Waste Management [WM] review: Employee behavior

Chad Odegaard is an employee at my site here in Payson Arizona. He tells inappropriate jokes, makes racial slurs, talks about doing cocaine and prides himself on being an alcoholic. He is our driver trainer and should not be in that position nor should he be employed by Waste Management acting the way he does. We joke around a lot at our facility, but Chad takes things way too far. I am Hispanic and am offended quite frequently by his actions. I don't know if there have been other reports regarding this issue, but I do know that something has to be done immediately. I, as an employee of Waste Management shouldn't have to deal with this kind of thing.
