Lensepoint Limited (pdfguru.com) review: Online PDF Editing Subscription

I am writing to report a fraudulent charge from pdfguru.com. I am a student and I just wanted to edit one single file. They made it look like a cheap trial but then they secretly charged my card $49.99 for a full year without any clear warning or confirmation. To make things worse, they actually blocked my access to the account for 2 days right after the charge. When i noticed the charge and emailed them immediatly to ask for my money back because i need it for my uni fees, they just refused. instead of giving my money back, they just opened my access to the site again and told me to use the subscription. I dont want the subscription, I want my money. This is a total subscription trap and they are tricking people on purpose. Its really unfair how they treat customers and i want everyone to be aware of this scam.
