ApplianceParts4all Do not use this place

I purchased a control board for my stove that I ended up not needing. So I started the return process that requires you to have multiple pieces of information that is completely unnecessary. You need to provide tracking that they send you, pictures, model and serial of the appliance. Fast forward to 7 days later I get a email saying my part was installed which it definitely was not. Apparently there are marks on the back of the control board which they are saying it means the part was installed. The only time this part left the box was for the picture they require! Now I’m fighting for a return. No one at this business seems to care either. Order elsewhere!

Recommendation: Do not use this company! They are a scam

ApplianceParts4all Frustrating from start to finish

Terrible customer service. Confusing ordering and billing. Slowwww shipping. It took 2 weeks to get a dishwasher part but was shipped from in state. How? Why? I found the part elsewhere and for less so I wanted to return. I had to pay for that, fill out forms, send them various photos of the box, the part, my dishwasher Model and ID (why?!). Then tracking info which I never even got from them !

Recommendation: Shop elsewhere

ApplianceParts4all Unsatisfactory Experience with Appliance Parts: Frustrating Return Process and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Appliance Parts (applianceparts4all.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a part for my appliance, but unfortunately, they sent me the wrong one. I immediately reached out to them for return information, but I never received a response.

After waiting for a few days, I decided to email them again, and this time, I finally got the return information I needed. However, when I received the RMA, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay for the shipping of the part back to them.

I shipped the part back to them, but I never heard anything back from them. I decided to reach out to them again, and that's when they informed me that I only had 30 days to return the product. I explained to them that I never received the first email with the RMA, but they didn't seem to care.

Now, not only am I out the money for the part, but I'm also out the money for shipping it back to them. It's frustrating to think that they will sell the part again and make double the profit.

I asked to speak to their boss or the owner, but they wouldn't allow me to do so. Overall, my experience with Appliance Parts was not a positive one, and I would caution others to be wary when ordering from them.

ApplianceParts4all Negative Experience with Appliance Parts: Incorrect Part and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Appliance Parts (applianceparts4all.com) and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I was in need of a specific part for my appliance and found it on their website with a picture and part number. However, upon receiving the part, I quickly realized that it was not the same part that was shown on their website. In fact, it had a completely different part number.

I immediately reached out to their customer service team via email to verify that I had received the correct part. They assured me that it was the correct part and that I could proceed with the installation. However, after attempting to install the part, I realized that it was not compatible with my appliance.

I then contacted Appliance Parts again to request a return and refund. They informed me that I could return the part for a refund, but they would not provide a return shipping label. I asked if they would reimburse me for the return shipping costs, but I never received a response.

To make matters worse, the case was closed by P *** before the issue was resolved. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the entire experience.

In the end, I was forced to keep the incorrect part and it has now become my favorite target at the shooting range. I would not recommend Appliance Parts to anyone in need of reliable and accurate parts for their appliances.

ApplianceParts4all Poor Communication and Strange Addresses - My Experience with [Company Name]

I placed an order on 05/27 and was told it was cancelled by live chat on 05/29 at 13:11 hrs. I was not happy about this and sent a follow-up live chat on 05/30 at 07:31 hrs. I then sent three more follow-up live chats at 06:16 hrs., 07:30 hrs., and 08:15 hrs. I was really frustrated because I couldn't get in touch with anyone.

I tried calling the company, but the phone rang for over 20 minutes and then went to voice mail. I left a message, but they did not return my call. I have an invoice, but no tracking information. It's really frustrating not knowing where my order is.

What's even more strange is that their Domain contact is located in Reykjavik, Iceland. The address is Kalkofnsvegur 2, Capital Region, Postal Code:101, Country:IS. The phone number is ***434 and the email is ***@withheldforprivacy.com.

Their US street address is 5404 Whitsett Ave, Valley Village, CA ***. It's located between a coin laundry and an animal rescue. This seems really odd to me.

Overall, I don't think this is a legit business. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and the strange addresses. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this website.

ApplianceParts4all Disappointing Experience with Appliance Parts: Delayed Shipping, Poor Customer Service, and Restocking Fee

I recently had an experience with Appliance Parts (applianceparts4all.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I ordered a part and was excited to see that the invoice showed it would ship the next day. I even paid for 2 day shipping to ensure that I would receive it quickly. However, 2 days later, I received an email stating that it would take up to 7 days to arrive. I was not happy about this and sent a note asking them to cancel my order.

To my surprise, Ap4A responded by asking for a picture of the serial number tag. I couldn't believe it! I responded by telling them to cancel my order again, but they stated that they would refund the difference for the 2 day shipping. I was relieved to hear this, but unfortunately, the part still took a few days to arrive. I left 2 messages for customer support, but no one answered. I even sent an email, but the "customer support" team would not agree to any settlement and asked me to return the part at my own expense. I was not happy about this, but I returned the part anyway.

