcome. I feel like I could have just gone to my local, subpar car wash and gotten the same results for a fraction of the price. I urge you to keep in mind that this is not the Firehouse experience you were accustomed to before using Mister Car Wash.

Mister Car Wash Disappointing Experience: Mister Car Wash at Laurynnbrook Location

I normally do not take reviews to heart, but after experiencing Mister Car Wash for myself, I must say that they disappointed me. At first, I was thrilled to take advantage of their services at the Laurynnbrook location, selecting a wash that I wanted and handing the cashier cash. However, I soon found out that they only accept cards, which was rather frustrating to me. When I asked why there was no difference between cash and card, the girl simply said that that is what management told her to do - an unsatisfactory answer to say the least. Bottom line: if you do not have a card, you cannot get a wash.

Another issue arose when the girl asked if I would like to give a tip. Although I typically do not tip for a service that has yet to be rendered, I went ahead and gave her a tip. Sadly, things only went downhill from there. There was no pre-wash done, and nobody checked to ensure that all was well with my vehicle. There was no towel drying, and aside from their free vacuum service, nothing special about my experience that warranted their higher pricing. I later found that I could get a better wash at HEB for less money.

If I want a drive-thru type of service with some detailing, I will return to Sparkling Image - Mister Car Wash will not be seeing me again. If I want a full detail done, I will simply do it in my own driveway. Sorry, Mister Car Wash, but you did not live up to my expectations.

Mister Car Wash WARNING: Mister Car Wash caused significant damage to my truck, denied responsibility

As a regular patron of Mister Car Wash in Bountiful, my wife and I have used their services for years to clean our daily drivers and work vehicles. While I typically handle the detailing of my beloved 1997 F250, I have made the occasional stop at Mister Car Wash for touch-ups in between my more involved cleaning sessions. Unfortunately, in April of 2020, one of these visits resulted in significant damage to the passenger side of my truck.

When I brought this to the attention of the Mister Car Wash team, they directed me to a nearby shop to get an estimate for repairs. However, it took three long months to receive any follow-up from them. When they finally did reach out, they claimed that the damage had already been present before I entered their car wash, citing photographic evidence.

I was incredulous at their assertion and demanded that they shut down the car wash immediately before any more innocent drivers fell victim to their faulty equipment. Upon investigation, it was discovered that not only had they ripped off a piece of my truck's trim, they had allowed it to become tangled in their brushes, putting every vehicle that followed me at risk of similar damage.

In light of this experience, I have cancelled all memberships with Mister Car Wash and strongly urge others to avoid their services if they wish to protect their vehicles from harm. Attached to this review is a picture of my F250 before it was ravaged by Mister Car Wash, as evidence of the damage endured.

Mister Car Wash Save Your Money and Avoid Mister Car Wash

If you're in the market for a car wash, I would strongly recommend that you avoid Mister Car Wash. While I have been a loyal customer to this establishment, with four monthly accounts for my personal and business vehicles, I have been extremely disappointed with their lackluster service quality. Even though I drive a small BMW, I have noticed that my car is never adequately dried after a wash. This leaves unsightly water spots and soapy residue all over the vehicle that I have to manually clean up myself.

Their reasoning for not drying cars is that they have had employees injure themselves in the tracks - which is a valid concern -, however, they dry other cars 30 feet away from my vehicle, so it's not quite clear why they can't do the same for mine. What's more, despite lowering their operational costs by reducing their services and letting go of workers, they have not reduced their prices at all. This doesn't seem like a fair deal for customers like me.

I have reached out to upper management several times, as well as spoken to two managers in-person, but all I have received in response is "drying is not in your contract". As a paying customer, I find this quite unacceptable. I simply expect to get what I'm paying for - a clean, sparkling vehicle. Unfortunately, the proprietors of Mister Car Wash do not seem to hold themselves to such high standards.

It's quite evident that they place profits over quality customer service and fair pricing for their services. I am quite dissatisfied with their service, and I would strongly advise giving your hard-earned money to local businesses instead of supporting Mister Car Wash's avarice. In fact, I am even tempted to escalate this issue to the media in order to speak out against this disappointing experience.

