Zips Car Wash review: Most dishonest company ever

My wife went to Zips at 134th and N. MacArthur in OKC in February 2025 and was told of a special for one month that she could wash cars all month for $25 until March. She assured my wife that it was one month only. We find that the girl used our information to sign us up for a membership and a monthly charge probably for a commission on the credit card used for the one month. I called Zip and requested a refund of the latest charge and was told by URSULA that my request did not meet their criteria. They have charged me each month since February and have not been back since February. ADVICE: Do not give crooked places like this a credit card. ONLY CASH and don't give them personal information.
