WoodSprings Suites - Everything!!!

The general manager of the WoodSpring suites in my area was going from hotel to hotel handing his business cards out when I asked him how much they charged weekly and monthly he said well what are you paying and I told him right now I pay 250 a week for 950 a month he said they could either notch that or beat that. I then went online saw the rooms which looked very nice however the pictures that I was looking at from a different property maybe even different state. When I got there there was a note on the door after I packed up mind you two years worth of crap and a two year old in the back of two of my friends trucks. There is a note on the door that said our reservations are canceled due to plumbing issues. She say that I was very angry and upset is an understatement I know I had all my stuff in the back of two trucks with my two year old with nowhere to go in the middle of summer everything was sold out they had even sold my old room out at the place I was at prior. So I called reservation I asked him what was going on she said they come over to next week so I went to another hotel that was much more expensive $100 per night for another two weeks and so they could check me in when they did they put me in a filthy room with carpet, one bed, There had been pets in that room before it smelled like piss and me and my son both have allergies and are allergic to animals and have asthma so one of the biggest complaints I had was the fact that that is not the room I booked this is not anything that was shown on the site nor was it even the room that was on the side she told me there’s only a few rooms in the hotel that have been remodeled and they are all sold out this is the last room there is so I had no choice but to check in and stay there when I did she charged me $428 for one week and I tell her I had gotten a card from the general manager who said what I had previously stated showed her my receipts from the other hotel and she said that she can do is that I am also an AARP member and my business owner still no discount. So I check into a small room that supposed to be non-smoking that was disgusting food was left in the fridge on the stove in the cupboards I let them know that and she said oh my God I’m sorry I must not have been that room as I’m telling her that there are two other people coming in saying that they looked at their room and they didn’t want to stay. Needless to say they took my card and gave me a bunch of multiple charges for Internet that I did not do and charged my card without my knowledge to where I had to go to the bank shut the card down open a whole new account. Also three employees were fired for stealing and doing just that taking money and charging people without their knowledge had I had not looked at my statement I would’ve never known. Then I fell in the back on concrete that had no signs no warning that was cracked in half that has since been replaced with two pallets in a triangle so that nobody else falls I ended up going to the hospital and fracturing my wrist. Not only did I spend 3 1/2 days cleaning my room while getting the carpet cleaned over and over again having to get a new air conditioner I still haven’t gotten a new fan for the bathroom there was mold over three pair of $150 shoes that I had to get rid of the sink links constantly when he came to fix it he made it worse they’re supposed maintenance and I feel like none of the situation has been rectified also they have cameras in the room and the hotel phone has not worked for almost a month and a half due to nonpayment. But here I am paying $2060 a month.

Desired outcome: I have contacted news channels,lawyers, and hope that if anyone reading this will do there’re homework better and before moving into such a crappy place!

Omg I had a reservation and canceled right when I seen the lobby! Still have no refund and have called over a month. I saw the thing you were talking about! Crazy, glad we’re staying at an extended stay. Sorry for you and you son

wow well i live in Hudson Florida there supposably opening a new one here but two facts i kind of think is dumb BIG issue i have is they built it in back of an adult porn store and 2 there in basically in the middle of nowhere there's a Walmart bells and Dennys and waffle house that's all there is to do so i still do not get it and from the reviews i have been seeing i do not want to stay there or recommend it to my out of state family

I don't if you received my first message it was long me my daughter pay week til week we paid November 22 til 29 I went to the store on the 27 day before Thanksgiving I spent 5.35 so that left me with 181 my daughter paid 170 so I was about to paid my half I had 181 on my card woodspring took 90.35 off my card on Thanksgiving so when we I couldn't pay my half woodspring already took money off my card that left me with 91 dollars on my card I called my card customer service they told me that you guys did it now you guys asking for more its not right