Therefore, I implore you - do not waste your money and time with Mister Car Wash.

Mister Car Wash Negative Review: Terrible Experience with Mister Car Wash Speedway in Tucson, AZ

My experience with Mister Car Wash, particularly their Speedway location in Tucson AZ, was not a pleasant one. I had visited the car wash and had my information deleted by an employee named Savanah. When I called the corporate office to sort things out, I spent a frustrating 45 minutes on the phone trying to rectify the situation. Two months later, Savanah approached me again, expressing concern that my sticker was not scanning and asking for my phone number. She assured me that she would fix everything for me. I was taken aback - after all, she was the one who had caused the issue with my membership information in the first place. I did not want her to touch my information again and waste my time once more.

When I expressed my concerns to Savanah, she denied that she had caused the original problem. I was incredulous - I remembered her clearly and knew that she was responsible. She went to the manager, claiming that I had cursed her out. The manager approached me, lecturing me about how it was unacceptable to curse at employees. I countered that I had not done so, and that another employee could back me up. However, when the manager spoke to the other employee, he said he was new and couldn't verify anything. I was frustrated by the lack of accountability and understanding on the part of the staff.

Ultimately, the manager spent time re-entering my phone number and working on the system to fix the problem. However, the experience was horrible from start to finish. I would advise others to stay away from Mister Car Wash, especially the Speedway location in Tucson AZ. Based on my experience, I would give them zero stars.

Mister Car Wash Unacceptable Treatment of Loyal Customer: Mister Car Wash Review

As someone who has been a loyal customer of Mister Car Wash for decades, I felt compelled to write a review about my recent experience. I have been paying $70 per month for the club and have always used it to keep my daily driver SUV clean, going through the wash maybe twice a week at the most. In fact, I have gotten to know some of the employees over the years and have appreciated the level of service they provide.

As a car dealer specializing in exotic cars, I obviously do not take my inventory through Mister Car Wash. However, I made it clear to the person who sold me the membership that I would be using it for my personal car that I drive daily, which is always for sale. I was assured that this would not be a problem and proceeded to pay my monthly fee for years with no issues.

Recently, I sold my daily driver and had to take a different car through the car wash one day. To my surprise, I received a phone call from someone at Mister Car Wash informing me that I cannot switch cars and use my membership. After being a loyal customer for many years and never abusing the system, they told me that my membership is no longer valid. To make matters worse, they would not refund my $70 because I had already used the car wash once that month.

I find this treatment of a long-time, loyal client who did nothing wrong to be unacceptable. It was hardly a regular occurrence, happening maybe once every few months. I paid $70 for just four days of use. I am extremely disappointed with the way Mister Car Wash has treated me and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Mister Car Wash Mister Car Wash Airway Heights Damaged My Car: A Meticulous Review

I recently visited the Mister Car Wash in Airway Heights, Washington with my 2011 Camaro SS, eager to try out a new location that had been recommended to me by a friend. Normally, I frequent the Mister Car Wash on Division in Spokane and have always had a positive experience there. Unfortunately, my experience at the Airway Heights location was far from positive.

After visiting the car wash and drying off my car with microfiber towels, I noticed some marring on the paint. Since I work long hours and was visiting the car wash in the dark, I didn't have a chance to fully inspect my car until two days later. When I did, I noticed a significant amount of scratching from top to bottom and front to back. As someone who has worked in the auto industry for over 30 years and is very meticulous about the care of my car, I knew immediately that the damage was caused by the Mister Car Wash equipment.

After bringing it to the attention of the manager, I was met with skepticism and felt like I was being accused of trying to take advantage of them. Despite my many years of experience in the auto industry, the manager continued to argue that the scratches could not have been caused by their wash brushes and instead focused on two pre-existing scratches on my car. He even continued to wipe his hands over my car, further damaging the paint.

I have included pictures that clearly show the damage, which I hope will convince Mister Car Wash to take responsibility for their equipment and fix my car. As someone who has always had a positive experience with Mister Car Wash, I hope that they will step up and do the right thing.

