PureMagic Car Wash used to say they were "locally owned and operated," but the folks who work there say that ain't the case no more. The tire shine issue has been a real pain at the Farragut and Lovell Rd spots, and guess what? Walker Springs ain't any better. They don't bother answering emails or calls, which is a real bummer.

I wanted to buy their special car wash deal that they were advertising, but they wouldn't accept cash even though it clearly says on the money that it can be used for any kind of payment. Money is a federal reserve note that can be used for buying things, so Pure Wash is breaking the rules.

So, I went to PureMagic Car Wash a while ago and one of their workers asked if they could take off my busted decal from the windshield. I was like, sure, go ahead. But guess what? They somehow managed to scratch my dashboard while doing that. I immediately filed a claim for the damage on the same day. But you know what PureMagic said? They denied making any mistake. Like, seriously? Why would I purposely scratch my brand new Raptor's dashboard just to get it fixed? This is a heads-up for everyone out there! Hopefully, this doesn't happen to you because they won't own up to their mistakes.

The soap rinse keeps getting worse every time. The vacuums are hit or miss. Out of the 11 vacuums, only about 3 of them actually have good suction. My vehicle is never dry when I come out of the tunnel. Today, on February 2nd, 2023 at 6:15pm, I just came out of the tunnel and my truck is still wet with soap on some parts of the windows, and there's still water on pretty much the whole truck. I don't expect it to be completely waterless, but I also shouldn't have to squeeze water out of my car towels. I'm going to cancel my monthly membership as soon as possible. There are 4 locations in my area of Knoxville, and none of them are satisfying enough for the money. In my opinion, it's better to wash your car yourself or find another car wash.

I pay for a monthly service that I can't use. When I talked to a Customer Service Agent, they told me there's nothing they can do. I've been to the Fountsin City location 4 times, but it's always closed for maintenance. Customer Service told me they don't give credits to membership account holders, even though I can't use the service. They say there are other locations to go to, but the other location is not convenient for me since it's 30 minutes away. I'm really irritated and feel like this is terrible customer service and business ethics. So if you want to pay for car wash services that you can't use, go to Pur Magic.

I got a monthly sub and after the first wash, my car wasn't clean. I went through the wash again and still not clean. I hit up pure magic 'bout this prob and asked for a refund 'cause my car wasn't clean after two washes. They said the more I use it, the cleaner my car will get. I told 'em I ain't usin' it no more and I want my money back 'cause I didn't get what I paid for. I paid for a car wash and my car ain't clean. They just kept sayin' I can keep usin' it for the time I paid for. Why would someone pay for a car wash and not expect their car to be clean after? If you washed it twice, it gotta be clean. No one should have to keep usin' the car wash to get a clean car, a car wash is just that, a car wash. I don't care if you paid for the basic wash or the fancy wash, your car gotta be clean if you paid for a car wash. I ain't ever usin' pure magic car wash again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either. They don't back up their product, they don't give you what you paid for, and their customer service sucks. And don't even get me started on the scratches that look like whips on the back of my car. HORRIBLE CAR WASH!

So, I went to this car wash and guess what? One of the workers forgot to turn off one of the brushes and it totally ripped off the rear bar of my truck's roof rack. I had to wait a whole 15 minutes to get my bar back because they had to shut down the car wash for this young lady to retrieve it. I even had to go back inside to see if someone would come out and look at the damage. Finally, the manager came and checked it out. I told him that the way it ripped off the bar probably cracked my fiberglass camper top. He just said he didn't see anything and told me to check it myself and let them know if there was any damage. But guess what? The customer relations guy sent me an email saying they're not responsible for any damages. They gave me a bunch of reasons like having signs saying they're not responsible for aftermarket products and roof racks, their video surveillance only keeps footage for two weeks, they're an "enter at your own risk" place, and there are no maintenance records for that day. But here's the thing: 1) There were no signs until after my incident. 2) Sorry I couldn't get back sooner to check it out. I had to climb up a ladder to inspect it. 3) It's a shame your video cameras don't keep videos for more than two weeks. Maybe you should change that? Can't you just ask your manager or the young lady who gave me back the bar? 4) Of course there are no maintenance records because it wasn't a malfunction. The attendant just forgot to turn off the brush. That's what the manager said when I told him about the incident. So, be careful if you go to this car wash because if they damage your vehicle, you're on your own.

I went to PureMagic Car Wash and when they was rinsing my car, the big strong water jets cracked my windshield. I told them about it and they checked it out but said they didn't do it.

