This happens on a regular basis and nothing is ever done. The way Brett, the customer service manager talks to several of the girls on the front line is just ridiculous. He thinks his crap doesn't stink and can talk to and treat them like they are garbage. He belittles one of the front end specialists several times when my family was in there. He accused her of things that isn't so but yet he gets by with the way he treats her and not only her but some of the cashiers. No fairness, just a lot of bull, basically harassment. Nothing is ever done. I know Aldi's bought Winn out, so maybe something will be done. He needs to be taken down a notch or two with his attitude and belittement of employees and accusing them of things not in their control.
