I am having a security issue with my email address. I have had an account with sendspace.com and now when I go to their site, and enter credentials, it returns that the account is suspended.
I have tried to contact their support about 10 times, and no one ever responded to my appeals.
Support system on sendspace.com is desperately bad, and I'm now thinking of filing a complaint to the court of law.

Also to add, my complaints are not connected to breaking the rules or ToS of sendspace.com , but of entirely different security problem.
This complaint also is aimed at sendspace.com's malpractice of not responding to their customers/ ex customers.
