The drying motor on the passenger side hasn't worked since late spring. I have asked several times about this to your employees. They all said they are waiting on parts or an electrician. Over 3 months sorry not acceptable. This past Saturday I asked again and told the associate I'm about to cancel my membership, I have two vehicles. He told me he didn't care and said he would still get paid. Wow is that how they feel about all of the customers especially since I've been a customer for several years.
There are several car washes in the area yours is the most convenient. It's not very convenient to have to dry your vehicle down yourself.
Desired outcome: Refund or discount
