Whataburger Survey Coupon For Free Whataburger @ 3624 OLD SPANISH TRL, HOUSTON, TX 77021

Whataburger has a survey program that allow a free whataburger when you fill out the survey and recieve the survey code to your email once a person complete the survey. I am frequent whataburger customer and I have use these survey coupons all over Houston, Texas and other location outside of Houston with out any problems. You give the employee the survey coupon that has the written down code on it and they proceed with making your order, however at this particular location they request that you show them the email address on whatever device you used in order for them to allow you to proceed to get your free burger. I have contacted the manager at this particulr whataburger and tried to speak to this manager and was "hung up on". I called back same thing (hung up on). Thereafter I called corporate office in San Antonio, Texas regarding this matter and they advised me that they have never ask for a customer to provide the email where the survey was taken from along with the code. I have contacted the Houston News Media regarding this matter and left them a message. I will not let this go because this location can not set their own rules as they have done. This not only hurts Whataburger sales but they will also loose customers that may not have devices to provide this location with the email. Please let your friends and family members know what this location is requesting in order to get the burger free that whataburger allows once doing the survey which is attached to the bottom of every receipt that you get when purchasing items from Whataburger. Respectfully your name fits your description really well especially the clown part. Again you have no ideal what the news media care about especially when it comes to a well know restaurant as Whataburger # 267 which is the only Whataburger that request customers to produce their email to verify their survey is legit instead of entering the number code in the register which by the way allow Whataburger to confirm that the survey was taken. As for as you making the comment about me being rude I did not know that you know me. (HAVE YOU EVER MET ME?)
As far as you calling me a child with terrible English sorry you once again wrong CLOWN (man that name fits you well) I am a 70 year old very mature black male that God has blessed me with my health, strenght and wisdom. So your comments are without meaning. Now let me correct my terrible "ENGLISH" with a re-post of what I stated earlier. RUDE EMPLOYEES AND BAD MANAGEMENT

Orderd 1 egg and cheeses only biscuit, special order: scramble the egg
Time it took: normal
Accuracy: disappointment, they gave me the scrambled egg, but decided to add a sausage patty. I really, really hate the taste of sausage. So me taking the sausage off the biscuit did not fix the mistake.
The order taker did correctly submit the ticket to the kitchen. I checked. It was the cook's error.
so disappointed that it was practically empty. I was last car in drive thru. I ordered 1 item and they could not prepare it accordingly. I blame management, completely for the lack of care from their employees.

Whataburger Terrible food at Tulsa

The location at 5726 E 41ST ST TULSA, Oklahoma 74135 has terrible management, staff walking around aimlessly, rarely anyone at the cash register, the biscuits are flat stale hockey pucks and the gravy has the consistancy of water. The last time I ordered a breakfast biscuit sandwich it was cold and obviously been sitting around a while (precooked hours earlier). If I wanted food like this I’d go to Mc Donalds and spend considerably less using their app. Management isn’t providing oversight and should their do your job!

Recommendation: Steer clear of this location. It totally sucks wind.

So tired of bringing home a cold, dry and hard thin meatwhataburger along with thin hard cold fries! What happened to you? We used to brag to our west coast friends about our whataburgers. But, no more! I couldn't even finish eating this awful meat!

Whataburger Pre-cooked & cool

Hurst & Euless locations;
Whataburger is trying to compete with McDonalds@ their drive throughs. McDonalds has warming trays, Whataburger doesn't, so they precook meat & set it to the side of the grill. Meat is over cooked but cool (won't even melt your cheese) buns are not hot. They basically just assemble a precooked burger for you.

Whataburger Food Order

Went to store # 567 on yesterday 9/6/2023 and ordered 2 double meat whataburger meals with cheese, 2 medium fries and 2 poweraide drinks. In a rush to get to work, I didn't inspect my order prior to leaving the restaurant. Once I was ready to eat, I noticed that the sandwiches are single patty, no mayo or mustard, large slices of tomatoes and no onions. Very disappointed after spending $42.82. Order # 594285

Whataburger Food preparation is pathetic!

Food at the Whataburger location at 41st and I-44 is consistently bad. I went just after 7 am on January 20th and ordered a cheese egg biscuit. The biscuit was stale, the egg cold with a piece of cold cheese. There was no waiting to order, but still sat at the window over 5 minutes. Never again, no quality control, they just throw [censored]ty food out the drive through window. The cook is a useless [censored].

On the 8 th of January 2025 I approached two Hispanic women. Home. One being the manager blue eyes, black hair creat A disturbance to where I was called a [censored]. 911 was called, due to gaslighting me I called the [censored]es multiple times waited for Police gave my information. I am (One) of a protective class, and will not be Treated as a peasant.
My fix is Easy. Correct this wrong by hiring Africans americans in your establishment. I recorded the whole event and ready to uncover such Discrimination.

Whataburger Quality of food

Restaurant 1356, Bonham Texas. Order #520910. I ordered a Whataburger single, and another Wataburger Meal. My meal was supposed to be with cheese, I only got 1/2 slice, there were 9 pickles on it, 2 small pieces of lettuce, one quarter size tomato, no onions, and enough mustard for 3 or 4 instead of one. The bun was cold, not toasted at all. The french fries had a taste of re-heat, and were covered in grease. I removed as much of the mustard as I could, and tried to eat the burger only to discover it was raw in the middle, not completly cooked at all, which resulted later on in the night with sever stomach cramps and diahrea.

