Location at 9701 Chef Menteur Hwy, Nov 14, 2023, around. 5:30pm. Your 'BOGO" display near the front of the store. Buy one get one free, mix and match/ equal or lesser value. Which I pick-up. Your Cashier Ms. Marilla (No customer skills) after me(customer) soft spoken voice (politely)
explain to her the item (belvita Biscuit )was buy one and get one free, began right away loud talking me and refuse to sell the items to me even after I call for the manger( Mr. Ivan). He and I both check display, which was correct (see pic) we approach back at her register. Mr. Ivan (The manger) explain it to her, she still refuse to sell it to me. I was told to just go to another register to check out.
This location is with-in five min. of my home, which my family patronize often. We are just looking for a clean, safe, professional environment, and not to be dis-respect (loud talk and not trained)..to Winn-Dixie customers.

I came in Winn Dixie around 8pm on October 14, and my experience horrible. The cashier Raneke was very rude, unpleasant and has a very bad attitude. The customer before me was stating how it was unfair how the people behind were call to another and he was already in line.He told her it's not fair I've been in this line and she rolled her eyes and slung his groceries. And that's not her problem. After she finished with him she didn't greet me she didn't say a word to me. She slammed and slung my groceries. She didn't tell me my total she just looked at me when she was finished. I will no longer shop at your stores if this is the type of people you employ. Raneke needs to work in the stockroom away from your customers. This is the second time I've experience the attitude from her. The first time I thought she was having a bad day but this is unacceptable. I plan to go higher in the chain of command. I was treated unfairly and I was fuming last night. It was so bad the supervisor Jade came and apologize several times but that didn't change her attitude. This girl needs to be fired if this is the type of people you employ I will shop else where. I never been treated with so much disrespect. Something need to be done. I will most defiantly reach out to corporate.
