My family and I have been staying at Woodsprings suites in Riverdale for about 3 months now. We keep getting random phone calls threatening my family but the office can't say where it's coming from because they aren't coming through front desk so it's coming from another room. Maintenance guy came to the door drunk one night accusing us of giving someone his room number and telling them where he lives which we never did and today my husband accidently picked up someone elses laundry by mistake. Already had everything worked out with the lady that he picked up clothes and the maintenance guy decides to put it on himself to go off on my huband with our kids around. It took two people to keep them off of each other. This is no way to do business. The maintenance guy is always coming in our room for no reason and putting letters on door about filth when we have clothes laying around because we are a family of 6 and morning are kind of crazy so it's cleaned at night before bed. Also we have not had hot bath or shower water since we got there. We've complained about toilet moving but was told that's how it is it's fine. Our sink water is hoter than our shower water. We have to dump sink water into the bath just so kids can have a somewhat warm bath. I doubt anyone will contact me at all about this or anything will be changed but just wanted to let someone know how rude the maintenance person is and I think he should be fired. Especially for knocking on peoples door in the middle of the night when knowing I have small kids to complain.
WoodSprings Suites - taking money off my card
This has been an ongoing probelm between the property and third party Booking.com. Money was taken off my card after a cancellation. The property cancelled my reservation and waived the fee. I have the email. My room was reserved May 2nd but I cancelled because they said they could not find my name in the computer so that is mess up #1 on either booking.com end or the properties. Then after I've been told it was canceled and the fee was waived a week later my card is charged for a room that of which was canceled a week prior and the fees were waived. The charge is no longer pending and has went through. The charge is coming from Woodspring Suites, it shows it on my card transaction list. Since the charge has been completed I'd like my money back on my card. I've been dealing with booking.com and they are a bunch of idiots. This needs to be resolved because someone somewhere messed up and I need my money back on my card. I'm tired of back and forth when I shouldn't have to do this because someone screwed up.I just want my money refunded back to my card.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