Mister Car Wash Mister Car Wash Caused Severe Damage to My Car and Refused to Take Responsibility - A Highly Dissatisfying Experience

I recently had a terrible experience with Mister Car Wash that has left me highly dissatisfied with this company and its management. I was a loyal member of this car wash program and frequented their services quite regularly. However, what started as a simple car wash turned out to be a complete nightmare for me, and it affected my car's paint job severely.

It quickly became evident that every time I took my car to be washed, the company was inadvertently causing extensive paint damage to the hood, roof, and trunk of my vehicle. When I pointed out this issue to the General Manager, his response was quite unsettling. Instead of offering a prompt resolution, he tried to evade responsibility by telling me that the damage caused was not their fault.

Despite being given assurances that they would pay for any damages they caused to any cars, they refused to acknowledge that they were the cause of the damage to my vehicle. I had my car professionally detailed and waxed recently before the damage, and it had been in perfect condition. I had never taken my car anywhere else for washing since I trusted Mister Car Wash to maintain its pristine look. However, after inspection by a professional in the auto industry, it was clear that the damage was caused by a machine-operated car wash.

Upon returning to the car wash with this information, I was met with resistance from the General Manager who had already closed out my case. He informed me that I would need to take the matter to their corporate office, which was very infuriating and unprofessional. This incident has left me with extensive paint damage on my car, and I will now need to face additional costs of $500-$600 to have my car repainted.

In conclusion, Mister Car Wash is not a company that I would recommend anyone use. They caused severe damage to my car, tried to evade their responsibility and refused to fix the damage they caused. Their services are not worth the expenses and hassles that come with their operations. Save yourself this nightmare and go elsewhere for your car wash needs.

Mister Car Wash Extensive Scratches on My Brand New Car After Mister Car Wash Membership: A Disappointing Experience

I purchased a brand new vehicle from the dealership with only one mile on it in August. While inspecting the exterior and interior with my auto broker, we noticed only one small dent which was quickly taken care of. It was on September 19th that I decided to take my car to Mister Car Wash, where I was immediately introduced to their membership program and decided to join. For about a month and a half to two months, I noticed some light scratches on my vehicle. Upon further inspection of my car, I noticed extensive light scratches all over the exterior in swooping motions and straight across. Some of the scratches even seemed to be slightly deeper, which was a huge concern for me as I hadn't taken my car anywhere else where such scratches could have occurred. The only place I'd washed it was Mister Car Wash.

I decided to take the matter up with corporate to have my membership cancelled. They asked if I wanted to file a claim, which I agreed to. The manager was supposed to get back to me in 24-48 hours but he never did. I called the store several times, but Marvin, the manager, was always busy or off. I finally got Marvin on the phone and he said he was still investigating. He told me that they never fix cars with scratches on them due to their cleaning procedures, where they clean their equipment every night and have a water system to clean them throughout the day. However, this made me wonder about the cleaning processes that occur when there is a line of cars backed up to 5-10 cars. How effective could their cleaning process be if the car in front has rocks on their tires?

Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the service from Mister Car Wash. While the membership option was great at the time, I was left with extensive scratches all over my new vehicle and the manager didn't seem to care much either. It was quite frustrating to deal with the lack of customer care and assistance in this situation.

I have washed F-150 truck at Mister carwash from Taylorsville throughout two years. At beginning of 2023 in March I realized the brushes that car wash uses wear out the paint on the truck body at various impact points on the its frame, such as front grill trim upper side, side windshield body frame, top side or the doors frame, plus it scratched the lower...

Mister Car Wash Disappointing Experience at Mister Car Wash in Sugarland, TX: A Review

I'm no spring chicken at 64 years old, but I still like to keep my car looking sharp. So, I decided to treat myself to a detailed car wash at Mister Car Wash in Sugarland, TX. The price was a bit steep at $40 plus tip, but it was a beautiful day and my car was in desperate need of a good cleaning. Usually, I just run it through a regular car wash and then vacuum the inside myself. But, I figured I'd splurge this time and get the full treatment.

I watched my car go through the wash and was impressed with how shiny it looked when it was done. However, when I got inside, I was disappointed to find that there was still wadded up trash in the doors and gunk in all the nooks and crannies. I asked the worker to clean out the slot in the door, but she did it with an attitude. The dashboard was still covered in dust, and my fingerprints were all over the rearview mirror and the mirror on my visor. I was pretty bummed out that I had spent so much money and my car wasn't even fully cleaned.