So, like, I gotta tell ya about this car wash joint called PureMagic Car Wash. I went there in May and got this unlimited car wash deal for 24.99 bucks. It's located at 104 Walker Springs Rd in Knoxville, ya know? Anyways, I had no clue they switched it up to a monthly payment thing. I didn't find out until 12/26, when I got this text sayin' they couldn't renew my unlimited membership. And get this, I never even agreed to it in the first place! Talk about sneaky, right? It's like they pulled a fast one on me, man. Super unprofessional, if ya ask me. I've been tryin' to reach out to the big shots at PureMagic Carwash headquarters, but no luck so far. I just wanna let 'em know that there are others out there who won't put up with these shady dealings.

I took my SUV to PureMagic Car Wash. When I got home, I noticed that the front and back were still dirty. There was some purplish/blue liquid dried on the sides, and there was a chip in the paint on the back left side of my trunk. I called and spoke to someone, but the managers weren't available at that time. They took my information and said the managers would check the footage and call me back tomorrow. However, I didn't receive any callbacks. The next day, I called and left a message. The day after that, I called and left another message. The same thing happened the following day. And today, on 2/2/2022, I left yet another message. All of these messages were left on voicemail. I would like the chip in my paint to be fixed, and I also want a refund for the car wash. It's frustrating that no one is calling me back to address this issue. When I say "finish the job," I simply mean that I want them to fix the damage and refund my money.

On 11/27 'round 4:50 pm, fast pass numbr 90714+670616 went in the wash tunnel and halfway through, my hubby heard a real loud pop and looked in the rear view mirror to find the spoiler had been yanked outta the trunk lid. One of them long straight pieces that hangs down got wrapped 'round the spoiler and with the car on the conveyor belt it pulled the spoiler outta the trunk lid and 'cause of the force it bent the trunk deck. My hubby went in the office at Lovell Road and they filed the report and said we'd hear from corporate in 2 - 3 days. Well, it's 12/6 and I still ain't heard from nobody. You call their local number and it gives you no option to hold. It automatically disconnects you. So I done got my insurance company involved. Wouldn't Pure Magic like to know that I live in a 300+ community times two cars per household. What a CROCK! I'd tell everyone to quit takin' their cars to all them places.

On February 5th, 2022, my hubby was gettin' his truck washed at Pure Magic Car Wash on Lovell Road. He got on the conveyor belt and was goin' through the car wash when the belt pushed his truck into the car in front of him. The manager on duty filled out a claim form and said we'd get a call from their corporate office in 2-3 days. But they didn't call us, so I had to call them. I talked to their Customer Care Specialist, who said he watched their video and they decided it wasn't our fault or their fault. They said it was the fault of the car in front of us, and we should make a claim with our insurance company. I told 'em I disagreed 'cause they had full control of our vehicle. They were the only ones in charge of the car wash conveyor track. It was their job to stop the track before our truck got pushed into the one in front. Pure Magic Car Wash should take responsibility for the damage to our truck. We emailed 'em an estimate for the repairs and asked 'em to pay for 'em.

On 09/01/22, I was gettin my car washed at Pure Magic Car Wash in Lenoir City. I was on the conveyor belt goin through the car wash when the belt pushed the car behind me into mine. The manager filled out a claim form and said I'd get a call from their office in 2-3 days. They called and said they had video and pics of the license plate. They watched the video and said it was the other car's fault and I should file a claim with my insurance. I told 'em I disagreed 'cause they control the conveyor track. It's their job to stop it. They said if you get rear ended, the wash stops. I said it did. No response. I went to a local body shop for an estimate. The shop said to bill Pure Magic's account. I said no 'cause they claim they ain't responsible. The shop said the damage to my car happens a lot and they got PureMagic's credit card on file. They said Pure Magic sends cars to 'em for repairs 'cause of conveyor issues. Pure Magic Car Wash is responsible for my car's damage.

I got this unlimited care wash from puremagic car wash in Walker Spring. I only had 2 washes. After the second one, I drove to NC and when I hit 70 miles/hour, the rear tire on the passenger side went boom. My car is new, new tires, less than 20k miles on 'em. I went to the nearest car dealer, they changed the tire and charged me. They said the tire was scored on the side, which caused the explosion at high speed. They thought it might be a manufacturer problem and that the tire warranty should cover it. A Bridgestone tire investigator was there and came to check it out. He asked me right away if I went through an automated car wash. I told him, yeah, I cleaned my car in one right before this trip. He showed me the messed up tire and said this happens a lot with these car washes. The tire got scratched by some metal and got weak. When you go fast, the pressure builds up and boom, tire explosion. I told puremagic car wash what happened and made a claim. A few days later, they said no and didn't take responsibility for the damage. I asked them to cancel my membership and reconsider their decision. They just canceled it without telling me or answering my email. The tire exploding at high speed was really scary for me and my family in the car. I wanna warn others not to use their service and I want my money back for the tire replacement and membership.
