WoodSprings Suites review: Unauthorized Charges / Not Repair Peephole - Unfit for Staying

I stayed for a few weeks. Housekeeping came in my room on a non-scheduled date. Maintenance/FrontDesk/Manager entered my room for Phone Repair without my notification and again for Window blinds checking. For all repairs and maintenance this hotel had done they failed to fix the door's viewer on the door peephole leaving a big hole for anyone can see thru inside of my room. I found it out on Feb 15 I checked out on the same day and asked for the remaining 1 night to be refunded.

Instead, the hotel made an authorized change of $19.95 on my credit card. as shown:
