I signed up for PAiLottery.com. I deposited 10 dollars from my PAYPAL debit card. They had ZERO issues withdrawing that 10 dollars from that account without verification that the account was mine. They also know that PayPal does not issue statements. When I went to withdraw winnings is where the issues began. First my deposit method was not an approved method so I had to provide my Bank account information. After providing my bank account information I was asked for my driver's license and social security card to verify who I am. I obliged. Then I was requested to send my a photo of my bank account statement and a statement of my "credit card" statement that I had on file. I explained MULTIPLE times that it was a PAYPAL debit card. Then despite them already withdrawing 10 dollars from my PAYPAL account without first Verifying it was mine, they sent me an email asking me to verify with documents that my name change was legal. Based on the card on file had a different last name. This is day number 10 on trying to prove to them that I am saying who I am. Their claim is that they are not legally obligated to verify the accounts they are withdrawing the money from legally belongs to the person they are withdrawing funds from. Can we say scam? How many peoples cards and bank accounts get hacked and the money gets illegally withdrawn from? They now want me to send in my marriage certificate or other documents to prove my name change. I sent them copies of both my driver's license with both my married and maiden name as well as my birth certificate and my social security cards with my maiden name and married name. Was told that was not enough proof. How is LEGAL documents from the federal government and state government not proof enough? Why is it they can legally withdraw money from someone's account without verification but cannot allow the player to have their winnings deposited to an account that they provided verification for? I do not recommend playing online for them at all. I asked for a refund of the original 10 that I deposited and was told that because it was already played it could not be refunded. Despite them telling me that they want to ensure the debit card is mine before releasing the winnings to me.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome is to have them have to verify the person's identity PRIOR to withdrawing money from the player's account. Hopefully preventing others from going through what I am.
