I am writing to file a complaint against Freecash.com regarding an unjustified ban on my account. I was permanently banned from the platform with no option to appeal, with Freecash.com claiming that I violated their terms by using a VPN. I am an honest user and did not use any VPN or proxy service while accessing their site.

Despite my attempts to contact Freecash.com support to clarify this misunderstanding, I have not received any adequate response. I believe this ban is unfair, as I have used their platform legitimately and in good faith. Being unable to appeal this decision or provide evidence of my account activity has left me with no options.

Desired outcome: I request that Freecash.com review my case, reconsider the ban, and provide me with an opportunity to access my account. Alternatively, I would like a clear explanation and evidence of any alleged VPN use on my account.

In fact, this point deserves special attention because it first comes up where you claim that you didn’t use a VPN when you say that you were compliant with all the rules of the platform despite what Freecash.com states. Also, curiously, mention the fact that they do not respond and there is no appeal mechanism to this. Secede the reason for the ban in question and the chances of clarifying the misunderstanding. In addition, state that the painful and annoying perception of an unjustified ban is that you have done everything they requested of you. Requesting that your account is reestablished, that Freecash.com amends the process of their disputes resolution to be fair towards all users.
