The attendant seemed to have problems swiping my card. She tried 3-4 times before it worked. I joked with her about being charged multiple times, and sure enough I was charged twice. This occurred about 2:00 PM on October 29.
I tried calling to get it straightened out but phone prompts said my specific problem could only be solved by going back to the facility.
Claimed loss: $12.00
Desired outcome: Refund of $12.00.