To make matters worse, I didn't receive any shipping settlement and was charged a restocking fee. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend Appliance Parts to anyone.

ApplianceParts4all Unreliable Parts Supplier: Misleading Website and Poor Customer Service

This parts supplier is not very good. I went to their website and ordered a part that they said was in stock and would ship the next day. I even paid extra for priority handling and next day air shipping. But I never got a tracking number. I sent them an email and they told me that the part was not in stock and that I would have to wait for weeks. It seems like their website is not accurate and they just lie to you and say that everything is in stock when it really isn't. I don't think they keep anything in stock at all. They are probably just a drop-shipper, with a website that is very misleading. I don't recommend them and I would never use them again. If I had taken the time to read all the other reviews about this company (most of which are 1 star or negative), I would never have ordered from them. They don't even answer their phone, which is very frustrating.

ApplianceParts4all Unfair Return Policy: My Experience with ApplianceParts4All.com

I recently purchased two metal filters for my Thermador hood fan from ApplianceParts4All.com. I was excited to receive my order and eagerly awaited its arrival. After placing my order, I received confirmation and two tracking numbers. One filter was supposed to come from TX and the other from CA. However, when I received them, I was disappointed to find out that they were not what I had ordered. One was the part number I ordered (aluminum) and the other was a different part number and was stainless steel. I was confused and frustrated as I had specifically ordered two aluminum filters.

Since the filters did not match, I decided to order another one to match and requested an RMA to return the unused filter. However, I was shocked to find out that it cost me over $52 dollars to ship it back. I was not happy about this as I felt that it was not my fault that I received the wrong product. I inquired about at least getting the original $9.95 shipping charge credited to my card, but was told that was not going to happen. I was disappointed and felt like I was being treated unfairly.

I would like to warn other customers to be careful when ordering from ApplianceParts4All.com. If they send you the incorrect part number, you will be responsible for the return shipping. This is not fair and can end up costing you a lot of money. I hope that they will change their policy and take responsibility for their mistakes in the future. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience and would not recommend this website to others.

ApplianceParts4all Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Policies: My Experience with Appliance Parts

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Appliance Parts (applianceparts4all.com). I ordered a refrigerator door seal, but when it arrived, it was in pretty bad shape. I mean, it was practically destroyed! I was pretty upset about it, so I tried calling their customer service line a bunch of times, but no one ever picked up. And when I tried using their "live chat" feature, it was always offline. The only way I could get in touch with them was through email.

So, I finally got in touch with someone and they told me that if I wanted to exchange or return the part, I would have to pay for the shipping myself. And let me tell you, the cheapest shipping option was almost as much as the cost of the part itself! I was so frustrated that I just ended up throwing the damaged part away. I didn't want to risk spending even more money on a company with such terrible customer service.

Honestly, I think this is just how they do business. They know that people won't want to pay for return shipping, so they make it difficult to get a refund or exchange. It's pretty shady if you ask me.

Anyway, I learned my lesson. From now on, I'm going to try to order from stores that have a physical location nearby. That way, if something goes wrong, I can just go in and talk to someone face-to-face.

ApplianceParts4all Unreliable and Misleading: My Experience with ApplianceParts4All

I gotta say, I had a pretty similar experience to the other folks who left reviews here. I was on the hunt for a replacement bin for my Bosch fridge, and while a bunch of other sites had it listed, only ApplianceParts4All said it was "In Stock". So I went ahead and placed my order with them, even though I'd done business with some of the other sites before. Big mistake, my friends.

I also ordered a pass-through water filter, but the next day I still hadn't gotten any confirmation about my order. So I started up a chat with them, and we eventually found my order confirmation in my junk email. But then they told me that the bin was back ordered and would be coming straight from Bosch. Meanwhile, the water filter was supposed to ship that same day. But four days later, I talked to another agent and they told me that the water filter still hadn't shipped (even though it still said it would ship the next day on their website!).

Now they're telling me that everything will ship on Monday, because it has to ship together from two different locations. But that's just a bunch of baloney, if you ask me. I mean, why should I have to wait for something that's supposed to be in stock? It's not like I'm asking for the moon here.

Honestly, I'd recommend going with one of the other reputable online vendors instead. Don't rely on these guys. And to make matters worse, I even paid extra for expedited processing! What a rip-off.

ApplianceParts4all Affordable and Fast: My Experience with ApplianceParts4All.com

My trusty 17-year-old Dacor gas range suddenly stopped working and I was at a loss as to what to do. The oven would not heat up and I was left scratching my head. After scouring the user manual, the internet, and even contacting Dacor themselves, I finally identified that the oven igniter was the likely culprit. I was relieved to have found the problem, but then I faced a new challenge: finding the right part at a reasonable cost.

