WoodSprings Suites review: Registration

I have made reservations at wood springs in Shelby North Carolina a few times. Everytime there have been issues. The last time was November. My daughter was in the hospital having complications with twins. I flew in and stopped by hotel and let them know I was in town around 5am and was heading to hospital and would be back when things calmed down. He said ok. When I returned around 1-2pm. They said I did not have a reservation and there were no more rooms. I showed my conformation number he said sorry there was no more rooms. I said let me speak to manager. then they found me a room but there is always a hassle when I stay there. I am hesitant to make another reservation because worried about the same issues.i am planning another trip soon but I am a Very unhappy customer.
