I purchased a control board for my stove that I ended up not needing. So I started the return process that requires you to have multiple pieces of information that is completely unnecessary. You need to provide tracking that they send you, pictures, model and serial of the appliance. Fast forward to 7 days later I get a email saying my part was installed which it definitely was not. Apparently there are marks on the back of the control board which they are saying it means the part was installed. The only time this part left the box was for the picture they require! Now I’m fighting for a return. No one at this business seems to care either. Order elsewhere!

Frustrating from start to finish
Terrible customer service. Confusing ordering and billing. Slowwww shipping. It took 2 weeks to get a dishwasher part but was shipped from in state. How? Why? I found the part elsewhere and for less so I wanted to return. I had to pay for that, fill out forms, send them various photos of the box, the part, my dishwasher Model and ID (why?!). Then tracking info which I never even got from them !

I was looking for a replacement door for my microwave. ApplianceParts4all had what I needed for less than other retailers, and it was shipped on time. I was happy with the price, the product, and the level of service.
Terrible ***, Stay Away from this Supplier!. I order a Part from their website and they sent me the wrong color. I called them and email them after 3 days they said OK send us back the part at My Expense for the shipping and a 12% re-stocking fee.
When I explained to them that the Picture of the part on their website is Wrong and that I needed the color of the Part on the website all they would do is say, OK we wont charge you the re-stocking fee just the return shipping cost.
I order the correct part from a different supplier and filed a complaint with PayPal and My bank.
Our Bank paid us back within 1 day. I have not heard back from PayPal yet.
Insane "return policy" require you to pay for shipping and 12% restock when they send defective or used part. Don't answer phones, gives wrong info, happy circle email jerks, lies about what you send them back, does not relay serial number on part so they can claim you sent them an "old" part. They sent me another shelf which was also defective and useless. For a $40 item I am sure most people give up after a few tries and they win. I won't. I will dispute the credit card charge next if the third shelf is defective.
In the bullet it says you can return a part in 30 days. However, once you've installed the part you cannot return it, even if it didn't work. Supposedly you could return the part if it's defective. How can you know if it's defective if you can't install it? Don't waste your money. No refunds no matter what it says. ApplianceParts4All -Thumbs down

I ordered a spill proof shelf and received a door bin. even with pictures they said I got what I ordered, maybe I ordered wrong. So I had to prove that what they advertised wasn't what I got, I did the snipping tool and captured the picture and part description and sent it to them with the picture of the door bin. They finally said I could send it back for a refund with me paying the freight of course. I think this company is hoping that you do decide that you won't send back because of the freight costs. I would have never purchased from this company if I would have checked their reviews before I ordered the shelf, which they only had one left at the time. Do not order from this company, unless you like getting screwed!
LIES LIES LIES! I'm really mad at myself for not reading any reviews for this company but I was desperate to find a part. I ordered a part from their website after all my regular supply companies indicated that this particular part was on backorder and had no projected delivery date. So, imagine my surprise when this ApplianceParts4All supposedly had this part. I immediately placed an order and funds were withdrawn from my PayPal account immediately. I received a notification that the order had been placed and I would be informed of his shipment. The very next day I received a message from ApplianceParts4All customer service (big joke there) indicating that the part was on backorder and I would be sent a message letting me know when the part was going to be shipped. After a few terse back and forth via email, I had no choice but to stay with the order because at least I had a date. I got some gobbledygook about "real time inventory issues and COVID chain delays". I sincerely appreciate that fact, but informed the company what I DIDN'T have time for was untruths about things being ON STOCK, but not really. (Make sense when you find out that the company is merely a webpage that orders from a different supplier...middle man) I was given a date delivery (to ApplianceParts4ALL) of February 20. I called Monday February 22 to ask for a confirmation of shipping. Finally got someone to return a call on Tuesday February 23 that the part was ordered from "Dallas" and I should have compassion *** patience with them considering what they were going through. (Relating to the freeze and power outages) I think it takes a pretty low person to blame his inability to tell the truth on people who are REALLY dealing with disaster.

Interesting aside though...the customer for whom I'm fixing the microwave is related directly to a lawyer so this will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Undoubtedly the most shady operation I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with! After typing in the model number of my refrigerator I ordered the exact grille/toe guard that Appliance Parts 4 All showed online complete with the model number of the grille. (I have a picture of my refrigerator model number and their picture of advertised item complete with model number taken off of the Google site if anyone wants to see it!) After finally receiving it I found the grill to be obviously for a different model because it was much to narrow. Called the company and did get a call back but they basically denied any responsibility involving the transaction and informed me that I would have to pay the shipping back to their company in addition to another shipping charge if I wanted to order the correct part. The moral of the story is that I will have to pay three shipping fees to get the right part instead of one. And all I am guilty of is ordering the part number that was given to me! NEVER AGAIN!

