Whirlpool 33-in wide side-by-side refrigerator w/ led lighting model# : wdf320pads

Purchased May2017 for a new Manufactured home. Freezer has frost built up around door gasket and inside ice machine. The motor seems to only kick on for a split second and turns off again. The refrigerator will not stay cool even at the coldest setting the inside temp is 54 degrees. I have had biscuits blow up inside, 3 gallons of milk spoil, and the loss of many other food items that I question and will not feed my kids with a concern of food being spoiled. This is very very frustrating considering this is a brand new home with all new appliances. I have had service calls out 3 times now! I had the service team out today and now my parts are on back order, and I need some other parts that have a 6 week lead time. What am I suppose to do for 6 weeks without a fridge? I would like to know what you will do to expedite this issue as well as pay for the loss food items and troubles?

So I called the Complaint line and I AM NOT HAPPY! So evidently I have to have a filed complaint 3 times with services calls documented before they will replace the unit! I have lost now 3 loads of groceries due to the refrigerator not cooling. Service has showed up now twice and when I called the Whirlpool complaint line they informed me I had no complaints on file because I requested service from ONLINE. For some reason if you make a complaint online and request service from the online portal it will not count as a filed complaint.. WHAT? Of course everytime I call I have a different person to talk to. First guy promised me a new unit if the parts did not work after service was there. Well guess what.. It still dont work and 2 weeks later I am still dealing with a HOT Refrigerator.

We have been dealing with this issue for over a month now. We have had several service calls to the house to try and fix the issue. We have waited patiently for parts to come in that took weeks. I have lost hundreds of dollars in groceries (family of 5)! Service came out 2 days ago and replaced the new parts needed. The freezer is fixed and is no longer freezing up, but the refrigerator is NOT FIXED. I still have milk spoiling, lunch meat going bad, lettuce turning brown, biscuits and cinnamon rolls exploding, juice separating, and ext... The cold, colder, coldest settings still spin freely and don't make any difference when i set it for 24 hours on the COLDEST setting. This is ridiculous! I had a Whirlpool Customer Service guy call me to start a paper trail and told me that my unit would be replaced if the parts did not work... I need to know who I need to contact about this.

Whirlpool 60 gallon water heater

I purchased a 60 gallon water heater and installed it a year ago. Since I purchased the unit I have had to replace two lower heating elements. Now I have to replace a third, Iam very unhappy with this product and will never buy another product from your company again. This water heater is only one year old and I feel like I have to replace it again.

Whirlpool washing machine

I purchased my Whirlpool washer about 4 years ago. It is the model that doesn't have an agitator, I have tried different detergents, and different cycles and my clothes are not getting clean. When I wash sheets (2 twin sets ) and set it on sheets cycle, when I take them out, parts of the sheets are perfectly dry! I have to use the bulky cycle or heavily soiled ( 71 minutes a load) in order to get them clean! If I use fabric softener I have to put them through another rinse cycle or them feel filmy! I was told it was a more sufficient and ecological model . The washer is also large capacity!
I have been trying everything and nothing works! I am so disappointed! I have always had a Whirlpool or Kenmore appliances for over 40 years and never been as disappointed!
Just felt it was time someone let you know your washers without an agitator are worthless!

Whirlpool I purchased an electric glass top oven july 2016

Two weeks after my installation, the interior light burned out. I contacted the store ( Lowes)and they gave me some light bulbs. I have just burned out the third bulb. I don't use the oven very much and I rarely turn the light on to watch something baking. I have ovens in the past that I never changed the bulb. I am very disappointed in your product.
Also the glass top has etched and scratched super easily.

Whirlpool refrigerator

I received a delivery of a Whirlpool Refrigerator WRF736SDAM on Saturday, May 20, 2017. It was damaged so it was returned to the warehouse. I need to be compensated for this inconvenience. I had loss of food while waiting for this refrigerator. Now I have to wait another 3 days before delivery of another one. This product should have been inspected before it went on the truck. What can you do for me? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

In March we received a full suite of Whirlpool appliances from Lowes for our renovated kitchen. It included a side by side refrigerator. We had to remove the protective film ourselves from the doors and found the freezer door coated with a sticky glue. On advice from Lowes we bought a can of a product called Goof-Off. It took three hours of work to remove the very tenacious glue. In the end, after three service visits, the refrigerator was replaced due to door miss-alignment and other defects. A replacement refrigerator WRS325FDAW04 (Ser#HR64118967) was installed (by Lowes) May 23rd. The technician noted the residue on the freezer door but, once again, it was left for us to spend hours cleaning off the sticky glue. Obviously during manufacture somebody is using the incorrect kind of glue or protective film on the left hand door only. It is unfair to deliver a refrigerator and expect the purchaser to spend hours cleaning glue from the door, not to mention the two cans of Goof-Off that we had to buy. Very disappointed this had to happen twice with a Whirlpool product and this experience will make us think twice about Whirlpool in future.

