I spoke with the general manager weeks before coming to this hotel from Texas to work a month. I explained to her over the phone that I get paid housing every Friday. I got there on may 18th and paid. The following Tuesday I was told I need to pay again. I should have paid till that Friday may 28th When I spoke w the general manager she told me she did not recall having that conversation with me. I paid again but only up to the 27th checking out on Friday may 28th because there are no more rooms available. My recite shows me needing to book there until June 26th. I was pretty much kicked out today with no where to go since everything is booked for Memorial Day weekend! then charged 45 dollars for I'm guessing late check out. I work healthcare from 6p-6:30 am. The general manager was very rude about the situation she messed up!

I checked out while forgetting a few belongings. I called the next morning to find out they directly through all belonging in the trash! As well as all but the general manager lives on site and for what I believe has created tension between residents.

It is truly ridiculous how hotels are price gouging those of us in need of decent shelter for the money we spend. These people are taking advantage of the less fortunate, especially when our choices are limited, by jacking up their prices. I ran out of options and had to check back into Wood Spring on Katy Freeway 77094. The first time they screwed me by not compensating me after being in a cold room for 3 days. This time, the microwave rust inside of it and yet again, the room phone does not work. I paid $346 plus change for 7 days. Add that times 4 weeks and it will total over $1, 345. This is robbery especially when they offer nothing but a room. I cannot afford this and Wood Spring should offer some kind of compensation. Some fairness would be nice for almost $1, 400 a month just for a room with a full-size bed and no comfortable chair or sofa to sit on. This is BullS**t.

The location in Arnold Missouri is very poorly run, takes forever to get your room even after check in is at 3:00. The manager walks around with an ego and just act like a jerk when in reality couldn't manage his way out of a paper bag. A lot of rift raft hanging around, it's pretty scary location. This location isn't about customer service at all it's about the manger having power. Typical of his personality

The washer at this wood springs, gorege town, tx take your money. I put money into the washer and push start and they didn't start, the washer also don't fill up to the level it shows on the lid, it only fills half way. The dryer will not dry your clothes. No matter how much money you put in the dryer will not dry your clothes. It cost me $12.00 to dry two loads of clothes. I tell me you just care about money. I was not refund for the amount. Please fix your washer and dryers. I like staying here at wood springs, but your washer and dryers are junk.

I booked this reservation and you charged my bank account $327.46. However when I arrived to check in they had no room available. NO MONEY should have been taken from my account until I was checked in and had a room to be charged for. I want a full refund.

First of I had to clean my own room upon check to find damage and drug paraphernalia. Sencond I was approached my several guests asking me if I was a prostitute. Thirdly hotel manager called me a drug addiction locked me out my room blamed me for damage and kicked me out a day early. Last but not least there was a 250 fee charged to my account. I would like some resolution to my inconvenience of having to find a hotel room on a saturday night

This is Michael L Parton, requesting to speak to Anudra I have issues the way I was fired an mistreated and sexually harassed. when you was active administrator I let you aware of these issues, never reported in matter of fact sir you made my job harder to deal with an out of respect to ANY BOSS I have address them as sir an you told me it was a sign of weakness, you yelled at me in front of fellow employees asking why my brother took a man to a different facility thinking my brother did it, without even investigating it! Never happen as I explained to you, not even a apologize! just like the sexual harassment was reported, every employee was aware of this even Jalisa! As my active administrator you should of reported to your boss, I felt abused an with me telling you this took a lot of courage, and then for you to walk away an not say nothing is unbelievable, then when you hired contractor to finish the out of order rooms an traveling manger Betsy came in I was told by contractor that you thought my work as bad work an maybe before I get fired I should be looking for work else where, I worked 7 days a week never missed a day for ten mo straight 4 weeks before I was fired I called hrto let them I felt I was getting fired an was told by amy I have no worries as long as I do my job I cant be fired! I will not stop until my voice is heard robert fired me an woodspring never reported my concerns nor my abuse! My voice will be heard so it never happens to another employee so much more to say not even my pto not paid an left out on the streets! No one will give me roberts boss number, robert is cruel an to know about the abuse I went threw he made sure I had no voice!