Honestly, I could have just gone to Quick Quack and vacuumed it myself for a fraction of the cost. It really put a damper on my day. I don't think I'll be going back to Mister Car Wash anytime soon.

Mister Car Wash Mister Car Wash Membership Scam: My Frustrating Experience with Loaner Cars and Rentals

I went to Mister Car Wash with my loaner car, hoping to get a quick wash before returning it. Unfortunately, I was told that loaners and rentals are not included in my membership. Frustrated, I asked to speak to the manager.

The manager came over and leaned into my car, telling me that it was clearly stated in my contract. I asked if I could at least get one wash, since I wouldn't have my own car until Wednesday. The manager said no.

I then asked when my membership would be deducted again, and was told March 14th. I decided to cancel my membership, and the manager tried to convince me to stay. He asked how many washes I had already used, and I told him I had an unlimited membership. He explained that if I had already used more than one wash, they couldn't cancel my membership.

I realized that companies like Mister Car Wash are just trying to manipulate and monopolize our money. We have the power to make our own decisions and not let them take advantage of us. I'm glad I made the decision to cancel my membership and take my business elsewhere.

Mister Car Wash Disappointing Experience at Car Wash: Inside and Outside Wash Review

This is my third time at this location and I gotta say, it's not looking good. I shelled out $28 for an inside and outside wash, and while they did an alright job on the outside, let's be real - the machine does most of the work.

I specifically asked for my floor mats to be cleaned when I got out of my car (which, by the way, should be included in the package I paid for), but when I came back from the restroom, my car was already done. I was like, "Dang, that was fast!"

But as soon as I got in my car, I noticed a french fry under the back seat. And when I looked down, my mats were still dirty - like, did they even touch them? The employee tried to tell me that I only wanted them to remove the water that got in during the wash because my rear window was cracked open a bit. But come on, my doors looked like they hadn't been touched either.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with my visit today. I'm thinking about calling my credit card company and disputing the charge. Unless you're just getting the basic outside wash for $8, I wouldn't recommend this place. I could have gone to a drive-thru car wash for $5 and vacuumed it out myself. SMH, so disappointed.

Mister Car Wash Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Mister Car Wash on SW 112th Ave

I've been a member of Mister Car Wash for a long time now, and I've always been satisfied with their services. However, my recent experience with employee Brittany Stokes was extremely disappointing. She was very rude and lacked basic customer service skills.

I had requested that my car be sprayed with bug spray before the washing process on two previous occasions, but it wasn't being provided. On my most recent visit, I asked Brittany to spray my car, but she loudly stated that the spray was only for bugs. I tried to explain that I was a paying customer and wanted my car sprayed, but she didn't listen and my car was already on the auto machine.

After the wash, I went to the office and asked for the corporate number. Brittany threatened to cancel my membership and made sure I got her name right. This was completely unacceptable behavior from an employee who needs help and training on how to run a business.

I hate that I have to deal with her if or when I go to get my car washed. Mister Car Wash needs to take action and address this issue. I hope someone contacts me soon to resolve this matter.

Overall, I still recommend Mister Car Wash as a great place to get your car cleaned. However, they need to improve their customer service and train their employees better. This location is on SW 112th Ave.

Mister Car Wash Mister Car Wash Review: Mediocre Quality and High Prices

When it comes to getting our vehicles cleaned, we expect a quality job that truly makes our ride shine. Unfortunately, for one Midland MI resident, their experience with Mister Car Wash left them feeling disappointed and unhappy with the results. To their dismay, upon picking up their truck, they found that it looked even worse than before the wash took place. Thankfully, Paul, the General Manager at Mister Car Wash, took it upon himself to reach out to the customer and offer them a complimentary wash to make up for the previous experience.

While the second attempt still fell short of the customer's expectations, they did appreciate the effort put forth by the G-Manager and staff. However, they couldn't help but compare it to the outstanding prewash prep that they had previously received from Firehouse Car Wash. Additionally, the prices at Mister Car Wash seemed to be steep, especially considering the lackluster quality of the wash.