Whirlpool 5 burner - double oven gas range - whirlpool gold series

I have never been as disappointed in an appliance. There is nothing good about this product. I waited for months to get it delivered because it was on back order. Had purchased it to have for Christmas family gathering because my previous oven's door got broken. Finally received it in January 2017. Continuously smell gas from the stove. Had plumber out twice and verified that it is not coming from the connection. Had an appliance person come and use his gas detection meter and could not find anywhere that it was coming out. Smelled it again, he came back again and said that it must be inside the stove.

The burner grate idea seemed like a good idea because you could just lift each side up on hinges for cleaning, however they sit so high above the burners that only the very large burner on the front will cook anything that has to be boiled or fried on high. You can barely boil water on any of the others.

The burner knobs on the front don't have enough "lock" on them that they get turned on just getting near them. At least 4 times in the past 5 months I have gone into the kitchen to find that a burner has been on for quite some time and the kitchen full of gas. Night before last we went to bed and I smelled gas in the early morning, and when I came out the kitchen and living room were full because my husband used the (over the range) microwave and brushed one of the stove knobs and it came on. If I had not gone in there we could have blown up.

My 2 year old granddaughter can reach up there and turn the burner on without a problem.

I paid a lot of money for this product and don't have the money to buy another one and shouldn't have to. This range should be re-called at Whirlpool's expense before someone gets killed.

Whirlpool oven

Hello,
We purchased a whirpool oven and range on 3/11/2016 at sears outlet in streamwood, il. it is a gas range model wfg530s0es0, serial number r53719327. while using the self-cleaning cycle for the first time on may 12th, 2017, the unit stopped working and error code f1e1 appeared and we were unable to get the oven opened. we called for service and were advised (after paying $100.00) that the control board needs to be replaced which is $330.00 plus labor. we paid $712.93 for the unit. the repair person also indicated after he took the back panel off, things were not going back together cleanly, screw holes were not lining up, and he did not recommend using the self-cleaning cycle in the future if we were to replace the control board. we purchased a whirlpool based on the reliability of the brand and customer reviews for the oven we were considering purchasing and thought we made an informed purchase. we are very dissatisfied with this product. we feel that we purchased a "lemon" and that something so expensive should work longer than 12 - 14 months without costing more than half of the purchase price to fix. we are respectfully requesting that you stand by your product and issue us a refund for this product, as it appears to have been defective and it was just a matter of time before the unit completely broke down. had I used the self-cleaning cycle sooner, it would have broken down during the warranty period. I happened to be cleaning it during the weekend of 5/12/17 as I was preparing for hosting a mother's day brunch.

Whirlpool is one of the few reliable appliances you can purchase these days. I'd go on Astrodienst and look at your chart for 3/11/2016 (select natal and transits). Pay attention to any aspects of 45, 90 or 180 degrees from your natal Mercury. Anything aspected as such (especially Saturn, Mercury, or Mars) in your chart on that day, meant it was NOT the day to buy appliances, tools, gadgets, or an automobile. If that's the case, we can't blame Whirlpool. It sounds like a tosser. Sorry.

Whirlpool refrigerator

For weeks, I have been argue with my parent and wife about the temperature of our brand new refrigerator, it is not cold and how the food go bad quickly. I told them that they are crazy this is a brand new Whirlpool refrigerator that we install in March. So, I bought a thermometer and put it inside the refrigerator and it show the temperature is 57 degree which is 20 degree more than the manufacture suggest(37 degree). I am extremely disappointed with Whirlpool right now. I have already post a complaint how my Whirlpool's dryer's poor performance. I installed the Whirlpool appliances( refrigerator, dryer, washer) when we move to a house in March, and it is not even 90 days, the appliances are broken down one by one. This is my first and last Whirlpool's products and I will not recommend it to my relatives or my friends. Whirlpool= BAD PRODUCT

