Winn Dixie Circular Wednesday Jan 31-Feb, 6,2024. Advertisement for Jumbo White Raw Shrimp Peeled & Deveined * Previously Frozen $5.99lb. I went to several WD Stores for this item and NO Store had it. When I asked the person's in that Department when they expect to get the Shrimp everyone told me the same thing "don't expect that item to be stocked because it won't and WD will advertise a special every now and then and NOT actually stock it". I then went to get a "rain check" for that item and they also confirmed the same thing "don't expect it to be stocked.

Some of the managers I’ve only spoken to two managers and they are extremely rude! They have no manners. Any time I go into that store there judging customers and talking about us customers and even the employees as well. This store winn dixie by cvs on 54. They have no manners what so ever and they don’t have any human decency. We need managers and employees who genuinely care about the well-being of customers and actually treat us with respect just like we do them. And i thought a work environment shouldn’t have any gossiping? Why is there gossip at this store? These managers love to gossip about one another, and including the employees. They obviously need to go back into management training because these wannabe managers aren’t, they have no clue on how to run a store.

Hot foods-package fried chicken to go.
On Wednesday 9/27/23 at 2:20 pm I purchase an 8-piece fried chicken meal. The meal was on sale for $6.99, but once at the self-checkout it scanned $9.99. Showed the cashier my receipt and the ticket on the side of the box of the sale price, she immediately asked that I go to the service desk, I got the difference of $3.00 refunded.
Got home sat to eat the chicken, tasted terrible like plastic had to throw all away. Seems instead of waiting until the oil rest and cool than transfer to a container, oil was transferred still warm. So, the oil picked up the plastic taste. This was not the first time this happened. Please have the hot food manager pay attention to kitchen details so I wouldn't have to complain about the quality of their product.
