Paid an initial charge of £1.49 for a copy of a manual. I cancelled the free trial immediately and soon after [25/5) they sent me an email saying there would be no further payments taken from my account.
8 days later (2nd June) £24.26 was taken from my account. I have emailed them to ask for my money back but they just ignore me. Can you help in any way?