I recently moved into a house in March and we purchased our whirlpool appliance at Lowes. After two weeks, the dryer's motor broke, after replacing the motor, the dryer is not working properly, the clothes is still damn after 1h20m inside the dryer. Despite the fact that I have clean the dryer exhaust twice and the problem is still repeat. Unhappyy

Whirlpool kitchenaid dishwasher

We built a new house filled it with kitchen aid appliance .
The house is two years old no children
These r the worse appliances we have ever had
Fan bad in oven sounded like a truck had to get a brew fan
Dishwasher is a piece of junk
We have put more money in to it in two years of any product we have ever had
The racks on top all the ball barring fell out all the plastic falls apart
It's all brittle inside after only two years
We paid 1200 dollars for this thing
Now it sounds like the motor is going out .
I think maybe what needs to be done us a class action suit against KA dishwashers
I have read complaints on this on the Internet same old story after story of these sane issues we had
I called several times told buy a extended Warrenty for 400 dollars for a year this is customer service
This is not right
I want this issue resolved it's falling apart mi bought this in good faith
If this isn't resolved I am going to contact the better business company plus any one else I can file a complaint with and am going to try and get a ck
Las action law suit for faulty products that you know it's happening and you don't take care of
I know enough people to get this going and I will do it .im ### of being ripped off

Whirlpool washer

Back in 2014, we purchased a washer and dryer from Lowes in Strongsville, Ohio. Needless to say, the washer is probably one of the worst appliances we have ever purchased. I don't see this energy efficient product lasting more than a couple more years, if that.

The washer has a significant odor to it despite using Affresh. We never had to use any product with our other washer to keep it smelling clean. We have had stains on our clothes from who knows where it comes from, it makes the worst sounds like it is going to break down and I really could go on and on. This is suppose to be "energy efficient" but how do you wash clothes in a few inches of water. We are thoroughly disgusted with this washer and it isn't like it takes abuse.

This issue has finally come to a head when my daughter tells me that she had to wash her clothes 3 times because of the stale smell on them. The same goes for our towels. There has to be an answer to this ugly smell constantly coming from the washer.

I don't feel this is an issue for Lowes to resolve and their Customer Service isn't the greatest either. But, if I have to, I will. I can always address my complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I want this issue addressed. The smell is constant and it needs to be resolved. Affresh isn't the answer. A new washer would be nice because this washer is on it's last leg for being 4 years old. The grinding noises it makes are awful.

Please address this problem for us.

Whirlpool refrigerator

We purchased a new Four door refrigerator in November; 5 months old. We came home a week ago and it was dead. I called the customer support number and 1 hour later they order a service call..3 days later. The service person said we had a fatal problem and would report for a replacement, but I had to call whirlpool again as they would require a second opinion. A second opinion to the service repair person "they " sent? I called customer service and 1 hour and 10 mins later they are skipping the second opinion, as I would have no part of that business. However, the request goes to a review board and they will call within 2 business days. Well today is day 3 and no call..day 7 without a refrigerator. I called them and 1 hour and 20 minutes they are requesting my replacement refrigerator. It will be deliver in 7 to 14 days!
Rediculous customer service! I am so disappointed as I did my homework before purchasing. The kicker is we have purchased 2 kitchen suites from Lowe's Home Improvemet since November. Of course Lowes will do nothing, and as noted Whirpool customer service is LOUSY . I am contacting Consumer Reports and researching others entities to whom we can file complaints.

