I accepted invitation to join a tree belonging to someone else which has over 48000 people. I have received email that I have exceeded my limit. I cannot sync/publish. I cannot delete his tree w/o help from support. Opened ticket with AI (Eve) a week ago, no email confirmation. Opened another ticket from help/contact us, no email confirmation. Need to delete the tree of someone else from mine.