To add insult to injury, there was no one available to adjust the truck mirrors once the wash was complete. While this may seem like a minor thing, to someone who takes pride in their vehicle, it can make all the difference.

In conclusion, while Mister Car Wash may suffice for those who require a weekly wash to maintain cleanliness, those looking for a thorough and high-quality job might want to look elsewhere. It's clear that the staff at Mister Car Wash cares about making their customers happy, but at the end of the day, the product speaks for itself. Hopefully, they'll take the feedback to heart and work on improving their services to ensure that they're providing the best experience possible for their customers.

Mister Car Wash Disappointing Experience at Mister Car Wash: Refusal of Cash Payment and Aggressive Agenda

I recently visited Mister Car Wash (mistercarwash.com) and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. To be honest, I initially gave them only one star just so I could proceed with my review. My experience with this car wash establishment was completely disappointing.

When I arrived, I was informed by an employee that the company no longer accepts cash payments. I was so shocked and confused. In America, cash is our currency. It is a fundamental part of our economy and daily lives. I was astonished to hear that a business would not accept it as a form of payment. The reason given was that cash is dirty and unsanitary. However, I found this hard to believe as we have immune systems in place to protect us from germs and viruses. It seemed like an unnecessary rule to impose.

I was further disappointed with the fact that the employees wear masks at all times, even when no one is around. While I understand the importance of masks in certain situations, it didn't make sense to me why the employees were wearing them in an empty car wash bay. Not only does it seem unnecessary, but prolonged mask-wearing can also have various health implications.

The overall impression I got from Mister Car Wash was that they are pushing a certain agenda that is not American, but rather Communist. It was unfortunate that they refused to accept cash and gave such illogical reasons for doing so. This only reinforces the notion that we could be moving towards a one-world government where our every move is tracked, traced, and controlled. This is certainly not the kind of business that I would like to support.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Mister Car Wash to anyone. From their refusal to accept cash payments to their aggressive agenda, I believe that the company has lost touch with what it means to be an American business serving American customers.

Mister Car Wash Review: Disappointing quality and cashless policy at Mister Car Wash Abilene

I have been a regular customer of Mister Car Wash for quite some time now and always make it a point to visit the car wash every Friday and spend $10 in cash. However, in recent times, the car wash has stopped accepting cash due to the pandemic scare which I find a little excessive considering the situation. This move not only inconveniences me but also has the potential to cost them a lot of money in the long run if my weekly expenditure is added to the tally of other customers who only deal in cash.

Moreover, I have been disappointed with the quality of car wash services provided by Mister Car Wash. Despite spending my hard-earned money, I often find that bugs still remain on my car and it is not cleaned to my satisfaction. The car wash management needs to take serious note of this issue and improve their cleaning standards in order to retain a loyal customer base.

Additionally, I had an unfortunate encounter with the manager of the car wash who seemingly lied to me about the machine's spinning motion. This highly unprofessional behavior on the management's part is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall quality of the establishment. I am considering seeking compensation for the damages caused to my vehicle due to the mistreatment provided by the management.

In conclusion, it is imperative for Mister Car Wash to step up and improve their services by addressing the cleanliness issue and providing better management practices. It is crucial for businesses to take their customers' feedback seriously, especially in a small town like Abilene where word of mouth travels fast and reputation is paramount.

Mister Car Wash Unsatisfactory Car Detailing Experience at Mister Car Wash: A Warning to Others

My daughter recently acquired her first car, and with her birthday being around the corner, we decided to go all out and get the car detailed at Mister Car Wash. We arrived at the location at 9995 E Adamo Dr, Tampa, FL 33619, half an hour before they opened at 9 am. Being in a rush, we were pleased to see that only two other cars were ahead of us in the queue. At 8:58 am sharp, they promptly opened their doors and collected our payment, informing us that the car would be ready in two hours.

We swiftly got busy with our other tasks for the day, and returned to the car wash at 11 am, expecting to see a good amount of progress on the car. Our excitement quickly turned into frustration when we observed that the only operation underway was vacuuming! Enraged, I expressed my displeasure to the manager on duty, but he seemed indifferent, as if he had heard such complaints countless times before.

