Winn-Dixie

I am a longtime loyal Winn Dixie customer at your Destrehan, La store, and am really disappointed in the decline of the excellent service that once was. All of the good managers have left for whatever reason. Once we as customers have developed a relationship with the associates, they are suddenly gone. In the mornings there is NO one at the customer service desk. You literally have to look for someone. Today is Sept 1st and at 9:30 am there were NO registers open. Only self checkout. Does anyone care about us seniors. I truly miss Ms. Nelly. She was awesome. Why are they moving these people and shifting them so regularly. Please realize that without customers, you have no business. When Mr. Norris was store director that store ran smoothly and never had such a turnover. Customers matter. We keep your stores running.