I searched high and low, comparing prices from four or five different suppliers. The cost for the igniter ranged from $119 to $216, which was a bit steep for my budget. That's when I stumbled upon ApplianceParts4All.com. Their prices were significantly lower than the competition, but I was hesitant to order from them due to their low review ratings.

To ease my concerns, I decided to call them and ask a few questions about availability, shipping source, and lead times. The answers I received were satisfactory, so I took the plunge and ordered the part. I was pleasantly surprised when the regular 3 to 5 day quoted delivery time actually came the very next day. The part was brand new and exactly as advertised.

I installed the igniter and was thrilled to find that my Dacor oven was working like new again. I even took some pictures and saved the packing slip to commemorate the occasion (ordered 12/6/22 10:30 CST, received 12/7/22 13:34, installed and initially tested 12/7/22 14:33, final testing with fully assembled oven ~ 18:00 CST).

One minor issue I encountered was that ApplianceParts4All.com did not provide an order confirmation email. However, I did receive a UPS delivery email about 6 hours after placing my order. I was also able to view my order details on the website account I had set up. While this wasn't a huge problem, I do think that a confirmation email should be sent out as a matter of course.

Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with ApplianceParts4All.com. They provided me with a high-quality part at a very reasonable price, and their delivery time was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of appliance parts.

I recently made a purchase from Appliance Parts (applianceparts4all.com) and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered two parts that were listed as being in stock on the website and paid extra for two-day shipping. However, the company did not send my order until five days after I made the purchase and they refused to cancel my order despite my numerous attempts to do so.

I tried to contact the company through their live chat, but it was not working. Their email responses were also erratic and I was unable to get a clear answer about the status of my order. Finally, on June 22nd, I was told that my order had already been shipped and it was too late to cancel it. This was five days after I had paid for two-day shipping.

When I received my order on June 24th, I asked the company to refund the difference in shipping since I did not receive my order within the promised two-day timeframe. However, their response was that they did not have the part in stock and I would not have received two-day shipping even if they had shipped it on time.

I was extremely disappointed with the company's lack of communication and poor customer service. If they had informed me that the item was out of stock, I would have purchased from a different seller. Their website is misleading and their service is unacceptable. I plan to file complaints with the BBB and other review sites to warn others about my experience.

This company represents 100% fraud they do not provide proper service they do not provide what they say they are going to provide and PayPal also makes it difficult to get your money back it's a shame that they are allowed to stay in business this company and its owners should be prevented from having any companies PayPal stop-doing business with Them and credit card company should prevent anyone else from spending money with them because they are a fraud

Terrible ***, Stay Away from this Supplier!. I order a Part from their website and they sent me the wrong color. I called them and email them after 3 days they said OK send us back the part at My Expense for the shipping and a 12% re-stocking fee.
When I explained to them that the Picture of the part on their website is Wrong and that I needed the color of the Part on the website all they would do is say, OK we wont charge you the re-stocking fee just the return shipping cost.

I order the correct part from a different supplier and filed a complaint with PayPal and My bank.
Our Bank paid us back within 1 day. I have not heard back from PayPal yet.

Insane "return policy" require you to pay for shipping and 12% restock when they send defective or used part. Don't answer phones, gives wrong info, happy circle email jerks, lies about what you send them back, does not relay serial number on part so they can claim you sent them an "old" part. Not a good American company

They sent me two defective refrigerator door shelves. They have you fill out a defective part form they claim to send to the manufacturer who then has to approve the defect. They sent me another shelf which was also defective and useless. For a $40 item I am sure most people give up after a few tries and they win. I won't. I will dispute the credit card charge next if the third shelf is defective.

In the bullet it says you can return a part in 30 days. However, once you've installed the part you cannot return it, even if it didn't work. Supposedly you could return the part if it's defective. How can you know if it's defective if you can't install it? Don't waste your money. No refunds no matter what it says. ApplianceParts4All -Thumbs down

It's too bad you can't give them zero stars. Like everybody has said, very shady company. I ordered a spill proof shelf and received a door bin. even with pictures they said I got what I ordered, maybe I ordered wrong. So I had to prove that what they advertised wasn't what I got, I did the snipping tool and captured the picture and part description and sent it to them with the picture of the door bin. They finally said I could send it back for a refund with me paying the freight of course. I think this company is hoping that you do decide that you won't send back because of the freight costs. I would have never purchased from this company if I would have checked their reviews before I ordered the shelf, which they only had one left at the time. Do not order from this company, unless you like getting screwed!