Finally, at 12:30 pm, after being delayed for over three hours, we received the "detailed" car. With a fine-toothed comb, I scanned every nook and cranny of the car, only to find ample spots missed out by the car washers. My frustrations heightened as I realized that they hadn't even touched the trunk!

To put the cherry on the cake, we paid an exorbitant sum of $160, yet received subpar service. Disappointed, to say the least, I have sworn off Mister Car Wash for life. I would rate my experience with them half a star. I humbly implore you to inform your dear ones of my experience.

Mister Car Wash Unfortunate Experience at Mister Car Wash; Positive Experience at Another Location

I recently had an unfortunate experience at the Mister Car Wash location on Ingersoll and Des Moines Iowa. During my visit, one of the employees who was vacuuming my vehicle stole my credit card and racked up charges of over $450. Despite providing the police with video evidence of the incident, they were unable to take action against the employee. While trying to resolve the issue with the management at the car wash, I was met with hesitation and denial that the incident even occurred.

After this, I was left feeling very uneasy about returning to this location. However, I decided to give another Mister Car Wash location a chance and started frequenting the one on army Post Road in Des Moines Iowa. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and thorough their services were and I had no issues with their self-service vacuuming stations. Overall, I was happy with the service that I received at this location.

It's unfortunate that the Ingersoll location didn't take responsibility for the actions of their employee and the damage caused to my vehicle. Despite their shortcomings, I was able to find a different location that worked better for me and my needs. I hope that Mister Car Wash as a company can take steps to ensure that their customers always feel safe and secure when using their services and take responsibility for any mishaps that may occur.

Mister Car Wash Mixed Results: My Experience with Mister Car Wash's Interior Vacuuming Service

Last Saturday, July 3rd, 2021, I decided to have my truck detailed at Mister Car Wash, and as an unlimited customer, I paid an additional $10 to have the interior vacuumed. Unfortunately, when the job was completed, I noticed a significant amount of dirt still present on the carpet and floor mats. Feeling dissatisfied, I approached a manager, only to be told that the vacuums were not the best and that their staff did the best they could. I requested a re-vacuum, and the second attempt still didn't yield the desired results.

Feeling increasingly frustrated, I asked to speak to James Hoovens, the manager in charge. Amazingly, James went above and beyond and did what the second staff member could not do, making my truck look spotless once again. Overall, I spent between 45 to 55 long minutes for my truck to be washed and vacuumed, and although I am grateful for James' help, my biggest complaint is that I am paying $36 per month and an extra $10 for vacuuming. Still, I wasn't able to get that clean and spotless interior I paid for.

I found myself questioning why the staff member vacuuming didn't clean up the dirt they could see. It is understandable that Mister Car Wash is primarily focused on washing cars, but I believe the staff should still take pride in what they do, especially since customers are paying for a certain level of service. Despite that, special thanks must go out to James Hoovens who offered exemplary service and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied.

Mister Car Wash Beware: Rock damage from Cedar Rapids Mister Car Wash, equipment not guaranteed

As a regular customer of Cedar Rapids, IA Mister Car Wash, I have been a member for over two years, paying monthly for the service. Though I have noticed that they may not be the best at thoroughly drying my vehicle or cleaning underneath during harsh winter months, I appreciate the convenience of having a clean car one or two times a week and continued to use their services. However, my loyalty was put to the test when a rock caught in one of their "brushes" caused significant damage to the hood of my brand new car in December.

Despite filing a complaint and being assured by a manager that an incident report would be opened, nothing was done for almost a month. I eventually reached out to the main office, prompting the store manager to call me back and apologize for the delay. He then informed me that corporate office had denied my claim, stating that their equipment could not have caused such damage. This was disheartening to hear, as it seemed that my loyalty as a customer was not being rewarded in this situation.

Additionally, there have been times in the past where I have observed the dirty vehicles of the customers in front of me and wondered about the effectiveness of the service. Unfortunately, this experience has confirmed my reservations about the quality of Mister Car Wash's equipment and left me with a damaged car. As a warning to others, be aware of the potential risks involved in using their facilities.

