I am moving and needed an additional recycling pickup (which only happens once every two weeks) along with a bulk pickup. I scoured the waste management website for a phone number and found nothing. I used the virtual assist and connected with a rep who helped me get info on the services offered. We scheduled for an extra recycling pickup. I then tried to schedule a bulk order pickup but the rep ended the chat because it took me more than one minute to type out my reply. No one came the day of the extra pickup. I had to use the online chat feature again. This new rep said there was never a scheduled extra pickup. They never offered a solution or any other help. They just apologized and then ended the chat. I am stressed because now I have to figure out what to do with a full recycle bin before I move in the middle of this upcoming week.
