WoodSprings Suites review: employee

Hello I am making a complaint on the behalf of the girl named Jessica she works at the akron location. She was very rude she had a very poor additude then decided to take her bad day out on customers. She was being rude and very disrespectful she litterly cursed at me instead of getting me a manager when I ask politely then she was caught talking bad about customers including myself in the hall to other customers this girl needs communication skills and manners very rude and disrespectful never have i been any were and someone be as completely rude and disrespectful as she was.
