Damages to my truck.
My truck was damaged at the car wash located at 3417 Lemay Ferry Road 63125. Employees took several pictures of the damages and I was told not to worry that Zips will pay for all damages. It has been over 3 weeks and have received any information.
Please let me know what`s going on.

After exiting the car wash on Friday February 20, 2021 at 8:30am and entering the vacuum area I observed that a 2 1/2" x 1" area of paint on my roof trim had been taken off as well as the trim being displaced off the top of the car. I filed an incident report with the singular employee that was working that day and was told within 72 hours after watching the video I would be contacted. Saturday morning at approximately 10:30am I was contacted to say that they do not take care of issues regarding trim or vehicles over 5 years old, and the footage was not even reviewed just a blanket statement given to me. I have now began the process of trying to elevate my complaint.
Desired outcome: Would like at a minimum a shared expense of repaint
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I visited Zips for the 1st time on Saturday 3/14/09. I don't know why it happened but about 1/2 way through the tunnel my car stopped moving and I felt the left side raise & drop as the mechanical "Feet" on the conveyor rolled out from under my car. Then the truck behind me struck me several times with the driver honking her horn because she could not stop her truck from moving. I had to put my car in drive and drive out of the tunnel. I went in to tell the operator what had happened. My car is 8 years old and I did not care about the small nick in the bumper, all I wanted to do is make the people in-charge of the facility aware that there was a problem so it does not happen to someone else. I went to the person at the front desk & told him what happened. After a few minutes he came out and told me that the wash has ZERO responsibility for any damage caused at their facility and pointed his finger in my face telling me that either I backed up or the truck drove forward and their equipment never malfunctions. I told him to stop pointing his finger in my face and he said, "MAKE ME MOTHER F**KER". The situation escalated and he kept trying to get me to hit him. I have too much to lose to start beating the crap out of a little 20 year old idiot like this. I asked him for his name and he said�F**K YOU�� I told him I wanted his bosses name & he said, �NO� several times. I went into the front office to try to get the number off the wall, he got there first and took the number down off the wall and put it in a drawer. Turns out this little A-hole is the MANAGER! No one should ever go to this place! It is 10 bucks of wasted money to put up with this kind of BS. A place that would employee a person like this should be SHUT-DOWN!

My 2023 Dodge charger that i recently got off the lot not long ago was damaged in the tunnel, and they have agreed to reimburse me. Supposedly they have sent out the settlement agreement numerous times, however i have not received it or seen anything in my inbox nor spam.
The morning of 9/15/23 my paint on my Chevy Tahoe was damaged by the equipment. I exited the carwash and then saw deep swirl scratches in the passenger side upper fender that were not there previously. I gave my # and name to the attendant and received no response. I emailed the company and have basically been in limbo with no real response.
I have been trying to cancel my service for a week now and they make it impossible. I can not speak to a human being and the link they sent leads to no where!
Manager Eric turned this place around for the good! Dale ave. Zips was a mess a short while ago, Now all vacuums work, the lot is clean, plenty of towels and window cleaner to name a few changes. Thank you, Zips
On August 9,2023 about 4:45pm I went through the automatic wash and I still had bugs on my car in the front and I paid extra to have my tires cleaned. I went back around to have the guy check them and he told me he did not see anything wrong. I only had one tire clean
Would like a refund to my account for a membership cancelation of today. Funds were taken on 6/16/23

When Zips Car wash bought out Detricks Car Wash, my wife and I were assured our monthly membership fees would remain the same. They lied and raised our monthly fees
Employee lied about getting my card for a month of unlimited Washes for a month. I specifically asked if this would auto renew and was told NO.
Next thing I know they are chaging my card 35 bucks for auto renew.
SCAM and unethical, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CAR AND DON'T USE THEM.
