This evening I was shopping at the Winn Dixie in Macclenny Fl.32063, my cart was full and when I tried to Check out there were no open register's open.
I saw at least 5 employee's standing there doing nothing but talking to each other. When I asked them to please check me out I was told I had to use the self-check out. I tried to explain I have a kidney infection all they said was no and the self-check was easy. I know it's easy but with a cart full and being in pain that was not an option for me. Now this was at 8:oo pm not at closing time.
I was not rude or loud and was very polite to them. BOTTOM LINE I LEFT MY FULL CART THERE FOR THEM TO PUT BACK AND LEFT THE store. I'm sure it took them longer to put all those items away than it would if they had just done their job.

Desired outcome: have at least one lane open, but at this point I do not plan on shopping there again.