LIES LIES LIES! I'm really mad at myself for not reading any reviews for this company but I was desperate to find a part. I ordered a part from their website after all my regular supply companies indicated that this particular part was on backorder and had no projected delivery date. So, imagine my surprise when this ApplianceParts4All supposedly had this part. I immediately placed an order and funds were withdrawn from my PayPal account immediately. I received a notification that the order had been placed and I would be informed of his shipment. The very next day I received a message from ApplianceParts4All customer service (big joke there) indicating that the part was on backorder and I would be sent a message letting me know when the part was going to be shipped. After a few terse back and forth via email, I had no choice but to stay with the order because at least I had a date. I got some gobbledygook about "real time inventory issues and COVID chain delays". I sincerely appreciate that fact, but informed the company what I DIDN'T have time for was untruths about things being ON STOCK, but not really. (Make sense when you find out that the company is merely a webpage that orders from a different supplier...middle man) I was given a date delivery (to ApplianceParts4ALL) of February 20. I called Monday February 22 to ask for a confirmation of shipping. Finally got someone to return a call on Tuesday February 23 that the part was ordered from "Dallas" and I should have compassion *** patience with them considering what they were going through. (Relating to the freeze and power outages) I think it takes a pretty low person to blame his inability to tell the truth on people who are REALLY dealing with disaster.

T (according to the company registry...the ONLY employee with ApplianceParts4All) got belligerent with me, and took it upon himself to cancel my order.

Interesting aside though...the customer for whom I'm fixing the microwave is related directly to a lawyer so this will be interesting to see how it plays out.

I ordered a part and they sent me the wrong one. Returned the part for a refund and was told that they will replace the part after the manufacturer has the parts in stock once again. I view this outfit as being a ripoff.

Undoubtedly the most shady operation I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with! After typing in the model number of my refrigerator I ordered the exact grille/toe guard that Appliance Parts 4 All showed online complete with the model number of the grille. (I have a picture of my refrigerator model number and their picture of advertised item complete with model number taken off of the Google site if anyone wants to see it!) After finally receiving it I found the grill to be obviously for a different model because it was much to narrow. Called the company and did get a call back but they basically denied any responsibility involving the transaction and informed me that I would have to pay the shipping back to their company in addition to another shipping charge if I wanted to order the correct part. The moral of the story is that I will have to pay three shipping fees to get the right part instead of one. And all I am guilty of is ordering the part number that was given to me! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a control panel for a dishwasher. Received a water inlet valve for a washing machine. Called and emailed them they said they were filing a wrong part report 2 weeks later I still have not gotten anyone to answer a phone or any info if the correct part will ship or a refund. I have filed a dispute with PayPal to get my money back but it's a joke. They sent me a message to send them back the wrong part at my expense to get a refund. Don't waste your time dealing with these people to save $5 learned my lesson the hard way. I will keep fighting with them and PayPal until I get my money refunded though

Placed an order for refrigerator part on 11/24. If I don't contact them I never hear from them. Keep postponing the delivery date with no explanations. I have a feeling I got taken by them. Do not answer the calls by phone.

ApplianceParts4all I was charged for next day delivery for a part I needed ASAP

I was charged for next day delivery for a part I needed ASAP. I felt it was worth the extra cost of the part and shipping. The ship date on my invoice was the day I made the purchase, I would get my part the next business day, Friday. However they have not yet shipped my part nor can they tell me if they have any intention of shipping anytime soon. This is misleading and dishonest. I need this part and have no idea when/if I'm going to get it. Please choose another company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will not refund 100% of purchase when it is totally their mistake. Buy some where else that is reputable. The correct part number was ordered, a package with that part number was shipped, the part in the package was incorrect and did not match the part on their website. They accepted the part back but only refunded $48.42 of a $64.49 purchase including tax and shipping. That is a 75% refund. I also had to pay for the return shipping. Find some where else to buy your parts.

Dishonest company! Ordered a part that they said was in stock and would ship the next day. Received an e-mail the next day saying it wouldn't ship for over ten days because it was backordered. These are appliance parts, people need them because their appliance isn't working! Be honest!

Don't waste your money. Ordered bulbs for hood vent . One came in broken. They replaced it with a different / wrong bulb. Took months to try and get them to send the correct bulb and that never happened. Then the 1 correct bulb burnt out in a matter of a few months. At $30 a piece this is a joke. Waste of over $60. When I inquired about replacement of the burnt bulb and how it only lasted a mere few months, after months of no response, I was finally told "because I installed the bulb there was nothing they could do". Yet it was still burnt. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The correct part number was ordered, a package with that part number was shipped, the part in the package was incorrect and did not match the part on their website. They accepted the part back but only refunded $48.42 of a $64.49 purchase including tax and shipping. That is a 75% refund. I also had to pay for the return shipping. Find some where else to buy your parts.

