Paid an initial charge of £1.49 for a copy of a manual. I cancelled the free trial immediately and soon after [25/5) they sent me an email saying there would be no further payments taken from my account. 8 days later (2nd June) £24.26 was taken from my account. I don't remember what I contacted this organization. I remember sometime in April 2025 paying a dollar(refundable). for help with a computer problem. Compter crashed Never received any assistance. Didn't think about incident any longer. Never refunded the dollar. I'M being charged a monthly fee of approximately $48+ dollars. I just want to cancel this subscription for something I didn't get.

I am having a security issue with my email address. I have had an account with sendspace.com and now when I go to their site, and enter credentials, it returns that the account is suspended. I have tried to contact their support about 10 times, and no one ever responded to my appeals.