Whirlpool oven repairs

Last Monday (24/04/17) I used the pyro setting in my oven to clean it. After about an hour of it being on the smoke alarms started going off! When I checked on it I saw the inner layer of safety glass had shattered. The glass had fallen down under the oven door to the floor. Luckily my children weren’t in at the time. I called to explain what had happened and the woman I spoke to found my order using me postcode so she must have had my model number. She booked in the repair for Friday (31/04/17) meaning I had to stay in all day. When the engineer came he basically swept out the glass from the oven, ordered some parts and left. (This took him 43 minutes) I don’t understand why you didn’t send him with either the parts, a new door or even a replacement oven meaning he could have fixed it on the day. I called again to see when they would be back and was told they were missing a part. I explained this wasn’t good enough and asked to talk to someone else but wasn’t reconnected or given any other contact information. I called today (03/05/17) and was told I couldn’t have it repaired till Tuesday (09/05/17). Again I said I wanted to complain and was offered to have my details sent to another department. When I checked this would mean a follow up phone I was told NO it meant if a cancellation happened I would be called and offered an earlier appointment. I said I wanted to complain and was given an email address. I feel the wait is disgusting as that will mean two weeks without an oven. It was I think a manufacturing problem as the upper heating element had fallen down which the engineer told me was probably the cause for the glass shattering and the plastic top of the door melting! Meaning it’s not my fault. I have two children who could have been seriously hurt and I now struggle to feed them as missing the oven makes meal times harder. I havent even had an aplolgy let alone any offer of compensation.
I don’t see how you can treat your customer like this. I hadn’t had my oven a year when this happened so was still under manufacturer’s guarantee so surely would have been easier and probably cheaper for you to replace. i would like at least an extended warrenty or some form of insurance (for free) as i now feel worried to use the oven again

Whirlpool 2.9 cu. ft. whirlpool coin operated washing machine

Purchased this washer in may of 2015 (mod # cae2743bq ser. # c45030183) and the coin slide mfr by esd failed in october 2016. there is a 2 year warranty on the coin slide and after numerous attempts to get a replacement through lowes and lowes service advantage the washer is still without a coin slide. lowes made an appointment for the whirlpool service repair company (millennium appliance repair, bryson city, nc) who showed up once and said I needed a completed coin slide. this was in october of 2016. numerous attempts to contact him has failed and his number is no longer in service. over 8 visits to lowes has failed to produce any results as they have ordered the wrong parts now twice and are reluctant to help further.

Whirlpool dishwasher missing handle

Order dishwasher, microwave and Oven from HHgregg and they were all Whirlpool brand. We purchased in Novermber on Black Friday for the deal while we remodel our home. 4 months later we opened the box to install the microwave and the handle is just missing. I called HHgregg corportate and they said I had to talk to WP. I called WP and the woman on the phone was SUPER rude and very UNHELPFUL (Denise) when I explained to her that I was never told there was a 30 day period to inspect the product and that its not MY fault the handle is missing and they should send me one for free. She rudely told me numerous times about the missed inspection period which is fine and all IF I WAS TOLD THAT WHEN I BOUGHT THE APPLIANCE and that it was out of her hands and I had to buy the part. Never had a more unhelpful, rude, customer service person before so because of HER we will not ever by Whirlpool appliances.

PS. the controls for the dishwasher are on the top lip of the dishwasher and you need the handle to open it to get to them yet WP doesn't consider it a functional part.

DONT BY FROM HHGREGG (their going outta business anyways) and if you ever buy from WP be sure to open the product the moment you get it to inspect it cause you got 30 days to complain or your SOL.

Just got a very nice call from Kari at Whirlpool and she's going to take care of me and send a handle. She said my dishwashers impossible to use without it. Way awesome. Whirlpool is back on my good side and I'm very grwatful to them that they reached out to me on here.

Whirlpool mailing address

We bought a Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer, a little over 3 years ago. We bought the 3 year extended plan. A few days ago I called because something is wrong with washer. We were told at store that the extended plan started after manufacturer warranty went out. They now tell us that's not true. That we really just have a 2 year warranty after manufacturer warranty is out. So sad I really trust Lowes put now I am going to buy a new washer because my warranty isn't good and it is pricey to get fixed.

Whirlpool washer

My wife and I purchased a new whirlpool washer in Oxford MS from a reputable local appliance dealer in Sept. 2016 to replace an older machine that worked perfectly well. We started having problems March 3, 2017, the repairman they have sent has been to our house 4 times and our washer still is inoperable. On April 4, 2017 he said he must order yet another part but as of April 25, 2017 he has not returned to complete the work nor will he return our calls or texts. On several occasions we asked the serviceman to give us a copy of his work order showing what he had done, he said no orders had been submitted. However, when I spoke with Whirpool they said one order had been submitted.
We have called Whirlpool several times since this all began, each time waiting up to 1 hour before being speaking to anyone. When we have left our number at their direction to have our call returned, several hours later when we do get a call, usually we wind up disconnected. We explained that my wife and I own our business and we have lost valuable time not being to serve our customers either on hold or waiting for their serviceman they offered us $25, which was an insult.
We finally spoke with a Supervisor on April 21 who apologized, acknowledged we should not have had to endure this kind of treatment and poor service. She promised to get us a resolution, and would call us back. I requested her phone number and extension. As of April 25, 2017 we have not received a phone call and have not been able to reach her. We have called Whirlpool for the last two days with no success, only disconnected calls and empty promises.
I asked Whirlpool to provide an immediate replacement. They advised it should have already been replaced but the company refuses to do anything.
In followup of the information provided on this site I plan to contact our Attorney General on April 26, 2017 because nothing else has worked.