Attempted to return it by sending numerous emails, each answered email sent me in circles. I have limited days to return this item before the 30-day return policy is over. Very frustrating, completely inept people. One of the representatives even questioned "What makes you think the item is defective?" I responded with an email sending them pictures of the broken item. Horrible service, horrible products.

Don't waste your money. Ordered bulbs for hood vent . One came in broken. They replaced it with a different / wrong bulb. Took months to try and get them to send the correct bulb and that never happened. Then the 1 correct bulb burnt out in a matter of a few months. At $30 a piece this is a joke. Waste of over $60. When I inquired about replacement of the burnt bulb and how it only lasted a mere few months, after months of no response, I was finally told "because I installed the bulb there was nothing they could do". Yet it was still burnt. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered a control panel for a dishwasher. Received a water inlet valve for a washing machine. Called and emailed them they said they were filing a wrong part report 2 weeks later I still have not gotten anyone to answer a phone or any info if the correct part will ship or a refund. I have filed a dispute with PayPal to get my money back but it's a joke. They sent me a message to send them back the wrong part at my expense to get a refund. Don't waste your time dealing with these people to save $5 learned my lesson the hard way. I will keep fighting with them and PayPal until I get my money refunded though

I got my part from Appliance Parts (applianceparts4all.com) in a good time. But, it was the WRONG part. I've been trying to get this fixed for days, now weeks. Their customer service is terrible. They don't follow up or follow through. They promised me a refund, but haven't kept their promise. I can't even get anyone on the phone. I suggest you RUN - don't walk - far away from this company.

ApplianceParts4all Disappointing Experience with Appliance Parts: Delayed Delivery and Unfulfilled Promises

I bought some stuff from Appliance Parts last year in September 2020. I was really excited to get my hands on those items, but when October came around, I still hadn't received them. I was getting a bit worried, so I decided to email them to see what was going on. They told me that my items were on back order and that I should expect to receive them in late December. I was a bit disappointed, but I figured that it was just a small delay and that I would eventually get my items.

However, it's now April 2021, and I still haven't received my items. I'm starting to get really frustrated because they had no problem taking my money, but they can't seem to deliver on their promises. I feel like I've been scammed, and I'm not sure what to do next.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with Appliance Parts. I feel like they've let me down, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for reliable and trustworthy appliance parts, I suggest looking elsewhere.

ApplianceParts4all Poor Customer Service and Communication from Appliance Parts - Frustrating Experience

I recently made a purchase from Appliance Parts (applianceparts4all.com) and unfortunately, I have not received any shipping information for two whole days. I have tried to reach out to the company through phone and email, but it seems like no one is responding. I even left a message, but still no response. It's quite frustrating because I really need the part I ordered.

I have decided to take action and filed a complaint with Paypal. I also asked for a refund from the company, but still no response. It's really disappointing because I was hoping for a smooth transaction.

In the end, I had to order the part from another company. It's a shame that I had to go through all of this trouble just to get the part I needed. I hope Appliance Parts can improve their customer service and communication in the future.

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with my experience with Appliance Parts. I ordered some parts from them about 2 months ago, and I was expecting them to come in early June. But, lo and behold, they didn't show up. So, I reached out to them and asked for a tracking number. They told me that the factory had backordered the parts for three weeks. I was pretty annoyed, but I figured I could wait a little longer.

A week later, I still hadn't heard anything, so I reached out again. This time, they told me that it was going to be another three weeks before the parts would be shipped out. And then, on top of that, they said it would take another week for the parts to actually get to me. So, basically, they were telling me that I wouldn't be getting my parts until two months after the website said they would be delivered.

Now, I ain't no expert, but that seems like a pretty long time to wait for some parts. I mean, I understand that things can get backordered and all that, but it seems like they could have been a little more upfront about the whole thing. And, to be honest, I'm not even sure if I'm going to get the parts at this point. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I got a problem with my dryer at the animal shelter where I work. We do a lot of laundry, so it's important to have it working. I needed a part and found Appliance Parts (applianceparts4all.com) online. I paid extra for the 2-day mail service, which cost me around 22 bucks. But after a week, I still hadn't received any notification. I was really upset and called them to find out what was going on. They told me they didn't have the part in stock. Can you believe it? I'm still waiting for the part, and it's been two weeks now. They did tell me that they don't refund postage, which I think is really unfair. I mean, come on, guys! This is why people go to Amazon instead.