On the single burger, same thiing. cold not cooked enough, too much mustard, tons of pickles, 2 tiny pieces of lettuce, but at lease 2 little pieces of onion on this one, cold buns not toasted. Resulted in the same stomach issues with him as it did with me.
This was on Thursday, January 2nd at 5:15 pm.

Desired outcome: Since all the food went to the scrap bowl for the chickens I would like a refund if possible. We are seniors, and money is really tight.

My name is William Barbee and I ordered a hamburger and fries at the Whataburger on the corner of Navarro and Rio Grand in Vvictiria TX, order #931775. I told the clerk I wanted a cheese burger with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo and an order of fries. Whataburger Terrible Customer Service

Good customer service is what this place lacks. I used the drive through to place two orders of 3 chicken strips with fries. The lady took half of my order and then disappeared. I kept saying hello, hello, hello but no one answered. So as a courtesy to the long line of cars behind me, I drove through to the window. As expected they didn't have my order. I gave it to her again but she showed me a terrible attitude and an extreme unprofessional treatment. I asked her for ketchup and BBQ sauce. She charged my card and on the charge was additional charge for BBQ sauce which I never ordered. All I wanted is two orders of 3- chicken strips and fries. The BBQ sauce is free and so is the ketchup. The lady charged me for an extra BBQ sauce that I never ordered and she kept arguing with me that the sauce is not free. She refused to listen to me that I didn't need the extra sauce but of course to no avail. Even though the BBQ sauce is 35 cents, it still pissed me off because their attitude and their poor customer service truly got to me. I filed a complaint with the Whataburger head office to ensure they address their staff at their location on 3797 Southwest Freeway, Houston, TX ***. There is no need for rudeness and poor customer service. If the employee is mad at the employer, they shouldn't take their anger out on the customer. I give them zero star for their unprofessional behavior and bad attitude and for charging the customer's credit card for something we never ordered.

Whataburger Online App/Account

My online app was locked on 2/5/24 due to "a chargeback we received for an unauthorized payment." I contacted Whataburger by phone 6 TIMES and email 1 time. I am always told I will be contacted within 3-5 days. WRONG! Seven weeks later, my account is still locked! And worst of all, my $31.42 in my app is being held hostage. Apparently, Whataburger customer service is absolutely worthless!

Desired outcome: My account to be unlocked and my $31.42 to be made available for use.

Whataburger Service not being prepared

Today at 9:27 I ordered a medium coke. That was all. Two cars were ahead of me. The first car at the window went on, then the second car got to the window and remained there for approx. 9 minutes. Then they received their order and it was my turn. I got to the window, three to four female employees are in plain site laughing and talking and not noticing I am there and no coke is at the window. I go to Whataburger often and I pretty much know the procedure to just getting a drink and how they usually have people pull up to keep the line going.

This morning, when I got to the window, and no one noticed me, until I started moving my arms to let them know, I was waiting for my coke. The person who fixed my drink was rude and let me know she was not happy with me waving my arms. Well, I was not happy that my coke was not there waiting for me.

This address 3313 S Cherry Ln, Fort Worth, TX 76116 should be avoided at all costs. It is the worst disorganized whataburger I've ever been to. The drive thru lanes backup and the customer service inside is terrible. It's like some of the people don't care to talk to customers or are scared to. Whataburger Fries and Sodas

My french-fries were cold dried up like they were made earlier, my three sodas were flat, the fact that I to wait 5-10 minutes for my order behind two other customers in the drive thru who also waiting for their orders, you would expect to get warm fresh food. I called the location to advised of the issue, I was told their CO2 soda machine was not working so they were using soda out of 2 liter plastic bottles which were visible from the drive thru window I think I should have been made aware of this issue while I was ordering to opt out of purchasing three sodas.

I will not be going back to that location! I was very disappointed having spent $43.23 for the only thing editable was the burgers. to be honest they weren't that good the beef patties were so thin it looked more life veggie burger.

Placed order at drive thru and order was repeated back and confirmed. Arrived at window to pay and was told kids meal was not on receipt nor was it ordered. I let them know it was ordered, confirmed, and repeated back at intercom. They had an attitude when they had to add it, we paid the difference and was told to pull ahead. We waited well over 15 minutes then I went inside to check on order and was told very rudely by the lady at the front that they only had one cook and shorted staffed. I completely understand that, and have no problem waiting, the issue is when the worker at the front went to the managers office where she was sitting and did not offer helping her understaffed employees. I called to speak with the manager after leaving almost 30 minutes later. The manager answered phone and I let her know the staff stated they were short handed and she did not let me finish speaking and stated “First of all” which I replied she hadn’t let me speak. She then hung up on me. I called back and asked if she had hung up or call was disconnected and she said hung up and hung up on me once again. I called back a third time to get her name and she hung up when I asked her name. I did not call back after that. The manager on shift was very unprofessional, had no regards to what was going on in the kitchen and/or customers, very disrespectful, and the list goes on. That is definitely not what or how a manager she act/be and I’m sure that location is suffering due to her inability to fulfill a management position. She never left her office where she was sitting and her workers being run to death. The workers deserve better and so do the customers.

Desired outcome: Address the manager with issues stated and hopefully get better support management for staff there.