The ship date on my invoice was the day I made the purchase, I would get my part the next business day, Friday. However they have not yet shipped my part nor can they tell me if they have any intention of shipping anytime soon. This is misleading and dishonest. Took months to try and get them to send the correct bulb and that never happened. Then the 1 correct bulb burnt out in a matter of a few months. At $30 a piece this is a joke. Waste of over $60. When I inquired about replacement of the burnt bulb and how it only lasted a mere few months, after months of no response, I was finally told "because I installed the bulb there was nothing they could do". Yet it was still burnt. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Terrible company that will rip you off. I ordered one part number and they shipped a completely different part number. They then tried to argue via email (wouldn't call to talk in person) that the part I ordered was not what my appliance needed completely ignoring the fact that they sent an entirely different part from the order. Their website photos for different products are incorrect and they clearly have no technical knowledge on parts. Ended up out the 4+ weeks it took for them to ship it, 2 weeks of email exchanges and now the shipping cost to return it. Stay as far away from this company as you can!

I ordered several parts that I needed desperately
I ordered several parts that I needed desperately. They indicated the items were in stock, so I paid $32 for next day expedited shipping. They then had an issue on their end that resulted in the products not shipping for several days. I had to order the items from another firm to get them delivered as needed. Although AppliancesParts4All accepted by return and did not charge a restocking fee, they failed to refund my expedited shipping charges. So, in essence, I paid for a service I did not get. The total experience cost me $40 ($32 in expedited shipping fees and $8 in return shipping) - all for an issue they readily admit is their fault. Disappointing. As noted by others, there was no communication on shipping dates, status, etc. other than the promise on the original invoice to deliver next-day. I was blind as to the actual status of the order until the package arrived almost a week late.

Their website says that they will notify me when my package has shipped. That was a lie. I never recieved any kind of notification. I waited a month before calling to see what the issue was. No answer on the number provided. I reached out via email and got the excuse that the wrong address was given at the time of order. That was also a lie seeing as how i used paypal and my correct address is on the conformation page. I once again give them the correct address and think this will fix the issue. Here it is a month and a half later and i have to contact them again because still no part. This time they didn't even bother responding the issue a refund for the part only. Now i'm out the money i sent them for shipping even though i never got my order. I feel ripped off and cheated. Never order from these guys, definitely not worth the headache.

They first sent me a series of accusatory emails, then a form I had to file out in order to receive their return address to return the incorrect product. Sent back days ago with signature confirmation, they received it but still no refund. I emailed them asking when I would receive my money back, they sent a nameless, title-less email stating in 5 to 7 days...waited, then sent them another email asking where my refund is...this time the nameless title-less email said it would now take 7 to 9 business days! *** Art - CEO of this company (I even think this name is fake as well) is a SCAMMER AND A FRAUDSTER. I ordered a part for my KitchenAid refrigerator on 10 Nov 2024. When it arrived I knew it was incorrect by the size of the box, the part was for a French door model, not my side-by-side. I coordinated with the company to return the part, but they first wanted a photo of their part and one of my refrigerator serial number which I provided for return authorization. I sent the part via UPS which cost me $37.
After a week I was informed my return was denied because the part was used. I never even took it out of the box! I appealed, but they again said the part was used. Based on this and other reviews I read too late, I think their process intentionally denies returns to keep sales and resell parts. I’m out $179 for a part and two UPS shipping cost

Plus, the plastic it was made of was definitely lower quality than the original part.
To make matters worse, the part that arrived didn't have any of the manufacturer labeling that was pictured on the website. I tried calling their 800 number to see if I could get some help, but the customer service was pretty poor. They didn't seem to care that I had received the wrong part and didn't offer any solutions.
When I tried to return the part, the website made it seem like they would decide whether or not to accept the return. And let me tell you, entering all the necessary information for the return was a nightmare! The authentication process was almost impossible to navigate.
All in all, I don't think I'll be using Appliance Parts again. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.

I contacted the return service, but once again, I had to wait for two weeks without any reply. Finally, I received a response from the customer service team, but it was not what I was expecting. They informed me that they would not accept the return because the control board showed signs of wear and tear, even though I had not used it. I was shocked and frustrated by this response, especially since I had emails, photos, and all the necessary transaction details to prove my case.