I bought a part for my KitchenAide mixer from Appliance Parts and they charged my credit card right away. But then, a few days later, I got an email from them saying that the part was no longer available. I was bummed out because I really needed that part. They said they would give me a refund, but I never got it. So, I sent them a couple of emails asking about my refund. They replied back to me saying that they had credited my PayPal account. But, I don't have a PayPal account! I was so frustrated with them that I had to contact my bank and dispute the charge. It was a big hassle and took a lot of time to get my money back. I don't think I'll be buying anything from them again. It's not cool to sell something you don't have and then not give a refund.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Appliance Parts. I was looking for a replacement part for my refrigerator and stumbled upon their website. They recommended a part that seemed like it would work, so I went ahead and ordered it. But when it arrived, it didn't fit at all! Plus, the plastic it was made of was definitely lower quality than the original part.

To make matters worse, the part that arrived didn't have any of the manufacturer labeling that was pictured on the website. I tried calling their 800 number to see if I could get some help, but the customer service was pretty poor. They didn't seem to care that I had received the wrong part and didn't offer any solutions.

When I tried to return the part, the website made it seem like they would decide whether or not to accept the return. And let me tell you, entering all the necessary information for the return was a nightmare! The authentication process was almost impossible to navigate.

All in all, I don't think I'll be using Appliance Parts again. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.

The website advertises a "1 year warranty" on parts. I ordered a part for $203.27 on 11/20. The part failed a week ago (6/29). I emailed the company on 6/30 to discuss the failure and request a warranty claim. I was told the warranty was SIX months. I took a screen shot of the web page advertising the 1 year warranty (see attached). I noticed there was a link hidden behind the word "warranty" on their website, and when you click on it, there is a pop-up that says the warranty is 6 months. This is fraud, and the business needs to be reminded that operating a business with mixed messages advertised is against the law, specifically the Federal Trade Commission law 16 CFR Part 239 which regulates unfair or deceptive practices in the advertising of warranties and guarantees. Please alert the public about this company's illegal, fraudulent behavior. I will also be reporting them to the FTC.

I purchased a main control board(WPWXXXXXXXX) from applianceparts4all.com on July 16th. the order # is XXXXXXXXX. The part was received and installed by a JennAir registered technician. the part was defective and showed the error code. I spoke to *** at the time( July 21) and the part was out of stock so they sent me a authoization to return it(my shipping cost) fora refund to my American Express card. It is now August 27th and they are now telling me a replacement part is the only option.

I ordered on 1/15 two fridge parts: a glass shelf and a plastic bin. Customer support told me 3/15 that the bin will be delivered 4/9 and that the shelf was on back order with an updated ETA of 5/23. On 4/6, *** gave me tracking number. They did not specify if only the bin or both items had shipped. When I received the box, only the plastic bin was in it. Since they told me the glass shelf was shipping on 5/23, I was not worried. After 5/23, I contacted *** for a while and they finally replied that the shelf actually shipped with the bin. UPS weight for that package was .80lb, therefore the glass shelf could not have been in it, only the plastic bin was. After that I contacted customer support 6/1 and 6/23 to resolve the issue but they stopped replying. I tried the online chat but they were ignoring me a soon as I explained the issue. They finally opened a claim to finally deny it because it was over 30 days old.

I sent other emails to them and they have not responded. I even asked them to check there stock for the problem with the shorted parts and wrong ice maker in box per web site picture and description. I sent this back at my expense for shipping. total amount for sale was $107.64

I made a purchase with *** on Feb 27, 2021 for multiple items. All items were shown to be in stock with a estimated ship date within a couple of weeks. When the parts did not ship I contacted the seller and asked for tracking. No tracking was provided but a new estimated ship date was given. This same interaction was repeated several more times over the next two months - each time a new estimated ship date was given that was farther out that the last. Eventually I asked for a partial shipment which was ignored. Finally on Apr 18 I asked for my order to be cancelled and a refund issued. I repeated my cancellation request on Apr 30, May 3, and May 7. My last two requests for cancellation were acknowledged and I was given a 1-3 business day time frame to expect my refund. To date I have received no refund. I received an email on May 15, again promising a refund withing the 1-3 business days. I checked my Pay Pal account this evening and I still no refund.

Apparently they did not have the part in stock and stated it would be an order direct from the manufacturer. We waited patiently for months with no news and I decided to contact the firm for an update. I will upload the e-mail thread. In February, I ordered a replacement crisper drawer which I was told was back-ordered. Then last week (June ) I finally received the item, but it was nothing like the picture/description. I asked for a return label since it does not fit my refrigerator at all. They told me to send it back, which would cost a minimum of *** dollars out of my pocket. That would be in addition to the original *** shipping I paid when I bought the thing. A return label, with perhaps a small restocking fee would have been okay, though I don't think I'm to blame for the error. I got mostly boilerplate replies, then "Walt" suggested I sell the drawer on eBay! If I did that, I'd be sticking the person who buys it with the very same high price, but I would put it in a box that is not oversized, as the one they used is. They know this, and insist you send the item back in that oversized box. Good way to keep returns down, I guess. I want my money back, and a prepaid postage label.