Mister Car Wash Poor Service and Quality at Mister Car Wash 312 in Copperas Cove, TX

I recently visited Mister Car Wash 312 at 101 E Highway 190 in Copperas Cove, Tx. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to par with what I was hoping for. As soon as I arrived, I noticed that my car was extremely dirty. I approached the attendant at the gate and asked what I should do in this situation. He advised me to pull around and that the manager would make a judgement call. I paid my $18 and went ahead to wash and detail my car. Two hours later, I finished and pulled back around for my car to be rewashed. However, to my disappointment, there was still black residue on the hood of my car.

The attendant then called the manager and upon providing my receipt, I was informed that the manager had allegedly mentioned that my car was washed previously. I then left the location, and out of frustration, decided to call the manager to report my experience. However, I was met with a rather rude response. The manager informed me that if I left the property, I would not be able to come back for another wash. This was particularly irksome as I had followed the attendant's instructions of detailing my car for two hours while still on their premises.

Overall, based on my experience with Mister Car Wash, I would not recommend this business to anyone. In fact, I intend to share my experience with all my friends and family, and also on social media. I wish the company the best of luck in resolving the issues that led to my dissatisfaction.

Mister Car Wash Disappointed with Mister Car Wash Service – Overpaid and Under-Received

I recently visited Mister Car Wash, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service. Despite paying a substantial fee of $189 for six months of car washes, my vehicle came out with dirty rims and a grimy rear section. It appeared as though some areas of my car had not even been touched by the car wash. I find it frustrating to pay such a high price for a service that I still have to clean myself afterwards.

Even when my uncle brought his car in, he found that it required multiple runs through the car wash to achieve a reasonable level of cleanliness. In contrast, I decided to pay for a single car wash for myself, and was quite upset to find that my car still appeared dirty even after a single go. I believe that paying for this service time and time again would be tantamount to overpaying for a car wash, and that it simply cannot be justified.

When I first entered the car wash, I noticed that the brushes simply did not do the work required of them. Additionally, I did not receive the front or rear wash that I had paid for. Ultimately, I feel as though I did not receive the service I paid for, and that the car wash fell short of my expectations in every way. I even took pictures of my vehicle after the wash, which demonstrate how it still looked dirty and faded.

Overall, I am disappointed to say that my experience at Mister Car Wash was more unpleasant than I had anticipated. Despite my high hopes for the service, I was unable to shake the sense that I had overpaid and under-received. While I may still consider visiting other car washes in the future, I am unlikely to return to Mister Car Wash again.

Mister Car Wash Unpleasant Incident at Mister Car Wash in Bay City: A Cautionary Tale

My recent trip to Mister Car Wash on Wilder Road in Bay City, MI was unfortunately marred by an unpleasant incident. This was my third visit to the establishment following its transition to Mister Car Wash, and I had noticed a change in the attendants' approach to guiding customers into the track. I found that they were now urging drivers to pull their cars very close to the one ahead, which made me somewhat uncomfortable. However, things took a turn for the worse when a blue Ford 150 pick-up truck ahead of me began reversing, without any indication from backup lights, and collided with my GMC Yukon.

I immediately sounded the horn, but it was too late. The system was shut down by a none-too-courteous attendant, who directed us to continue through the wash and assess the damage afterwards. I was dismayed by the lack of sensitivity and assistance from the attendant, who did little to offer comfort or solutions to the situation. When the other driver emerged from his truck, he explained that he had followed the instructions and put his vehicle in neutral before moving forward, but had then inexplicably started reversing without warning.

This was a frustrating and stressful experience for me, made worse by unhelpful service and a less-than-pleasant fellow driver. Furthermore, the inconvenience of having to exit my Yukon to readjust my mirrors during the service did not make for a pleasant experience. Consequently, I will not be returning to Mister Car Wash, and would caution others to think twice before trusting their vehicles to this establishment.

The Spokane, Washington, Mister Car Wash refuses to accept cash payments. I'd never heard of such a thing. When I googled it I discovered that this insult to paying customers is actually illegal in a number of states, but, sadly, not here in Washington. Be warned.

It took awhile but the the company came through - washes are good, tons of locations, just be sure to go to the same location you originally started your unlimited memberships, or this could happen to you.