I emailed the company on 6/30 to discuss the failure and request a warranty claim. I was told the warranty was SIX months. I took a screen shot of the web page advertising the 1 year warranty (see attached). I noticed there was a link hidden behind the word "warranty" on their website, and when you click on it, there is a pop-up that says the warranty is 6 months. This is fraud, and the business needs to be reminded that operating a business with mixed messages advertised is against the law, specifically the Federal Trade Commission law 16 CFR Part 239 which regulates unfair or deceptive practices in the advertising of warranties and guarantees. Please alert the public about this company's illegal, fraudulent behavior. I will also be reporting them to the FTC.
I purchased a main control board(WPWXXXXXXXX) from applianceparts4all.com on July 16th. the order # is XXXXXXXXX. The part was received and installed by a JennAir registered technician. the part was defective and showed the error code. I spoke to *** at the time( July 21) and the part was out of stock so they sent me a authoization to return it(my shipping cost) fora refund to my American Express card. It is now August 27th and they are now telling me a replacement part is the only option.
Items were purchased on 08/02 in the amount of *** for new refrigerator gaskets. The items took two weeks to be delivered, and they were not what we ordered, we had received incorrect items that didn't match the items numbers shown on the website. After multiple calls and emails trying to get ahold of the company and no manager call back after two weeks more we were informed to return wrong items, with only a few days left within the 30 day policy. The company will NOT provide a return label for the wrong parts and they are NOT providing us with the correct items ordered. The cost out of our pocket to return items is $100. HOW IS THIS FAIR? This is complete FRAUD and ripping people off, its enough these times are hard with all going on in the world, we don't have $100 to just throw away.
I ordered on January 15th two fridge parts: a glass shelf and a plastic bin. Customer support informed me on March 15th that the bin would be delivered on April 9th and that the shelf was on back order with an updated estimated time of arrival of May 23rd. On April 6th, the company provided me with a tracking number. They did not clarify whether this was for the bin alone or for both items. Upon receiving the package, I found only the plastic bin inside. Since I had been told the glass shelf would ship on May 23rd, I wasn't immediately concerned.
After May 23rd passed without receiving the shelf, I reached out to the company repeatedly. They eventually responded, claiming that the shelf had been shipped with the bin. However, the UPS weight for that package was 0.80 pounds, which clearly indicated that the glass shelf could not have been included, as only the plastic bin was present. Following this, I contacted customer support on June 1st and June 23rd to resolve the issue, but my inquiries were met with silence. Attempts to use the online chat resulted in being ignored as soon as I detailed the problem. The company finally opened a claim, only to deny it on the grounds that it was filed after more than 30 days had passed.

I returned an ice maker as per company instructions on May 3, and was informed that it was missing parts, hence they refused to refund my money order. When I initially received the item, it lacked parts as per the company's website. I contacted them and they provided a return label. After they received the returned item, they confirmed it was incomplete and denied my refund. I reached out on May 6 & 7 regarding this issue, provided all requested information, and sent the part back. I followed up on May 25 about the refund, only to be told again about the missing parts and that I was ineligible for a refund. Subsequent emails to the company went unanswered. I even suggested they check their inventory for the discrepancy with the parts and the incorrect ice maker as shown on their website. I returned the item at my own cost for shipping, with the total sale amounting to $107.64.

To date I have received no refund. I received an email on May 15, again promising a refund withing the 1-3 business days. I checked my Pay Pal account this evening and I still no refund.

They know this, and insist you send the item back in that oversized box. Good way to keep returns down, I guess. I want my money back, and a prepaid postage label.