On March 5 Order 1 Electronic Oven Control Board *** Grand Total $215.62 They informed me of a shipment delay from their supplier they would contact me when they would have that item for me to be sent. one month went by into April no word from them since last heard on March 8Th for the delay. Meanwhile, in that time I myself found that item supplied elsewhere. Requested Appliance Parts 4 All on April 9Th to cancel shipment and refund item. Which they said would do so but, miraculously found that item had appeared. The part was available in one of their warehouses that same day and shipped without my response. before they would let me responded to their reply back from my inquiry to cancel they sent this item. All this time not letting the customer know they could have shipped it. I had made it clear to cancel and refund my $215.62 I want them to make it right.

Bought a griddle but the run off tray does not fit bc the griddle was incorrectly made. They refunded part. I want a full refund included shipping. I have a stove top that has a griddle. The griddle was worn and needed to be replaced. This company sent me the correct part (and the griddle fits fine in the stove top) but the run off tray that comes with the griddle and inserts into it at one end (where you scrape off dirt) does not fit bc there is excess moulding on the inside of the griddle area where the run off tray inserts. So I returned the griddle and they refunded me but in part only. My total cost was $231.38 and they refunded only $196.79. They deducted a "restocking fee" which I cannot understand and it cost me in addition $60.17 to return the griddle by UPS (the safest, least expensive but insured way to return it) which I want to be refunded as well. So in total I am asking for a refund of $94.76 bc they sent me a defective part.. They insist the griddle is not defective but anyone seeing it can show you the run off tray cannot fit in it bc of manufacturing defects. Specifically, there is excess moulding inside the tray area that prevents it from dropping in. I have asked to Zoom/Facetime to go through it with them but they ignore my requests. Please let me know any other details I can provide. Again, anyone seeing it live can tell you right away what I am saying is truthful and correct. *** Thank you very much.

Placed online order with ApplianceParts4All for lights for refrigerator on January 31. Was charged for the order immediately. Have yet to receive the parts as of 4/23. Have sent several requests to customer service for an updated shipping date. Each time, the response is that the part is expected to arrive at the warehouse within the day and I should wait 2-5 days. Recently I changed my email to cancel the order and be reimbursed. I get the same (automatic?) response about expectation the part will arrive in the next day and to wait 2-5 days.

Company requires original box and packing material to return items. I ordered 2 filters for my microwave. Unfortunately I ordered wrong size for my microwave. I repacked the 2 filters as directed.The filters are approximately 4x8 inches but came in a huge box. They weigh at most one pound. I tried returning them to UPS. UPS told me cheapest price to return was $47.00! He explained due to the oversized box they need to charge as if package weighed 17 pounds. He said that the whole package weighed less than 2 pounds. I believe that this company intentionally packed the 2 items in over sized box to prevent them from being returned. The items were approximately $23.00. In addition I paid $10.00 for them to ship it to me. I believe that they should refund the money without need to return the items.

This is an on line appliance company I placed an order for 3 items I have never received a month ago. On Jan. 30 I purchased on line thru *** #XXXXXXXXX X items grand total of *** On Jan 31 they emailed me and said 1 item was in back order and item is avaiable they will send out. 2/9 I emailed asking the ETA on items 2/9 they replied stating 2 items were still not in and will let me know. They expect the ETA to be 2/13. 2/18 I emaild asking ETA they replied saying items are ordered from factory once they arrive they will email me. I emailed me stating they are avoiding me giving me the run around. I have called there company number numerous times and no one has never answered a single call. I called them out and told them they scammed me and to return my money. And no answer either way, by email or by phone call. I will attach my email and proof of payment. I made a compliant with *** still waiting for anyone to respond to me.

I placed an order for 3 items on 3/12. The order status has been "Processing" since this date. On the order summary Shipping method shows: Standard Ground Shipping (2-5 business days) - UPS Ships on March 15. On March 16 the status of the order still hadn't changed, I emailed them at that time asking to cancel if they are unable to ship by end of the day. at that time I received a reply stating the part will be in on 3/21, at that time i continued with the order. On 3/24 I asked at this time to cancel my order due, I received a reply stating. We are unable to cancel your order. It's already in process. Tracking will be sent later this evening. However per their own return/cancelation polices it states. Orders may be cancelled before they enter the Shipped status.. They are refusing to cancel my order even though their own policy states I can. As of 539pm az time the order still shows processing. I do not want the order shipped, and have filed a dispute with PAYPAL.

