White Castle Not able to pay with my card

I went to your Lombard IL location yesterday and was told they could not take my order unless I pay cash only, the woman said the computer's were down. I could be wrong but isn't your cash register the computer as well? She was not rude but I have never been told cash only at one of your locations. I am a true Slider fanatic and had a craving yesterday. I know you are having trouble finding help like everyone else but you really need help in that store. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Desired outcome: Would like to be able to purchase my usual 6 with everything and use my card.

White Castle frozen hamburger sliders

There has been a SIGNIFICANT increase in price for the frozen slider hamburgers. Last week, and for several months, the local store price has been $4.31 for 6 frozen hamburger sliders. Today [protected]) the price was increased nearly 33% to $5. 67 for 6 frozen sliders.

This increase is totally out of line. Going to start making my own sliders at home. It is an easy recipe and assembly. There are also many 'how to" videos on youtube.

I won't be purchasing the frozen sliders in the future at that price.

White Castle Management

The General Manager, Frances Moore, at castle 29 on 9301 Natural Bridge Rd Berkeley MO, 63134 is extremely rude to employees, uncompassionate, callous, and unethical. She provides no training and proper leadership or positive corrective criticism. She attacks one's position, threatens to have control of one's money like she is the CEO of all the White Castles and manipulates one's mind in thinking they will never be good enough to meet her expectations. Does not motivate her workers instead nags them and complains about how they just don't do. A few other workers will agree with me on this GM behavior and character: Ricky Bell, Darlene Tramell-Barry, Deangela Hollmon, and Kyra Collins.

Desired outcome: She needs to be extremely corrected by someone other than her friend, Tiffany Fizer, the district regional manger, she will not address Frances' behavior and she will not take matters or concerns serious.

White Castle Service

I went to white castles after work Oct 19th to get the deal of cheesy sliders mix an match . I ordered 4 ghost pepper an 6 jalapeño sliders med fry and cheese cup with small coke . When I got home was gonna eat 5 an take 5 for lunch noticed there were only 3 left when I got my 5 out so they shortened me 2 sliders . So I called them talked to the manager I think she said her name was Jayden or something like that . At first she was hesitant on believing me and acting like I was lying about it she said she put the ten sliders together herself inventions to help you with your taste it too if I came back the same night and got them all they were closing at midnight an it was aftwr 11:30 already I was comfortable and didn’t really want to go back out that late just got home from work so I told I culd come before work the next day she said that couldn’t happen because she wouldn’t be there till the evening and that it would have to be the same manager Handling it on when the incident had happened. So she suggested I came back the very next night after work like I did that night she would replace the whole order. So we agreed upon that so I went back the next night after work an it was a whole new manager a man this time and he said he would have no part of replacing a whole order that he would happily replace the two sliders though so I got my 2 two sliders an he threw 2 extra in but I did not get what the manager the night before agreed upon which I thought was very wrong on her part she didn’t keep your word and the worst part about it was she wasn’t even there . An the way she was with me at the beginning of the conversation we had she epically was accusing me of being a liar. Just wasn’t good service at all on her part !

PAID $48.45= RIPPED OFF

Both my daughter (Age 15) and myself ended up with the worst food poisoning I have ever had. We ate nothing else on Wednesday except the food from this order. Our stomachs started hurting late in the evening and we both threw up all night long and on Thursday through the day, had diarrhea right along with it.

My daughter missed school on 10/20/2022 and 10/21/2022 from this and missed 2 tests. Not sure what was wrong with the food all I know is that we both ate the same meals everyday and felt fine until this was in our system. More than half of the burgers (16 Left) are still in the fridge in the case they came in. Horrible, horrible experience and on top of it all we paid $48.45 to get sick as a dog.

After all this, especially her missing school and testing I want our money back. Have burgers that are left (16 out of 30) and receipts from order, what do I need to do to be refunded? I don't want this to be a process, I have enough to get done after being down for 2 days sick.

The pictures I am attaching are the receipts and burgers that are left. I wrote todays date on a piece of paper in the pictures so you can see clearly the pictures are in fact from today.

White Castle Time and money spent. No food

This morning at 5:45 am I went to order a 30 pack crave case to take to work. I asked how long it would take so I can get to work on time. They said 18 minutes so I said ok. I paid 74 dollars and got pulled forward to wait for my food. After 35 minutes I had to leave to not be late for work. The door was locked so I couldn't even get a refund. No food and they took my money. I want my money back.

White Castle Entire order and service

I was recently in Alton illinois, we were there about a half hour before closing Saturday night October 8th placed an order we wanted about 15 White castles they told us they are out of burgers only have a dozen left they got the order wrong and gave us all bacon jalapenos when they were supposed to be regular ask for extra marinara sauce for cheese sticks got no sauce they only gave us 10 burgers and the service was absolutely ridiculous. The man at the drive-thru order taker was very rude asked us to hold about four times we sat there for over 10 minutes waiting to order and then our order was completely wrong and they refused to make our food because they said there was no more I will never return to that white castles as long as I live.

Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for my order 12 burgers a large cheese fry jalapeno poppers and a large order of cheese sticks

I ordered a #9 with cheese and no pickles for all 20 sliders with onion only on 10 sliders with 2 fries and 2 chicken rings and 2 medium drinks. I received 10 correct sliders and 10 sliders made wrong with no cheese and extra onions and the 2 fries that were hard/burnt and 2 onion rings. White Castle Drive thru service/order

We ordered $10 worth of food got home had a $2 one am mozerrella stix for 2 starving/tired people tried to contact store to get ok to come get my order no answer at store recording only. Still have not had a call back 1 hour later

White Castle 63385

I have been visiting White Castle every day for the last 40 years, come snow or high water. I only ask that the Castle be open on time, they have adequate supplies, ie cream, change and a stirrer. The 63385, Wentzville has been out of pennies for two days, no glaze donuts for a week, the store was not open at 8:10. I have in the past directed my thoughts to the owner of White Castle. You have developed a great brand; however, you are destroying it with a lack of care.

I owned my own businesses for 32 years and I would never allow my good name to be tarnished due to a lack of good business sense. My last comment, I have seen many customers get frustrated and drive off. I talked to a couple from the state of Washington, they had not had a White Castle for 20 years, and due to it being closed this morning, it may be another 20 years.

Shame on you!

Desired outcome: Deliver the promise. Ask your customer what they want, and remind your employees, their shift starts at 8:00. Do a much better job at keeping supplies in check. I was told you were discontinuing the Glaze Donuts, why?

White Castle order not way i ordered

I ordered number 8 and asked that my sliders have extra onions and pickles. They hardly had any onions on them. The chicken rings did not taste as good as usual and I had to cook my fries more when I got home. They were not even hot when I got them and definitely wasn't well done. the double sliders i ordered had cheese on them and i didn't order that and the bread in the middle was so soggy we had to throw the middle away.

The sliders did taste good and the customer service was really good though.

White Castle The entire order

First of all it's a Friday night at 9:30 p.m. and there's only two people working at this White Castle when I finally get around to the window get my order and go home my fries look like this and I'm going to take a picture and you can look at them and my question is is would you eat these french fries and my cheeseburgers were cold the cheese isn't even melted on them it's disgusting it's ridiculous you only have two people working at this Shelbyville Indiana White Castle that is ridiculous on a Friday night and I'm sorry but a little coupon for a free meal isn't going to do it this time something needs to be done this is the second time this year that this has happened this will be the second time that I have complained.my name is Allison Dishman. Was out of town visiting, craving White Castle. Went to New Circle and Bryan Station Rd. location Lexington, Ky. only to find the lobby closed. Proceeded to the drive thru,where we sat for 30 minutes and never moved forward. We ended up going to another burger joint. Really love White Castle, but this was ridiculous. This was September 10, 2022 around 3:30 pm.

White Castle store 110029

We were in drive thru for 2 hours and spent 45 minutes at the window where they got the order wrong they then voided the incorrect order out and charged for the correct order after that there was a 45 minute wait cars behind us were upset and leaving my biggest issue was we got a clutch case and after waiting 2 full hours we received a clutch case of 20 sliders that were ice cold! the onion rings cold and hard we were so upset after waiting that long and refused to go back up there after that long wait so I tried to reach them by phone and no ever answered i tried again the next morning and still got no answer. The date this happened was 8/31/22 from 8:02 - 10:17 pm

Desired outcome: I would like a refund and apology for the sad service we received that day.

White Castle horrible customer service

i was at the white castle in Indianapolis Indiana on the east side of town at washington st and mitthoffer ave on Sunday 8/28/22 at 10:30pm the lights where on in the sign was on there was at least 15 cars in the drive through and i was able to see a employee walking around in the inside we don't live in Indianapolis so we wanted to try your food so we waited a average of 15 min per car to sit at the sign and make there order but what we didn't know that the people just got frustrated and left your web page said YOU WAS OPEN 24 HRs BUT YOU WASNT my issue is we had to look up the phone number and call and the lady answered and said they was closed we said why don't you at least turn off your sign and tell this long line of people that your closed from a business position this is suicide and very frustrating to us that was looking to patronize your business

My name steve,my wife and I eat at this location every once in while. It amaze me that they,get my order wrong.They are the slowes store that you people have.The drive thru was not busy,I was in the drive thru for 20to30 minutes,today aug 28, Evertime we go there they mess thing up,I do not give them a hard order.The time was 11oclock. I had a manager, call me a liar on the phone one time. As far as I'm concerned this store can close.

She was very rude her tone of voice even asking at the window she expressed that whatever when I say she doesn’t support your company as well as the manager I will be taking them both to court if someone doesn’t fire them manager and the employee for working 08/28/2022 who worked the window at approximately 1:35 am -2am the level of disrespect is at a all time high when I say I’m moving forward to take action on both employees and I’m going to GUARNTEED a fire for both employees again the level of disrespect I never felt so disrespected in my life. Please review the camera at 1:35 am -2:20am and I would like to contacted because I’ll call everyday and file court precedents starting Monday morning

White Castle Service

I drive 1/1/2 to Clarksville Tn. To see my doctor. This is the third time in the past 2 months I’ve had no service or terrible service. Yesterday August 16, 2022 at approximately 3 pm stopped to eat. We waited for approximately 10 minutes to get waited on. I waited couple more minutes then left. Went to Krystal. Approximately 3 weeks ago after we finally put are order in it took almost 25 minutes to get 6 hamburgers. Approximately 2 months stop after a appointment to take some home and they had not opened yet. Waited approximately 15 minutes for them to open. Went to Krystal. Won’t be back
