Dear sir, I was cheated on the nameof lotterry of 200, 000 sar. The culprtis are spoiling the name and reputationof sawa by taking an advantage of high value recharge cards.
i recieved a call at 10.06 am from the number [protected] at my mobile [protected]. i was not having balance in that mobile so i used another mobile with number [protected] to communicate with them, . and they insist me with their tricky motosoperandy to provide them 300 x4 = 1200sr sawa scratched numbers. they are as follows for the proof [protected], [protected], [protected], and
[protected]. after i gave them these numbers they force me to provide them more 4500 sr or atleast 2500 sr as money transfer charges and they were insisting me to deposit this amount in ENJAZ bank. because i was not having 4500 sr to provide them i insisted them to return back my 1200 sr sawa cards amount. they even neglected my remark about the police complaint and they said all those numbers were lockedin system to reopened them i have to provide them another recharged scratched number of 100 sr. so i buy another sawa card of 100 sar tis number is [protected]. and provided the number. they told me to call them back after 5 pm. i called them first the bell ranged and then they switched off the phone until now.
i lost my money and in big financial trouble now. but thetechnology is so advanced they can be traced easily and caught by tracking and monitoring the scratched numbers and their mobile number. please catch those culprits and save the other innocent peopleand please try to obtained my hard earned halaal ...lost 1300 sr in the form of 5 scratched and recharged cards of 1300 sr. please let me know if you have takenany action about my complaint at my number [protected]..i ll be glad and always be thanfull to you SAWA.
barred outgoing calls
I filed a complaint thru the customer service 959 of Zain regarding my outgoing call service which was barred last April 1, 2013 when in fact on the same day i paid the bill due.
I spoke to 6 agents in the 24 hour period and all they could say is wait because its a technical issue.
2 days have passed and still no action on the said complaint eventho i already visited the head office of zain.
to add injury, my access to 959 has been block. everytim i call, its being redirected to an automated answering system.
It's not a wonderful world as they promised.

You know what im so disappointed with your service. I purchased the combination of postpaid and prepaid simcard for 29sar package. I need to pay the bill every month to continue using my simcard. I took the simcard from your office 20th of april 2017 but I received the bill on 16th day of the following month. Dear, I purchase zain call sim card at the kki riyahd airport arrivals (from zain shop) on thursday 24th apr 14 night, by paying 30 saudi riyals... to make a call to my destination to pass the message to the relatives 'I arrived riyadh safely'... but unfortunately my sim not allowing to call any numbers or sms.. all calls barred... Charges for recieved SMS
From last two month I'm receiving SMS from various numbers, for that I've been invoiced with amount of about BD 80.000 without any intimation. I called service center for two times, call attender told me that on 3 Jan I've replied for one SMS, which means I agreed to receive SMS with charges. I checked the log of SMS I found my child, by mistake replied for the said SMS with blank SMS. But Zain claiming that even a blank SMS can be considered as a acceptance by related SMS sender. (How they can?) I asked to zain service to cancel all such subscriptions. Service Call Operator agreed to do so with immediate effect with assurances that hereafter I'll not receive such payable SMS. But unfortunately I'm getting such SMS, at least daily once. How such Service provide can raise the bill for such undocumented services?. How to stop it?
Everyday Internet Service Interruption
I'm an expat here in Saudi Arabia and have been using Zain data simcard for my internet use. I have been experiencing internet service everyday during the period of their prayer time from 5:30 pm till 8:00 pm. Now I'm really pissed with this ISP because when I check the internet through my tablet it is totally saying "NO INTERNET SERVICE". Actually I have browsed the internet but found no solution since when you checking searching for anybody experiencing problem with Zain, there is none. Since this country has a reputation to maintain they tend not to expose any bad publicity with their major business players or some sort of news block out.
By the time I'm writing this, its 9 pm KSA time, the internet service has arrive. See...prayer times are finished. They have probably resume with service so people will focus on prayer only. But why? Is this ethical to do? I don't think this part of religion.

I purchased new iphone 5 and for that I also bought a new ZAIN nano sim card on 31st jan 2013 from Jeddah. The retailer told me that the Zain mobile services will be activated after 12 hours, but still after 5 DAYS OF PURCHASE MY SIM CARD IS NOT YET ACTIVATED AND ITS STILL SHOWING THE "NO SERVICES" TAG ON MY MOBILE...
I found no customer care number on the site so that i can call them to solve the problem and this is really very SAD that the services are so slow...
Zain mobile services need to look up to the customer's problem also and help them with their problems, otherwise what is the point that people will rely further on you...

This is regarding my Zain Kuwait mobile line, the new line package I purchased 4 months back and from last 3 weeks I am facing problem with network, I could not make any in/out calls or 3g service when I am in my home area . My zain prepaid number [protected]. Since 2 months, i am facing an issue..I had previously subscribed to weekly bundle (package), which was cancelled on [protected]. Inspite, every week, 7SR was deducted from balance..after complaining, amount would be returned, but again deducted at end of week..This has been continuing so on & so forth (again & again) since 2 months..Numerous complaints to Zain & CITC, have failed to solve this problem. Last 2 deductions on 9-9-2020, and [protected]..have yet to be returned. Upon enquiry, it shows that i am not subscribed to any package (i.e. this was succesfully cancelled two months back). Then, why am I still being charged? this has become a nuisance & so inconvenient. Please refund the latest deductions SR.14 (7+7). and ensure this package is cancelled for good.

I am dr.working in khamis mashyat hospital.iI got package of zain for 3 months plan of 5 GB every month, which was successfully finished, it was a good service, so i decided to buy an other 3 month same above plan for 3 months. So, I visited Zain office in Khamis Mashyat on 11th March, when i got sim and pet in connector, so it was working for 10 mins only till that time upto now it is not working and when i am connecting it shows connection failed . I tried Manny times more than 100 times but same result, i got. Atlast i decided to go in same Zain office and told him all about this matter, they checked themselves, and found same result, also. They changed connector and sim but could not connected, so they told me that they had sent complain to Riyadh to solve this problem, but still i did not get any result. it is request to you, please consider my request on prior basis, because i am not in touch with Internet since 9 days and i have most of work with Internet.

I have never registered with any of the services but my money is getting deducted every time I top up my account. Sometime it is 10 Riyals and sometimes it is 5 or 4 Riyals. I complained to zain customer service but they are not doing anything. Every time I receive a message from 708228, 750005 or any number starting with 70, 75 or 79 etc my money gets deducted even if I do not open the message.

This is regarding my zain sim card, the new sim card i purchased only worked for one month, after that i faced a problem stating that "no net work coverage" and i could not make any in/out calls. I complained to zain customer service, daily when i call one staff will attend the call make a note of my compalint and register a complaint number and ask me to wait for 24 hrs. Most of the days i call and check till today the sim is not activated. Now it is about 25 days passed i got 4 times complaint registratio number no action so far, i dont understand what these technical people doing, why the operators who attend the call cannot solve this problem ? Is this company really doing service to their customers, the zain outlets in saudi arabia the staffs are useless, no response, they just say call 959 complaint number and sort the problem. At least they should advise the customer whether the sim can be activated or not or give a reply to my contact number saying that this sim will not work you buy a new sim etc. So far no response at all from the customer service and i am very upset of this company behaving like this, since i am a expatriate in saudi arabia they are treating like this or what i dont know. Please take necessary steps who ever attend to this compliant.