Ordered an appliance part for our trash compactor on January 21 for $141.74. They charged our credit card immediately before shipping. We continued to contact them about the part order number ***. They kept promising a shipping date that would occur soon. We contacted again in March and they promised it would be shipped by 3/14. We filed a credit card dispute with our bank to get the charge back. The bank is working the dispute now and we just want a refund of our charge. We never received the part and they got our money months ago. It feels like we got scammed.

Ordered a part from the establishment back on Mar. 11. After many attempts the company still has not provided a tracking number. I requested a full refund and have yet to receive anything besides an email stating they will refund me but still have not.

ApplianceParts4all In February, I ordered a replacement crisper drawer which I was told was back-ordered

In February, I ordered a replacement crisper drawer which I was told was back-ordered. Then last week (June ) I finally received the item, but it was nothing like the picture/description. I asked for a return label since it does not fit my refrigerator at all. They told me to send it back, which would cost a minimum of *** dollars out of my pocket. That would be in addition to the original *** shipping I paid when I bought the thing. A return label, with perhaps a small restocking fee would have been okay, though I don't think I'm to blame for the error. I got mostly boilerplate replies, then "Walt" suggested I sell the drawer on eBay! If I did that, I'd be sticking the person who buys it with the very same high price, but I would put it in a box that is not oversized, as the one they used is. They know this, and insist you send the item back in that oversized box. Good way to keep returns down, I guess. I want my money back, and a prepaid postage label.

I made a purchase with *** on Feb 27, 2021 for multiple items. All items were shown to be in stock with a estimated ship date within a couple of weeks. When the parts did not ship I contacted the seller and asked for tracking. No tracking was provided but a new estimated ship date was given. This same interaction was repeated several more times over the next two months - each time a new estimated ship date was given that was farther out that the last. Eventually I asked for a partial shipment which was ignored. Finally on Apr 18 I asked for my order to be cancelled and a refund issued. I repeated my cancellation request on Apr 30, May 3, and May 7. My last two requests for cancellation were acknowledged and I was given a 1-3 business day time frame to expect my refund. To date I have received no refund. I received an email on May 15, again promising a refund withing the 1-3 business days. I checked my Pay Pal account this evening and I still no refund.

Cancelled 2 part order, refund for returned item and cancelled item never received. Ordered a Dryer timer for *** and Coils worth *** on December XX XXXX via website applianceparts4all.com and paid via *** Order #XXXXXXXXX. Total for the order plus *** and shipping *** )Cancelled order on December 30th. Seller stated that Timer was not sent and was cancelled on December 30th and promised to Refund the money on December 30th. No refund received. Returned Coils worth *** to company on January X XXXX after unsuccessfully Returning to Sender via *** Company received package on January XX XXXX Tracking number and receipt provided below. In January 13th company claims to never have received package. Company also is denying to refund Shipping *** but only sent ONE part so that shipping cost is not valid! Still no refund for prior cancelled item and now for the returned item. Total refund of *** has not showed up and company consistently makes excuses via e mail.

When I received the part, it was wrong part and they are telling me they only do replacement parts when their site says otherwise. I placed an order on March *** When the part arrived - it was the incorrect part. After a week of calling, emailing and leaving messages, I finally connected with someone and they were filing a claim with the 'warehouse' that the box had the wrong part in it so they could issue me a refund and send me a return label so I can send back the incorrect item. I received a message today that they are sending me a replacement part - which I explained I do not want and what we agreed upon in my conversation with a *** representative. The email response I received stated that they do not issue refunds - only replacement parts, which, if you review their website, their return policy states otherwise. ***I have all email correspondence and can provide a phone log on attempts to reach someone at the organization

Ordered and paid for parts shown in stock, not shipped after 10 days, contacted company multiple ways, no response, wont let me cancel order. On May 20 I ordered part #'s *** for $37.26 and *** for $41.47 with S/H of $9.95 and tax of $4.72 for a total of $93.40 my order #*** I paid thru PayPal and received a receipt from PayPal via email, however after not receiving an order confirmation or any emails from AP4A after 2 days I logged into my account with AP4A to check status. They showed order as still processing. After not hearing anything from them for a week, I again logged in on the 28th not check the status, no changes. I sent them a message thru their websites built in contact form. On the 29th I tried the online live chat with customer service, sat with the window open for over an hour, no one ever joined the chat. There is no phone numbers listed anywhere on the AP4A website. I checked here at the ComplaintsBoard.com and see they have numerous complaints, I have read them and now have no hope of ever getting my parts. I have since ordered them today directly from the manufacturer (***) at more than twice the cost. I want a refund and to cancel the AP4A order. Cannot find an option on their site to do so!