On 4/6, *** gave me tracking number. They did not specify if only the bin or both items had shipped. When I received the box, only the plastic bin was in it. Since they told me the glass shelf was shipping on 5/23, I was not worried. After 5/23, I contacted *** for a while and they finally replied that the shelf actually shipped with the bin. On March 5 Order 1 Electronic Oven Control Board *** Grand Total $215.62 They informed me of a shipment delay from their supplier they would contact me when they would have that item for me to be sent. one month went by into April no word from them since last heard on March 8Th for the delay. Meanwhile, in that time I myself found that item supplied elsewhere. Requested Appliance Parts 4 All on April 9Th to cancel shipment and refund item. Which they said would do so but, miraculously found that item had appeared. The part was available in one of their warehouses that same day and shipped without my response. before they would let me responded to their reply back from my inquiry to cancel they sent this item. All this time not letting the customer know they could have shipped it. I had made it clear to cancel and refund my $215.62 I want them to make it right.
Bought a griddle but the run off tray does not fit bc the griddle was incorrectly made. They refunded part. I want a full refund included shipping. I have a stove top that has a griddle. The griddle was worn and needed to be replaced. This company sent me the correct part (and the griddle fits fine in the stove top) but the run off tray that comes with the griddle and inserts into it at one end (where you scrape off dirt) does not fit bc there is excess moulding on the inside of the griddle area where the run off tray inserts. So I returned the griddle and they refunded me but in part only. My total cost was $231.38 and they refunded only $196.79. They deducted a "restocking fee" which I cannot understand and it cost me in addition $60.17 to return the griddle by UPS (the safest, least expensive but insured way to return it) which I want to be refunded as well. So in total I am asking for a refund of $94.76 bc they sent me a defective part.. They insist the griddle is not defective but anyone seeing it can show you the run off tray cannot fit in it bc of manufacturing defects. Specifically, there is excess moulding inside the tray area that prevents it from dropping in. I have asked to Zoom/Facetime to go through it with them but they ignore my requests. Please let me know any other details I can provide. Again, anyone seeing it live can tell you right away what I am saying is truthful and correct. *** Thank you very much.
Placed online order with ApplianceParts4All for lights for refrigerator on January 31. Was charged for the order immediately. Have yet to receive the parts as of 4/23. Have sent several requests to customer service for an updated shipping date. Each time, the response is that the part is expected to arrive at the warehouse within the day and I should wait 2-5 days. Recently I changed my email to cancel the order and be reimbursed. I get the same (automatic?) response about expectation the part will arrive in the next day and to wait 2-5 days.
Company requires original box and packing material to return items. I ordered 2 filters for my microwave. Unfortunately I ordered wrong size for my microwave. I repacked the 2 filters as directed.The filters are approximately 4x8 inches but came in a huge box. They weigh at most one pound. I tried returning them to UPS. UPS told me cheapest price to return was $47.00! He explained due to the oversized box they need to charge as if package weighed 17 pounds. He said that the whole package weighed less than 2 pounds. I believe that this company intentionally packed the 2 items in over sized box to prevent them from being returned. The items were approximately $23.00. In addition I paid $10.00 for them to ship it to me. I believe that they should refund the money without need to return the items.

On Jan. 30 I purchased on line thru *** #XXXXXXXXX X items grand total of *** On Jan 31 they emailed me and said 1 item was in back order and item is avaiable they will send out. 2/9 I emailed asking the ETA on items 2/9 they replied stating 2 items were still not in and will let me know. They expect the ETA to be 2/13. 2/18 I emaild asking ETA they replied saying items are ordered from factory once they arrive they will email me. I emailed me stating they are avoiding me giving me the run around. I have called there company number numerous times and no one has never answered a single call. I called them out and told them they scammed me and to return my money. And no answer either way, by email or by phone call. I will attach my email and proof of payment. I made a compliant with *** still waiting for anyone to respond to me.

However per their own return/cancelation polices it states. Orders may be cancelled before they enter the Shipped status.. They are refusing to cancel my order even though their own policy states I can. As of 539pm az time the order still shows processing. I do not want the order shipped, and have filed a dispute with PAYPAL.
Ordered an appliance part for our trash compactor on January 21 for $141.74. They charged our credit card immediately before shipping. We continued to contact them about the part order number ***. They kept promising a shipping date that would occur soon. We contacted again in March and they promised it would be shipped by 3/14. We filed a credit card dispute with our bank to get the charge back. The bank is working the dispute now and we just want a refund of our charge. We never received the part and they got our money months ago. It feels like we got scammed.

Total for the order plus *** and shipping *** )Cancelled order on December 30th. Seller stated that Timer was not sent and was cancelled on December 30th and promised to Refund the money on December 30th. No refund received. Returned Coils worth *** to company on January X XXXX after unsuccessfully Returning to Sender via *** Company received package on January XX XXXX Tracking number and receipt provided below. In January 13th company claims to never have received package. Company also is denying to refund Shipping *** but only sent ONE part so that shipping cost is not valid! Still no refund for prior cancelled item and now for the returned item. Total refund of *** has not showed up and company consistently makes excuses via e mail.

After a week of calling, emailing and leaving messages, I finally connected with someone and they were filing a claim with the 'warehouse' that the box had the wrong part in it so they could issue me a refund and send me a return label so I can send back the incorrect item. I received a message today that they are sending me a replacement part - which I explained I do not want and what we agreed upon in my conversation with a *** representative. The email response I received stated that they do not issue refunds - only replacement parts, which, if you review their website, their return policy states otherwise. ***I have all email correspondence and can provide a phone log on attempts to reach someone at the organization
