please can u check why every week SR12 has been deducted from my Mobile([protected]). i want to stop my deduction as soon as possible and reimburse deducted money if its possible. otherwise, i will have to stop services.

I have never registered with any of the services but my money is getting deducted every time I top up my account. Sometime it is 10 Riyals and sometimes it is 5 or 4 Riyals. I complained to zain customer service but they are not doing anything. Every time I receive a message from 708228, 750005 or any number starting with 70, 75 or 79 etc my money gets deducted even if I do not open the message.
Can anyone tell me the solution of this problem?
