went a little out of our way to go here the lady boxing things acted like she was gods gift to white castle only to pass our order up after a few behind us got theeres I went up there she tried to blame the computer by this time we were late for a doctors appointment so we got it to go of couse got down the road and it was all screwed up so that got us to thinking mcdonalds would have been cheaper and quicker.White castle use to be a good deal but they have over priced there stuff

I called White Castle Construction in May and spoke to Michael "Mike" Goldberg on I think what was his cell phone - the main # of the company. I was researching different contractors for my earthquake retrofitting and the first thing he tells me is that he's a teacher at the Southern CA Earthquake Center. Naturally I thought this was impressive. I then went on to asking him for his license # so I could look it up. He told me that on his website there is a photo of one of his company signs in front of a house which has his license # on it. I happened to be on my computer so I looked and the license # was too small for me to read. I asked him if he had any structural engineers there, and he told me that he personally is a structural engineer. I was happy about this and asked him for that license #. He then said "if we do business we can talk about that". I was a little bit confused and asked him what he meant? He then said "you know what, I can already tell that you're going to be trouble" and hung up on me. I was appalled and told my husband about it, who then bet me money that he's probably not really a teacher at the Southern CA Earthquake Center. I called the Secretary there, and explained my situation to her and what she told me I just couldn't believe... She said that the Southern CA Earthquake Center is a research facility and does not actually teach anything at all. The staff who work there are scientists who do research only. I asked her if there was any way that a contractor could end up teaching there or possibly deliver a seminar or anything, and she said absolutely not, and that the only people that could ever teach here are University Professors of USC. I was shocked that I was lied to in this way and treated the way I was treated by Michael Goldberg, just because I asked for his contractor and structural engineer license so that I could look it up - which the Contractor License Board website tells you to do, by the way. You're supposed to ask for license #'s and do your homework before hiring a contractor. So anyway, I'm really glad I did my homework because take a wild guess at who I will NEVER contact or trust ever again... Michael Goldberg at White Castle Construction. Go ahead, call him, he will probably do the same thing to you. Plus I've seen horrible reviews about White Castle Construction online after calling him - I wish I would've seen these before I called, because then I never would have called him in the first place.

This guy is a con and a liar, and it boggles my mind he has not been arrested. It is against the law to render a structural opinion in Ca. if you are not a licensed engineer, which he is not. He has his laborers inspect the subfloor, then he comes in for the sales pitch at the end; he's a real used car salesman. Stay away from this guy people. I am now making it my life's mission to get this guy closed down.

Ordered a diet cola with my meal. The cup was overfilled so that, when I inserted a straw, the soda overflowed onto the lid. The soda on the lid spilled onto the console of my 2006 Toyota Solara. I immediately wriped spilled soda with a napkin. The soda had stained the metallic-gray finish on my console. What did I put in my stomach???

i ent thru the drive tru, and was as "can i help you " in a rude voice, then when i gave my order, they come back and said "cant you wwait a minute" then the second time i gave him my order, he said it back wrong, so i told him for the 3rd time what i wanted.and he was still hateful... and they werent even busy at that time...so i said forget it and went to mcdonalds, where i did get friendly service...i use to run a resturant, and if he had been an emploey of mine he would be there any longer, and he had tatoo's very visable, and was soo very unprofesssional ...something needs to be done about this i was so very disquested and madd.after all itsnt it the coustomers that pay your check! something needs to be done about this, and i will not and my friends will not eat there until this is under control!
i went to white castle on Oct 11 2012 at 11pm to get my mom her favorite burgers i asked for 4 burgers with nothing on them and a diet coke my mom is dieabetic she is 65yrs old well when she bit one she was screaming her mouth was burning they gave me burgers with hot cheese she had a allergic reaction she does not eat anything spicey or hot i call white castle and was told to bring the burgers back because they did not believe what i was saying i also gave the reciept number to prove i got the burgers from there then i was told i would have to wait til the manager 's next day at work to resolve this i am outraged at this i had to take my mom to emergency room her lip and tongue blistered from this i feel i should not have to wait 2 os3 days to resolved this i can be reach at [protected] Elder RD apt 2n Homewood Ill 60430 thank you
I am appalled when it comes to the recent ad commercial I am seeing on television for White Castles. It is very distasteful! It is the commercial that shows an elderly gentlemen in a hospital room with this wife standing beside him. Some one dressed in black (whom I presume is “Death”) is standing in doorway of the room. “Death” then gets a call and leaves the elderly gentlemen to live once again, and rushes off to a White Castles restaurant. There you will see “Death” embracing a young black boy. I think this add sends the wrong message to our children and consumers alike. Being a grandmother of young African-American boys, I don’t feel that this is appropriate to show young children. I ask that you would please consider pulling this advertisement.

Tried to logged into web site for this company and was sent to a porn site. This is not what was suppose to happen. I was to be sent to a site for a survey not a porn site. They have a White Castle in Farmington, MO? Jeesh, thats like way out in the sticks well away from St Lous. You should consider yourself fortunate. You don't HAVE TO go to lousey McDonalds anymore.

i have gone to the hurstbourne wc about 5 times...i love wc burgers...on three (out of five) visits i got 5 of the worse wc ever. i mean dry bun cold...just pitiful. on all ocassions my visit was around 1pm...holding these wc for sale is poor business. i will not go back to hurstbourne again.