My brother Jeff Tavares bought a new refrigerator from Lowes Waipahu, and also purchased Extended warranty for our Mother Sylvia Dennison in her 80's. My mother's refrigerator broke down with refrigerator and freezer is working on April 17th 2017. My brother Jeff called Lowes Waipahu April 17th to get a refrigerator technician to fix it. 1st they told Jeff tech will come Thursday April 2oth from 1pm-3pm. Then they cancelled and told Jeff tech will come the following day on Friday April 21st and it will be all day wait for tech to come to fix it. I waited all day at my mother's house that friday with no show, not even a call to say they were not coming. We have to use a big cooler to keep our food from not spoiling. I got a phone number from my brother Jeff that Lowes gave him for a tech to find out status on tech that I found out was a contractor for Lowes but not refrigeration. I then resolved to indication that Lowes is giving us the run around. I called Lowes Waipahu talked to the Manager named Kam and explained my situation. He understood, and informed his employees in that section of interest to get back to him about getting me a confirmation date and time tech will be on my case, and Kam will get back to me with confirmation. I waited and never got a call back. We are a Lowes customer that feel we did not get what we paid for a new dependable refrigerator and paid for extended warranty. The hardship my 80 year old diabetic mother went through due to bad Lowes customer service it's like being homeless living in a house using a cooler for her food. Buying ice every morning and draining cooler daily. My mother has insilent bottles that have to be refrigerated or it could jeopardize the medication that could be tainted. If we cant get our refrigerator fix a.s.a.p. I will expose your Company Lowes Hawaii on our News Station here KHON Consumer Report about your bad customer Service you have, and all what happened to me. I found out through my nephew a carpenter that some of friends that were contracted by Lowes pay too low for them to ever work for Lowes. That Lowes don't have a permanent refrigerator tech staff they have to look and find contractors to fix products from Lowes. Lowes hires the lowest bidders contractors. If things don't look up toward my bad situation my brothers and I will take further legal matters. Also Lowes will be known for all these unfortunate bad customer service throughout the State of Hawaii. and nationally if this isn't taken care of a.s.a.p..

Whirlpool whirlpool built-in oven wos51e

When the heat gets too high in this oven, or when using the self cleaning mode the fuse malfunctions and the broiler no longer works.
I have replaced the fuse 3 times now in the last year.
Do you have a fix for this?
This problem seems to be all over the internet and one that should be addressed.

Whirlpool kitchenaid dishwasher

We bought this model kdfe304dbl diswasher in jan 2015 for $720 and have never been happy with it. We did not know if the problems were because of gov't regulation or we had a bad unit. The unit was very slow. It took hours to complete a cycle. It left waste on the dishes and it didn't dry very well.
We made sure we were following all the maintenance guidelines and finally called for repair out of frustration. The repair estimate is $325 parts and $125 labor - outrageous for an appliance just 2 years old. The serial # is f4502022162.

Whirlpool washing machine broken for 30+ days

Have had a Maytag Bravos X washing machine which worked well for 3.5 years when recently the spin cycle did not drain water from clothes leaving them soaking wet. I called the 800 number in my warranty booklet and was talked into purchasing an extended warranty from AIG for $319. That was my first mistake as every time I call to voice my concern over length of time it has taken they tell me that they can't help and I must deal with AIG. AIG tells me I must 'go thru the repair process' which started when the contracted repair company came . They have come to my home 3 times, each time finding something else wrong, necessitating approval and then ordering a part.
I have had to take 3 mornings off to wait for repair people, soon to be a 4th, have spent $35.50 at laundry mats and seem to have a worthless warranty, which if I cancel would be less than amount I paid since their are outstanding claims. I can't figure out why they have not been able to figure out what is wrong since they seem to have a device they hook to the machine which explains the error codes .
I could have bought a new machine weeks ago, at this point I would like to be reimbursed for the warranty or at the very least reimbursed for my laundry mat costs
