In april i get post paid plan shabab 199 and the sales person stated i can get device after 3 to 4 months. After 3 to 4 months i didnt received any device, so i went to branch again ask them again for my status or ranking he told me i am eligible and go to the main branch in dammam when i talked to one of the sales person he clearly states that i am not eligible and also stated to call the customer service 959 to know my ranking then from 5 to 6 months of waiting ive been calling customer service several times but no update informate about my ranking the information that they provide to me inorder to get the phone i must be very good ranking so i can get the phone without any down payment. Now i this Nov 2023 i go to the branch sales person who cannot speak english i tell him my status he said i can gget the phone i need to upgrade from shabab 399 then i can get the phone that is his offer to me to get the device however i paid 345 riyals but not understanding well and trying to understand the situation. Now im lost since bad service from the customer service then poor connection. I want to cancel my line and package but how about with the iPhone 15 pro max that i received? I just use it like for a month ? What should i do on this matter i cant pay the amount if in case it is one time payment. Please guide me through this.
